Abstract

Students' lack of understanding when attending lectures can result in less than optimal learning outcomes. The increasingly rapid use of information technology is not an obstacle for students to improve their learning. However, the learning media used must be relevant and valid. In the sense that the learning media contains learning material that is appropriate to the course being taught and has reliable references. Therefore, media such as a learning management system or LMS can be an appropriate solution as a learning medium. In this study, researchers took samples from visual programming courses which the majority of students considered to be difficult courses. The visual programming course does not only contain theory but also has practicum, namely visual programming using the C# (C Sharp) language. With an LMS, the material can be more structured and in accordance with the semester learning plan. With this foundation, this research aims to design a learning management system based on the google site. The method used in this research refers to the KMSLC (knowledge management system life cycle) method which has 6 stages, namely evaluate existing infrastructure, form the KM team, knowledge capture, design KM blueprint, verify and validate KM system, and implement the KM system. The research results show that a google site-based LMS (learning management system) has been successfully designed to support visual programming courses. Based on testing using the black box testing method, this google site-based LMS was declared successful and can be used as a learning medium for visual programming courses.

Abstract

An investment is a binding in a sum of money or other assets that is being made at this time with the hope of obtaining a profit in the future. The banking sector is a financial sector that can be used as an investment option. The most expected profit when someone makes an investment is the acquisition of dividends. Before making an investment, it is important for investors to carry out an analysis of dividend data distributed by bank companies so that investors can find out the picture of the profits they get. In this research, an exploratory analysis and visualization of dividend data were taken from the official dividend record platform which aims to provide bank recommendations that can be used as a place to invest and get maximum profits for investors. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method, 7 bank samples were obtained in this study. The data processing method is carried out using Python tools and visualization using Tableau Desktop. The results obtained from the analysis in this study are recommendations for banks as a place to invest, namely PT. Bank Asia Central Tbk., and PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition of reduced number or volume of erythrocytes or hemoglobin (Hb) molecules. This condition can be characterized by a decrease in Hb concentration. Based on data from the Ministry of Health, the prevalence of anemia in teenagers (15-24 years) has increased from 18.4% to 32% from 2013 until 2018. Anemia in teenagers can have an impact on decreasing productivity or academic abilities at school because there is a decrease in student concentration, and they don't feel enthusiasm for learning. This community service activity aims to find out the percentage of students in M.H Thamrin Senior High School who have anemia. The method of community service activities is carried out by examining Hb levels, anemia education, giving blood supplement tablets to students with low Hb levels, and evaluating Hb levels after education and giving the supplement. The results of the examination showed that the Hb levels in 24 female students ranged from 10.1 – 19.2 g/dL, with an average Hb level of 14.5 g/dL. Hb levels in 17 male students ranged from 14.7 – 19.7 g/dL, with an average Hb level of 16.6 g/dL. There were 3 female students (7,3%) who had Hb Levels below the normal value, and 13 students (31,7%) with Hb levels above the normal value. The results of anemia education show an increase in knowledge about anemia among all student participants, with an average score of 72,7 before education and an average score of 96,5 after education. This activity concluded that almost all students had normal Hb levels. However, after being given education and blood supplements and vitamins, two students with low Hb levels have an increase in Hb Levels.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila salah satunya melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas siswa dalam pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMPN 3 Mranggen. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitan ini adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 177 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Mranggen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif persentase. Hasil dari keseluruhan jawaban responden diperoleh persentase setiap dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dimensi pertama Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia memiliki persentase sebesar 80,7% dikategorikan sangat baik. Aspek kedua berkebinekaan global memperoleh persentase sebesar 84,9% dikategorikan sangat baik. Aspek ketiga bergotong royong memperoleh persentase sebesar 83,6% dikategorikan sangat baik. Aspek keempat mandiri memperoleh persentase sebesar 77% dikategorikan sangat baik. Aspek kelima bernalar kritis memperoleh persentase 78,7 % yang dikategorikan sangat baik. Aspek keenam kreatif memperoleh persentase sebesar 80,1% yang dikategorikan sangat baik. Dari persentase tersebut aktivitas siswa dalam pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMPN 3 Mranggen dikategorikan sangat baik artinya aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh siswa berupa projek penguatan berbasis Profil Pelajar Pancasila telah menerapkan keenam dimensi kunci Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between teacher assertiveness and student discipline at SDN 01 Tugu Harum. In this study, the approach used is quantitative method. While the data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Based on hypothesis testing using the product moment formula above, the final value of the rtable price at a significant level of 5% is 0.2787. Thus, ∅ (which comes from changes to C) is greater than rtabel at the 5% and 1% significance levels. With this, the Null Hypothesis is rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, there is a relationship between Teacher Assertiveness and Student Discipline at SDN 01 Tugu Harum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility, company size, sales growth, leverage, liquidity on firm value with profitability as the control variable, using a quantitative approach with the research population being non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period totaling 135 companies. The sampling technique obtained Analyzed using multiple linear analysis regression tests through IBM SPSS 26. Based on the results of data analysis found that: 1) Corporate social responsibility has no effect on firm value, 2) Company size has no effect on firm value, 3) Sales growth has no effect on firm value, 4) Leverage has a negative effect on firm value, 5) Likuditas has no effect on firm value. The implication of the research is that in an effort to increase the value of the company, company management can continue to pay attention to managing its debt properly in order to generate profits. In addition, it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as material for consideration for management, investors or other interested parties in making investment decisions and policies so as to produce optimal investment and in assessing the value of a company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of prices and discounts on consumer purchase decisions at Bolly Dept Store Sila Bolo. Using quantitative methods, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who were customers of Bolly Dept Store. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study show that both price and discounts have a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions. Specifically, competitive prices and attractive discounts can significantly improve consumer purchasing decisions. This finding has implications for Bolly Dept Store management in designing pricing and discount strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Zakat fitrah merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap muslim yang harus dikeluarkan pada bulan ramadhan atau sebelum sholat idhul fitri. Zakat fitrah didistribusikan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pada desa Pakuan Sakti zakat fitrah bulan rahamdhan 2022 dilakukan tanggal 1 Mei 2022 atau hari ke-29 ramadhan. Kemudian penelitian ini akan melihat urgensi zakat fitrah terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat miskin di Desa Pakuan Sakti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendistribusian zakat fitrah di desa Pakuan Sakti terhadap teori yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jenis data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, kemudian sumber data sekunder berupa dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa pendistribusian zakat fitrah di Desa Pakuan Sakti dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat golongan miskin. Hal tersebut, menjelaskan bahwsanya teori yang ada sesuai dengan keadaan masyarakat miskin di Desa Pakuan Sakti.

