Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara organizational justice (OJ), job characteristics (JC), dan work engagement (WE) terhadap employee performance (EP) di PT. Hasta Media Transdata Wonosobo. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 125 karyawan. Metode bootstrapping digunakan untuk menghitung nilai t dan nilai beta guna membenarkan jalur dan koefisien regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima hipotesis langsung dan dua hipotesis tidak langsung didukung, dengan WE memediasi hubungan antara OJ dan JC dengan EP. Validitas diskriminan dan konsistensi internal data memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan, dengan nilai Adjusted R-square menunjukkan bahwa konstruk mempengaruhi perubahan sebesar 58,5%

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menguji peran mediasi employee engagement dalam pengaruh self efficacy dan employee relation practice terhadap employee performance UKM di Wonosobo. Penggunaan Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam metode penelitian dan melibatkan 127 manajer UKM di Kabupaten Wonosobo. variabel self efficacy, employee relation practice, employee engagement, dan employee performance dirancang dengan kuesioner dan digunakan untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Analisis data dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SEM AMOS. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa self efficacy terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. employee relation practice tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap employee performance. self efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, yang berarti bahwa kepercayaan diri karyawan dalam bekerja meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam organisasi. employee relation practice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. employee engagement memediasi pengaruh self efficacy terhadap employee performance. employee engagement memediasi pengaruh employee relation practice terhadap employee performance.

Abstract

Since the beginning of 2020, precisely in March, Indonesia was shocked by one of the phenomena, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. The deployment and an increasing number of Covid-19 cases occurred rapidly with a tremendous impact (extraordinary) on health, humanitarian, financial system stability and the reduction of the Indonesian economy. At that time, Indonesia experienced a difficult situation. Moreover, the difficulties were faced by the people of Indonesia. Both the state and the people need financial support. One of the largest financial sources in Indonesia, other than taxes, is zakat. Then, effective zakat empowerment needs to be done, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, such a breakthrough needs to be made by zakat management institutions by looking at the situation and condition of the community. Zakat needs to be managed by a credible institution, such as BAZNAS. BAZNAS is an Islamic philanthropic institution dedicated to empowering the poor with a cultural approach through philanthropic activities (compassion/affection) and prophetic social entrepreneurship. To support this, innovations from zakat management institutions are needed so that the distribution is right on target to people in need. One of the innovations owned by BAZNAS is BAZNAS Rural Microfinance. BAZNAS Rural Microfinance is a program that utilizes zakat for productive businesses for people who are classified as weak (mustahiq) and have a commitment to entrepreneurship. This breakthrough in mustahiq empowerment is one of the programs that aim to meet the basic needs of people affected by Covid-19.

Abstract

The authority of a notary in terms of legalization of an underhand agreement, there is an abuse of authority by a notary public to be able to provide legalization directly to everyone who comes before him by entering an identity that is not in accordance with what is stated in the agreement. An underhand deed is a deed made in such a way based on the agreement of the parties and the important thing is that the date in the agreement can be made at any time in accordance with the agreement of the parties, the nature of the agreement is free. The involvement of a notary in legalizing an agreement based on false information, can be subject to Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code as an offense for participation. Based on this, it raises several problems, namely the Legalization of the Agreement on the Binding of Purchase by a Notary with Falsification of Identity and the Responsibility of the Notary Criminal in Legalizing the Agreement on the Binding of a Sale and Purchase by a Notary with Falsification of Identity. This research is a legal study, using the statute approach, which is an approach by examining and analyzing legislation, while the types of legal materials, namely Primary Law, Secondary and Tertiary and analyzed by examining the legal issues that occur. Abstrak: Kewenangan notaris dalam hal legalisasi terhadap perjanjian di bawah tangan, terdapat suatu penyalah gunaan kewenangan oleh oknum notaris untuk dapat memberikan legalisasi secara langsung kepada setiap orang yang datang menghadapnya dengan memasukkan identitas yang tidak sesuai dengan yang tercantum dalam perjanjian tersebut. Akta di bawah tangan merupakan akta yang dibuat sedemikian rupa atas dasar kesepakatan para pihak dan yang penting tanggal dalam perjanjian tersebut dapat dibuat kapan saja sesuai dengan kesepakatan para pihak, yang sifat dari perjanjiannya bebas. Keterlibatan notaris dalam legalisasi perjanjian yang didasarkan pada keterangan palsu, dapat dikenai Pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHP tersebut sebagai delik penyertaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah yakni Keabsahan Legalisasi Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli oleh Notaris dengan Pemalsuan Identitas serta Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Notaris dalam Legalisasi Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli oleh Notaris dengan Pemalsuan Identitas. Penelitian ini merrupakan suatu penelitian hokuum, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) yakni pendekatan dengan menelaah serta menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan, sedangkan jenis bahan hukum yakni Bahan Hukuum Primer, Sekunder daan Tersier yang dianalisis dengan menelaah pada iisu hukum yang terjadi.

