Abstract

The student attendance system is what is needed in the process of recording attendance in learning and the development of student achievement. Currently several modern educational institutions have implemented a student attendance system using QR codes or fingerprints, but many still use the traditional system by calculating the number of students attending class. Based on these problems, the solution that can be given is to implement a student attendance system through face matching in the Android mobile application with Eigenface algorithm and support vector machine (SVM) algorithm. Eigenface using the principal component analysis (PCA) method can be used to reduce the dimensions of facial images so that they produce fewer variables and are easier to handle. The results obtained are then entered into a pattern classifier to determine the identity of the owner of the face. This study used 100 facial data as test data and training data. The system test results show that the use of Eigenface with SVM as a classifier can provide a fairly high level of accuracy. For facial images that were included in the training, 91% of the identification was correct.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an application development company. In business, PT XYZ implements information technology to support its business goals. This governance has the aim of ensuring product results from PT XYZ. This research refers to COBIT® 2019 by using qualitative methods and focusing on the DSS04 Manage Continuity and DSS06 Managed Business Process Controls by carrying out an initial analysis of the company situation and interviews with company employees. Based on the results carried out on the company's products, the maturity level in the domain is between the values of two to four. Cobit results explain that the company's website products are not optimal in their performance.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi yang baik dapat membantu terlaksananya program K3 secara efektif dan efisien, kegiatan program K3RS dapat dilaporkan secara periodik dan sistematis sehingga pihak manajer puncak dapat mengambil keputusan dengan tepat. Keberhasilan sistem informasi suatu organisasi tergantung bagaimana sistem itu dijalankan, kemudahan sistem itu bagi para pemakainya, dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan. Evaluasi program sangat penting dan bermanfaat terutama bagi pengambil keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di RSUD Dr. Moewardi dengan menggunakan pendekatan model HOT Fit.Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif eksploratori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah orang-orang yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi berjumlah 8 orang. Obyek penelitian adalah sistem informasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Analisis isi digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran sistem informasi berdasarkan model HOT Fit terdiri dari Manusia, Organisasi, dan Teknologi.  Hasil: Hasil penelitian bila ditinjau dari faktor manusia, SI P2K3RS mudah pelaksanaannya, belum ada pelatihan atau sosialisasi. Faktor organisasi, sudah terbentuk struktur organisasi, belum ada anggaran khusus, tidak adanya juklak/juknis dan prosedur kerja. Teknologi belum semua menggunakan komputer komunikasi antar sesama anggota pelaksana sudah berjalan lancar.Simpulan: Disarankan ada prosedur pelaksanaan, juklak, juknis dan uraian kerja, melaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi anggota tim dan pegawai dilingkungan RSUD Dr. Moewardi melakukan pengawasan berkesinambungan yang terjadwal, memperbaiki kualitas informasi dan menambah jumlah tenaga sesuai antara pendidikan dengan kebutuhan.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Sistem Informasi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Model HOT FitABSTRACT Title: Application of the Hot Fit Model in the Evaluation of Safety and Information Systems Occupational Health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi  Background: The success of information system an organization depends on what is system, ease that system for the the wearer, and the utilization of technology used. Evaluation the program was very important and useful especially for decision-making. The purpose of this research is to evaluate information system work safety and health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi by adopting HOT Fit Model.Method: This research is descriptive exploratory by adopting qualitative. Subject research is the people involved in information system management. An object research is a system information work safety and health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Analysis the contents of used to get a information system based on model hot fit consisting of man, organization, and technology.Result: The results of the study if considered from the human factor, the P2K3RS information system its easy to implementation, there has been no training or socialization. Factors organization, had been formed the structure of the organization, there has been no special budget, the absence of operational and technical guidelines and p rocedures work. Technology not all use computers communication between a fellow member of implementing has been running smoothly.Conclusion: Suggested there are procedures the implementation of the, the operational guidelines, technical guidelines and the discussion work, carry out socialization and training for team members and employees dilingkungan RSUD Dr. Moewardi monitoring sustainable who a scheduled, improving the quality of information and increase numbers of workers in accordance between education to the needs of.Keywords: Evaluation Information System, Work Safety And Health, Model Hot Fit

Abstract

The development of Information Technology as a data communication medium is growing very rapidly. The role of information technology is of course very crucial. However, the problem that often occurs in companies or agencies is the incompatibility of technology expectations with technology that already exists in a company. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the use of information technology. This study is a literature review that aims to analyze the IT governance of companies or agencies in Indonesia that use Cobit 2019. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, to answer Research Questions (RQ): RQ1 related to the company or agency that is the case study when evaluating governance using Cobit 2019, RQ2 related to the type of journal publication and year of publication of the article, and RQ3 related to recommendations from recommended domains from journal case studies. The results of the study obtained as many as 18 journal articles and proceedings were selected in the search process according to the established criteria. The results of a specific study in the context of the main question of this study, namely the governance system of 18 companies or agencies have used Cobit 2019 (answer from RQ1). The selected relevant article types include 18 articles sourced from 7 journal articles and 11 proceedings articles with a range of publication years from 2019 to 2021 (answer from RQ2). From the selected articles, it was identified that the use of the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain was the most dominant in the implementation of Cobit 2019 in companies or agencies in Indonesia. The results of the study are further described in this article.

Abstract

Phase Unwrapping InSAR Image Using Local Energy Minimization Approach. Reconstruction process of phase data from its cover is called Phase Unwrapping (PU). Ideally, without any noise phrase, singularity, and aliasing problems, the phase information can be unwrapped easily. However, in fact, the phase data actually always get noise disturbance and discontinuity. The PU process becomes more complicated and needs a better PU algorithm to address the problems properly. In this research, the local PU algorithm is developed using minimization of close related firstorder pixels energy approach. In this method, the energy difference between four close related pixels is counted, followed by getting the probability value to obtain its total multiple ranges. Based on the research using synthesis ring image and InSAR with coherence 0.8, the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PNSR) range will be 30.5373 dB in 20 itteration.

