Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of public services through SAMSAT Drive Thru in Makassar City and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing public services through SAMSAT Drive Thru in Makassar City. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, and documentation related to the object being studied related to the Implementation of Drive Thru Motor Vehicle Tax Payments (PKB) in Makassar City. The number of informants in this study were 9 people. The results of the study show that: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic structure it can be said that it is good in the Makassar City Regional SAMSAT. Supporting factors contained in the SAMSAT Drive Thru service are the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure such as a suggestion box, competent human resources and information technology that uses an electronic file system and inhibiting factors contained in the SAMSAT Drive Thru service is not all types of four-wheeled vehicles can be served and the lack of socialization related Conclusion Drawing / Verification. Keywords : Implemenation, Public Service, SAMSAT Drive Thru

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pencapaian target dari perpustakaan umum, mengetahui kemampuan adaptasi dari perpustakaan umum mengetahui bentuk kepuasan kerja dari perpustakaan umum serta mengetahui bentuk tanggung jawab perpustakaan umum di dinas kearsipan kabupaten Enrekang. Tipe penelitian yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Pelayananan Perpustakaan di Dinas Kearsipan Kabupaten Enrekang sudah efektif hanya saja belum dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik karena masih ada beberapa kendala yang belum di selesaikan. Dilihat dari pencapaian target, peralatan berupa komputer yang masih kurang dari segi jumlah, adaptasi pihak perpustakaan sudah melakukan sosialisasi berulang kali,kepuasaan kerja pihak perpustakaan sudah bekerja dengan maksimal untuk mencapai target,tanggung jawab sudah memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan melakukan rapat evaluasi untuk memasimalkan layanan.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine participatory governance in empowering farmer groups. The study used  qualitative research, while the informants were 4 people. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews with a number of informants., Direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the lack of socialization by the government to farmers about the importance of farmer groups, as well as the provision of counseling, understanding in socializing the problem. This was seen from the indicators: (1) Socialization in which the government provided knowledge about the function of the government as a facilitator and mentoring to farmer groups in community empowerment (2) Assistance in the process by which the government carried out both knowledge and technical assistance to the farming community (3) Training- training provided by the government to farmer groups in empowering farmer groups, both providing facilities and knowledge of hazardous materials used by farmers and (4) Field Visits conducted by the local government directly to farmers and carried out directly in the field or in the fields being cultivated by the farming community. Keywords: Participatory Governance, farmer groups

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how collaborative governance  in empowering farmer groups in Wajo Regency. The method in this study was descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in the study was 8 people. The results of this study showed that the concept of Collaborative Governance had not been able to realize the empowerment of Farmer Groups. Institutions ran individually so that the network structure did not exist in collaboration, in terms of commitment from farmer groups did not know how to build commitment, in terms of building mutual trust between stakeholders was still lacking because they did not know how to build trust in collaboration, governance was not good because there were still differences opinion among stakeholders, then in terms of access to power and accountability was quite good, as well as in terms of sharing information had been going well, but in terms of human resources, techniques and finance had not been adequate.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the quality of outpatient services atAnggeraja District Health Center, Enrekang Regency. This study used quantitative research. The sample was 78 people who were selected accidentally sampling. The research data were collected through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive with the table method frequency. Data analysis was performed in the form of tables, pictures, frequency for testing the hypothesis. The results of this study indicated that the quality of outpatient services at the Puskesmas Anggeraja District as seen from dimensions of service quality, namely the tangible dimension (physical evidence), the dimension of reliability, dimension of responsiveness, dimension of assurance (assurance) and the empathy dimension (empathy). Services provided by the District Puskesmas Anggeraja was qualified because it had received good ratings by community based on the assessment indicators used, this was indicated by recapitulation of the five dimensions of service quality was in the range of interpretation 2.51-3.25. This showed that the quality of outpatient services provided in good quality.Keywords: quality of Puskesmas Services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication on service quality in the population and civil registration department of Sinjai Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive type. Data were obtained from 95 respondents from 1800 population in 1 month, while the sample used was cluster random sampling. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis method with Y = 19,711 + 0,489X with the help of Pearson product moment (r) through the SPSS Version 22.0 program at α = 0.05 level. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between organizational communication on service quality in the population and civil registration office in Sinjai district by 11.8% with a regression coefficient of 0.357 in the interpretation of the regression coefficient in the medium category so that it can be said that there was an influence of organizational communication on service quality in the service demography and civil registration of Sinjai Regency.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out  how the strategy of the Department of Health In suppressing the rate of patients with Stunting as well as inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the strategy of the Office of Health In suppressing the rate of patients with Stunting in the Enrekang Regency. This study  used descriptive qualitative. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study showed that the strategy of the health department in suppressing the rate of stunting sufferers was quite good. Because stunting in 2018 had decreased than previous year with the hope in 2019 it could decline again. this was influenced by the program strategy undertaken by  Health Office of Enrekang Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and explain the Application of motorcycle Tax Services in the One-Stop One-Stop Administration (Samsat) Makassar City. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data obtained from the results of this study were reviewed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion. completion, Service Fees, Service Products, Providing Facilities and Infrastructure and Competence of Service Officers. In the application of the services provided by the Makassar City Samsat, it provided public services in accordance with the Operational Standards set by the Makassar City Samsat so as to provide the best service to the taxpayer community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy carried out by the Tourism Office in developing Makassar city smart branding. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to develop Makassar city smart branding. This process shows that every strategy undertaken, starting from publications, events, news, community involvement, informing of image, lobbying and negotiation, and social responsibility, has been carried out jointly by the city government and the community. In each strategy, show participatory or planning that involves the community because in this strategy the community is given understanding and knowledge related to tourism in order to create a more qualified young generation by seeing the potential, opportunities and problems that will be faced by the community.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pembagian erja, komunikasi dan kesatuan tindakan antara Ombudsman dan Inspektorat Pengawasan Daerah Polda Sulsel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif, data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber baik dari kepala keasistenan bagian pencegahan Ombudsman, Pengelola IT, dan data Ombudsman, anggota Dumasanwas Inspektorat pengawasan daerah Polda Sulsel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, media review dan observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyaian data dan verifikasi data. Pengabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koordinasi yang terjalin antara Ombudsman dengan Inspektorat Polda Sulsel terjalin dengan baik. Dilihat dari pembagian kerja yang dimana masing-masing instansi bekerja sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing. Komunikasi yang terjalin juga baik, karena setiap ada anggota kepolisian yang melakukan tindak maladministrasi, kedua instansi selalu berkomunikasi mengenai tindak lanjut laporan.Kata Kunci : Koordinasi, Pencegahan, Maladministrasi
