Abstract

The working principle of grinding is a grinding stone rotates in contact with the workpiece so that erosion, sharpening, grinding, or cutting. The shape and size of the base material will certainly not correspond to the shape and dimensions of a machine component. On the purchase of a grinding seat, is not included as a complementary tool holder or frame grinding sitting, therefore grinding sitting placed on the floor. It is very uncomfortable in the use of grinding to sit. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool or a place to put the grinding seated. Tools or place holder for grinding is expected to create more comfortable when sitting grinding process use. Making bench grinder can be done with a series of processes, ie material cutting, making holes, grinding and welding. The strength of the bench grinder that has been made is 29821.26 N so that it can be said that has created a bench grinder is able to sustain grinding.

Abstract

Overlapping or multiple certificates occur because there are two certificates on the same land and are officially issued by the National Land Office. As a result this overlap raises a dispute between the parties, and then the certificate is no longer valid evidence. The formulation of the problem is the regulation of overlapping dispute resolution according to legislation in Indonesia and how the authority of the Land Office in resolving disputes overlapping land parcels. The research method used is empirical juridical using primary and secondary data. The results showed that there is no specific regulation regarding disputes over double or overlapping certificates, currently the regulations used by the District Land Office still refer to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning number 11 of 2016 concerning Settlement of Land Cases. To reinforce the authority of the Land Office in resolving cases of multiple certificates, a special regulation on the settlement of overlapping land cases is needed. The conclusion shows that the Land Office has carried out its role by its duties, principal, and functions, but because the regulations used are general, many obstacles are found in solving the problem of multiple certificates, therefore there is a need for legal reform and education from the government to the public about the importance of officially registering land.

Abstract

In 2020, the government issued Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. This law has received numerous criticisms from the community, especially in the effort to realize self-sufficiency, security, and food sovereignty, as well as to protect agricultural land from the threat of land conversion. The government, on the other hand, claims that a job creation law, often known as omnibuslaw, can simplify and integrate fundamental permits from laws pertaining to location, environmental, and building permits. The problem under study was the implications of Law Number 20 of 2020 concerning Job Creation on spatial planning and watersheds management, employing a normative research method. The results highlight that the aforementioned law has reconstructed law number 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning, which uses digital maps in the determination of RDTR, the integration of spatial planning and zoning plans, as well as the creation of single map policy to overcome land intersection, influencing permits in the regions. In addition, law number 41 of 1999 concerning Forest Area Limits has also been reconstructed, governing the adequacy of forest areas and forest cover in watersheds, which must be maintained at least 30 percent of the area of river basins. The 30% loss of the forest area may result in policy liberalization and the uncontrolled utilization of forest lands for industrial and commercial purposes. At the end, it will exacerbate tensions between spatial planning and watershed management, especially in preserving the adequacy of forest areas and forest cover in watersheds, which is critical to preventing erosion, landslides, and floods, as well as sustaining tree stands, litter, and undergrowth plant.

Abstract

In the era of modern economic life, banking institutions in Indonesia have a very crucial role in the national financial system. Services provided by the bank to the public are money transfer services, collection services, savings and loan services and others. The condition of the banking world in Indonesia has undergone many changes from time to time. This study aims to find out how to regulate legal protection for bank customers and how to form legal protection for customers in credit agreements related to risks arising from the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a juridical-normative research method. The results of the study show that the regulation of legal protection for customers during the Covid-19 disaster is the Civil Code, Bank Indonesia Regulations, Consumer Protection Laws and Financial Services Authority Regulations. The implementation of legal protection for customers against the COVID-19 pandemic is quite good. This is indicated by the Bank's compliance with all forms of regulations made by regulators including the government. The conclusion from this research is that the policy and implementation of law enforcement in legal protection for customers in a state of the Covid-19 pandemic disaster is carried out quite well by the Bank. The suggestion from the author is that there should be more detailed regulations regarding customers when experiencing a disaster or pandemic and it is hoped that banking institutions carry out the mandate of the Financial Services Authority Regulation.