Abstract

The activity of watching the film ‘Miracle in Cell No. 7’ together with children aims to build empathy and togetherness among participants. This film, which tells the emotional relationship between a father and his child amidst significant challenges, offers profound humanitarian values. The methodology used includes organizing the event in the RT 08 RW 01 area, where children are invited to watch the film together, followed by an interactive discussion about the themes presented in the film. The results of this activity indicate an increase in children's understanding of the importance of empathy and cooperation, as well as creating a positive atmosphere of togetherness. This activity is expected to serve as a model for similar programs in the future, in an effort to strengthen social values among the younger generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang penyusunan instrumen kebijakan dalam meningkatkan layanan publik di Kota Yogyakarta. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggambarkan efektivitas yang telah dicapai dan juga menjelaskan masalah yang muncul dalam Program Jogja Smart Service (JSS) dalam konteks penyusunan kebijakan. Hal ini dapat bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan instrumen kebijakan alternatif yang serupa. Dalam perspektif administrasi publik, sebuah program kebijakan dapat dilihat sebagai bagian dari manajemen keputusan dalam kebijakan publik, di mana sumber daya dan pelaku diorganisir dan dikoordinasikan. Ini memiliki konsekuensi tentang bagaimana proses formulasi instrumen saat pembuatan kebijakan. Dengan demikian, menjadi menarik untuk melihat bagaimana proses formulasi kebijakan dalam Program Jogja Smart Service (JSS). Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, tahapan metode dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data terkait proses formulasi kebijakan Program Jogja Smart Service (JSS), dalam bentuk wawancara dan dokumentasi peraturan serta kebijakan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi kebijakan Program Jogja Smart Service (JSS) di Kota Yogyakarta masih dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, sehingga diperlukan instrumen gabungan, yaitu sinergi dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, masyarakat, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk mendukung efektivitas program tersebut.
