Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pendidikan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Meskipun telah banyak upaya yang dilakukan, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara teori pendidikan yang diajarkan dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khususnya dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat. Fenomena ini mengindikasikan adanya kebutuhan akan pendekatan yang lebih integratif dan aplikatif dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggali sinergi antara pendidikan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dialog interaktif dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penggabungan antara diskusi kelompok, pelatihan, dan aktivitas pembelajaran berkelanjutan, yang diimplementasikan dalam serangkaian workshop dan sesi dialog interaktif dengan partisipasi aktif dari peserta didik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Riyadhul Huda Cikalong Wetan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara konsep teoretis dan aplikasi praktis melalui dialog interaktif dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengidentifikasi serta menyelesaikan masalah-masalah lokal secara mandiri. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi pendidikan dan pemberdayaan melalui metode interaktif dan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi model efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan kapasitas masyarakat.

Abstract

Traditional games are becoming outmoded and rarely used. Technology has transformed conventional games, making online games more engaging. PUBG Mobile is a popular internet game among teens. Social interaction concerns can arise in gaming, especially when one team or opponents is verbally attacked with criticism, insults, and humiliations. Players often criticise, criticise, and degrade teams and opponents in community participation and gaming. Dramaturgical analysis is used to evaluate Pubg Mobile Gamers' social interactions in the "Eden Esports" group. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research strategy. This study included interviews, observation, and documentation with ten informants. This study found that gamers use disparaging language and slurs. This contrasts with their domestic or non-community behaviour, when they speak less and do less. Completed. Goffman believes that direct interpersonal exchanges involve dramatic components. Individuals choose a character and expose it to appropriate situations and discussion partners.

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia faces complex structural challenges, particularly in the context of disparities in access, quality, and treatment, which ultimately hinder the achievement of the ideal goals of inclusive and equitable education. This study aims to examine in depth how educational philosophy can serve as a fundamental foundation and conceptual framework to transform the education system toward a more inclusive and just model. The approach used is a philosophical-analytical literature review, comparing and analyzing key philosophical schools—such as Progressivism, Social Reconstructionism, and Humanism—in relation to policy and curriculum practices in Indonesia. The findings of the study show that educational philosophy, especially through the lens of Social Reconstructionism, offers a strong ethical and practical framework. This perspective demands that education not only functions to transfer knowledge but also acts as an agent of social change, actively identifying and dismantling systemic injustices (discrimination based on ethnicity, economy, or disability). Inclusive and equitable education is not only understood as providing physical access but also as the restructuring of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for every learner. Implementing this idea requires a paradigm shift from a uniform, homogeneous model to a heterogeneous model that accommodates specific needs, as well as strengthening the role of teachers as reflective agents and social activists. The conclusion of this study is that, without a solid philosophical foundation, efforts to reform education in Indonesia will be superficial and patchwork. The approach of educational philosophy is an absolute prerequisite to produce consistent, sustainable policies that are truly oriented towards universal human values, so that the ideals of inclusive and equitable education can be realized in overcoming the existing system's challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Surya Pratama Gemilang di Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Pemberian reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 38,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.  Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 40,5%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pemberian reward dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 50,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.Prestasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 38,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Timur Jaya Prestasi. Sub variabel yang diteliti dari kepuasan kerja adalah pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, promosi, pengawasan, rekan kerja. Sedangkan pada komunikasi yaitu pemahaman, kesenangan, pengaruh pada sikap, dan hubungan yang semakin baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiaif dengan taraf signifikan α=0,05 (5%) dan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Sedangkan sampel sebanyak 80 orang, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan sistem data primer yaitu observasi dan angket serta data sekunder yaitu studi pustaka. Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, dan untuk metode anlisis data menggunakan anlisis distribusi frekuensi, uji asumsi klasik (uji linieritas regresi, uji normalitas regresi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), regresi linear sederhana, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) , dan uji t. perhitungan data dilakukan dengan manual dan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pada analisis frekuensi di persepsikan Cukup Baik sebesar 3,8 dan komunikasi sebesar 3,9 Cukup Baik. Pada uji asumsi klasik (uji linieritas regresi terhadap hubungan korelasi positif dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, uji normalitas regresi dengan uji Kolmogorov-smirnov diperoleh hasil signifikansi atau probabilitas 0,102>0,05 yang berarti data kedua variabel berdistribusi normal, uji heteroskedastisitas menyatakan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas pada model regresi dan layak untuk digunakan dalam melakukan pengujian, uji autokorelasi nilai dw>du yaitu 2,037>1,6882 maka tidak terdapat autokorelasi positif). Pada analisa regresi linier Ŷ=28,591+0,659x, pada analisis koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,653, analisis determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,426 atau 42,6%. Pada uji t di persepsikan bahwa t hitung>t tabel yaitu 7,615>1,667.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of poultry farming MSMEs in formulating halal, affordable, and nutritionally balanced feed to improve livestock productivity. The assistance was carried out to address common challenges faced by small-scale farmers, including limited knowledge of halal feed standards, dependence on commercial feed with fluctuating prices, and the lack of skills in utilizing locally available raw materials. The program employed a participatory empowerment approach consisting of three main stages awareness and training, which introduced halal feed principles, identification of permissible ingredients, and cost-efficient formulation techniques technical workshops and hands-on practice, where participants collaboratively formulated and produced halal feed using locally sourced materials; and monitoring, which involved periodic supervision, evaluation of feed quality, and assessment of changes in farm productivity. The results of the program indicate a positive impact on the targeted MSMEs. Participants demonstrated an increased understanding of halal feed requirements and the ability to independently formulate balanced rations at lower cost. The application of the newly formulated feed contributed to improved growth rate, feed efficiency, and overall poultry performance. In addition, farmers reported reduced dependence on commercial feed and enhanced confidence in maintaining halal compliance. This program highlights the significance of capacity building and locally based feed innovation as strategic efforts to improve productivity and competitiveness among poultry farming MSMEs.