Abstract

The use of fiberglass in Indonesia is still limited for manufacturing. That only vehicle body components for mini buses and buses, there are still not many domestically assembled custom car vehicles that include their original specifications as bodies made of fiberglass. This study aims to: Determine the right type of body material to be used in Energy Saving cars” Jember State Polytechnic, Knowing the design of the KMHE Polije car body with fiberglass as the main material. This study used the Research and Development (R & D) method with the research object taken was the design of the KMHE Polije car. Data collection methods were carried out in making the body, namely the literature method, the observation method and the interview method. After determining the desired method, then the manufacture of the car body is carried out. In its manufacture, several preparations are required, namely making designs, making molds, and making bodies using fiberglass media. Making the body adjusted to the dimensions of the length. The conclusion of this research is that the body of the Energy Saving Car prototype can be attached to the frame properly after the car is used or driven and the Energy Saving Car prototype body made of fiberglass material is very appropriate because it has a light character, easy to shape. This research was conducted from the feasibility stage with design validation to making the product and testing it. Based on the validation results by design experts, an average score of 85% is obtained with the "Valid" criteria so that the product is feasible to use.

Abstract

Transportation is one of the primary needs of human beings that cannot be avoided, with the increasing vehicle can lead to a congested road situation which can lead to less safe road safety. An Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) can be used to increase road safety. This system uses a Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) protocol for network access due to its low latency transmission time. Unfortunately, there is research shows that DSRC has a performance issue in a dense area or increased network load. This problem is mostly solved with a heterogeneous network DSRC-LTE but utilizes mobile phone networks that dynamically change can lead to inconsistent and unpredictable network performance. There is some research about ZigBee for ITS shows that it is decent enough for non-critical applications.  Thus, the authors try to utilize Zigbee to create the DSRC-Zigbee heterogeneous network so that the network is independent for the ITS application. The proposed heterogeneous network is a fixed model due to its simple architecture. OMNeT++ and Simulation of Urban Mobility (SUMO) are used to evaluate the performance of the network in an urban area with various scenarios. The simulation result shows that the proposed heterogeneous network is capable to improve the messages dissemination rate by 15.78% and 1.22% in a certain scenario compared to the homogeneous network DSRC only.

Abstract

The significant growth of digital and social media platforms has introduced massive streams of unstructured media data. However, current big data approaches are not specifically tailored to the high volume and velocity of media data, which consists of unstructured and lengthy full-text messages. This study proposes a modular and stream-oriented big data architecture for media data. The proposed architecture consists of data crawlers, a message broker, machine learning modules, persistent storage, and analytical dashboards, with a publish-subscribe communication pattern to enable asynchronous, decoupled data processing. The system integrates IndoBERT, a transformer-based model fine-tuned for the Indonesian language, enabling real-time semantic tagging within the streaming pipeline. The proposed solution has been implemented as a prototype using open-source technologies in an on-premise cluster. As such, the primary novelty is the successful integration and operationalization of a large, transformer-based language model (IndoBERT) within a low-latency streaming pipeline. The experimental results underscore the feasibility of deploying scalable, vendor-neutral media analytics platforms for institutions with high sensitivity to privacy and cost. Architectural quality is quantitatively evaluated through Martin's Instability Metric and Coupling Between Objects (CBO), confirming high modularity across components. The system demonstrates an end-to-end latency of 3.121 seconds, deep learning latency of 2.333 seconds, and processes 32,102 messages per day, making an explicit trade-off where the 2.333-second deep learning inference provides advanced semantic depth. This study presents a reference architecture for scalable, intelligent real-time media analytics systems that support public sector and academic deployments, requiring data privacy and control over infrastructure.

Abstract

Ketersediaan air minum yang aman merupakan kebutuhan dasar kesehatan masyarakat, terutama pada wilayah pedesaan yang masih bergantung pada sumber air lokal dan layanan air minum isi ulang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu Pemerintah Desa Curugsewu dan BUMDes Curugsewu dalam menyusun dokumen perencanaan awal Depot Air Minum dan Isi Ulang “Embun”. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada [bulan–bulan tahun pelaksanaan] dengan pendekatan deskriptif partisipatif yang melibatkan unsur pemerintah desa, pengelola BUMDes, calon pengelola depot, dan perwakilan masyarakat. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi koordinasi mitra, observasi lapangan, identifikasi kebutuhan ruang, penyusunan konsep desain, pengembangan gambar prarencana, pembahasan bersama mitra, revisi, dan finalisasi rekomendasi. Luaran utama kegiatan berupa dokumen perencanaan awal yang terdiri atas rencana tapak konseptual, denah lantai satu, denah lantai dua, tampak bangunan, potongan skematik, perspektif eksterior, perspektif interior, diagram alur operasional, serta rekomendasi tindak lanjut. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa rancangan diterima mitra sebagai media komunikasi teknis awal untuk penyusunan anggaran, penjadwalan pembangunan bertahap, dan kajian teknis lanjutan. Kegiatan ini memberi fondasi spasial dan visual awal bagi desa untuk mengembangkan fasilitas air minum yang lebih higienis, tertata, mudah dipelihara, dan berkelanjutan melalui pengelolaan BUMDes.