Abstract

The erratic distribution of rainfall greatly affects people's daily activities, especially in Semarang City, so it is necessary to predict rainfall. Correct prediction of rainfall can improve community preparedness in dealing with natural disasters. Algorithms for machine learning and data mining have been extensively utilized in research involving rainfall data from various regions. The primary objectives of this study are to find the best regression algorithm and use machine learning algorithms to predict rainfall in Semarang. The dataset used is daily rainfall data for the City of Semarang from the meteorological, climatological, and geophysical agency (BMKG). Machine learning algorithms such as multiple linear regression, random forest regression, and replicated neural networks will be used to conduct regression analysis on this dataset. The mean absolute error and Root mean squared error techniques are utilized to evaluate the performance of machine learning algorithms. With an error rate of 13.055 for root mean squared error (RMSE) and 6.621 for mean absolute error (MAE), the results of the research indicate that the performance of the neural network algorithm is superior to that of other algorithms.

Abstract

Goblet cell was an indicator the health of chicken intestine that was strongly influence of chicken productivity. So far, the determination of goblet cell was conducted by visual used of microscope. These methods required a long time and also the result was subjective value. The aim of this study was image processed for calculating the number of goblet cells in the chicken intestine and assessed the method applied performance. The material used was 30 images of broiler intestine preparations with AB-PAS staining. The research was carried out used multilevel thresholding and labeling methods for calculating the number of goblet cells in intestine of chicken. Chicken intestinal tissue that had been prepared with AB-PAS staining was acquired used a microscope equipped with a camera and connected to a PC. The result of the acquisition was an RGB scale image, so needed to be converted into an HSV scale image. Next, conducted the extraction process the hue component to convert the image to a gray scale. The gray scale image can be used in the process of identifying goblet cells using the multilevel thresholding method. Objects in the form of goblet cells that have been separated from other tissues were then repaired using morphological operations. The results of morphological operations were then calculated using the labeling method. The results showed that the method applied was successful in automatically calculated the number of goblet cells. The results of calculations using the multilevel thresholding and labeling method had accuracy rate of 90% compared with the results of calculated of visually directly by analyst.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi dan identifikasi terkait proses dari kinerja tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) terhadap aplikasi Elektronik Program Keluarga Harapan (E-PKH) dengan COBIT 5 yang pada implementasinya masih banyak kekurangan yang berimbas pada kurang maksimalnya kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) PKH dalam pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan Kementerian Sosial di Kota Semarang. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner, di mana topik pembahasan mengarah pada penggunaan dari proses domain COBIT 5 yaitu Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) serta domain Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MAE).   Hasil evaluasi dari kinerja aplikasi E-PKH dengan COBIT 5 untuk 30 responden menunjukkan pada domain DSS01 (Manage Operation) level kapabilitas mencapai rata-rata nilai 0,79, yang berarti semua kegiatan operasional berdasasarkan standar COBIT 5 sudah terlaksana, di samping itu masih ada beberapa catatan yang perlu ditingkatkan, baik dari infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi yang sudah ada atau dengan dilakukannya kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga yang sudah berpengalaman untuk meningkatkan standar kualitas dari infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi. Domain DSS04 (Manage continuity) level kapabilitas dengan nilai 0,98 dari nilai ini Direktorat Jaminan Sosial yang menaungi Program Keluarga Harapan memerlukan sebuah manajemen untuk penanganan kemampuan atau skills dari SDM Program Keluarga Harapan dalam menjalankan bisnis proses yang lebih baik dari sistem yang ada.

Abstract

The SatuSehat application is an application that provides health services to users. This application is a development of the PeduliLindungi application which is used to handle vaccination history in the new normal era. Therefore, it is important to classify user reviews into positive and negative sentiments using the Naïve Bayes method. The use of this method because it can produce a model that is quite accurate and effective. The results of data collection in this study were 25,000 of which 18,359 were negative and 6,641 were positive. The results of the Naïve Bayes accuracy test are 97% with negative sentiment results, namely precision has a value of 98%, recall has a value of 98% and f1-score has a value of 98%, while positive sentiment results, namely precision has a value of 94%, recall has a value of 94 % and f1-score has a value of 94%. This study aims to classify user reviews of the SatuSehat application into positive and negative sentiments and assess the performance of the Naïve Bayes method regarding public opinion on the use of the SatuSehat application based on reviews from the Google Playstore application.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is important in language processing and machine learning. SVM is proven to classify positive and negative sentiments with high accuracy effectively. SatuSehat application provides users with various health services and medical information, previously known as the PeduliLindungi Application. Once, this application was used to handle vaccination history used in the new normal era. Along the way, many problems arose due to the immaturity of the application after it was launched, which resulted in many user reviews being given through the Google Play Store application. Therefore, this study aims to determine SVM's performance in classifying user reviews of the SatuSehat application into positive and negative sentiments and to show visualization to find out the most frequent words from user reviews. Based on the research results, 25,000 data were divided into 18,359 negative class data and 6,641 positive class data. At the SVM classification stage, it produces a negative sentiment of 73.4% and a positive sentiment of 26.6%. In addition, the results of the SVM accuracy test obtained a result of 91% with a positive sentiment, namely having a precision test of 92%, a recall of 71%, and an f1-score of 80%, while for negative sentiment, namely having a precision test of 90%, a recall of 98% and f1-score of 94%. The visualization results found that the topics often appearing in positive reviews are good and sometimes great. In contrast, the negative reviews are update, difficult, strange, login, and bug.
