Abstract

Correlational descriptive study aimed to elaborate on the relationship between the variables in the study. The variable in this study is a way of learning (X1), the external conditions of learning (X2), and the learning outcomes (Y). Subjects numbered 72 students MA AL-AZIZ Dampit District of Malang. The survey results revealed that there is a relationship between learning with learning outcomes on economic subjects, and there is a relationship between the external conditions of learning with learning outcomes on economic subjects.

Abstract

Student consumption activities Prodi Economic Education in addition to the purposes of study, consumption activities are also carried out to support the appearance. This research aims to discover (1) how is the motive of the transactions in the purchase of food and fashion products, (2) how the strategy to allocate the allowances of the students of Faculty of Economic Education, State University of Malang. This study uses a qualitative method with the kind of phenomenology, the snowball sampling technique. and uses snowball-sampling technique. The data was collected by doing an interview and documentation, and the data was analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of this research are, firstly, motif transaction in the purchase of a meal, the students of Faculty of Economic Education choose where to eat certain then documented and published in social media, Secondly, motif transaction in the purchase of fashion products, there is a student who is often influenced by friends, trends, brand, advertising and discounts. Thirdly, there are students who create a list for their consumption planning, and there are students who do not in allocating their allowances as the strategies used by the students of Faculty of Economic Education.Keywords: consuming behavior, transaction motives, students of Economic Education.

Abstract

Consumption behavior, also known as consumption patterns, is a way for someone to fulfill all her needs by buying and using goods and services required to meet the rational needs.thus, in order to fullfill the need, someone should choose what will be consumed so as not to buy anything that is not in use and buy something excessive or often called consumptive behavioral. Consumption behavior of students is influenced by several factors such as the parents 'attention, the response to the advertisement, the intensity of the peers, and students' understanding on economic subjects. Abstract

Poncokusumo district of Malang regency is directed to be an agropolitan area because that area is considered potential in agricultural field, especially in food plant, horticulture, fruits, and vegetables. The agropolitan concept accommodate two main issues, they are determining the agricultural sector as the main source of economic growth and the regional policies and regulations about regional autonomy. Agropolitan is a thinking concept, point of view, or strategy to conduct development in a region, both in urban and suburban area with continuous agriculture. The focus of this study is to discover how far the implementation of agropolitan in Poncokusumo district of Malang regency and to find out the agropolitan development prospect in Poncokusumo district of Malang regency. Keywords: Agropolitan, economic development, agricultural sector, rural and urban economy.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the interest of students on the use of BRIZZI electronic money. This research is qualitative descriptive by using case study method or approach. The results showed that integrated KTM (Student Identity Card) does not increase the use of BRIZZI electronic money among students. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze how Business Process Modelling (BPM) can be develop and improve in SMIs. Business Process Modeling have been the one of important strategy adopted by organizations around the world especially in Small and Medium Industries to sustain in global economic competition 2017. Successful implementation of these depends on applicability and business functional process effectiveness. BPM success also depends on organizational Business Process Improvement (BPI). This paper presents a benchmark process of BPM in Small and Medium Industry (SMI) perspectives especially in Steel fabricator SMI. And it creates new BPM in other SMI to become lean business in organizational structural. It includes a review of financial performance in SMI to decrease business process cost and get higher profit, findings of research accomplished via interviews with people in board of director and shareholder.

Abstract

Makna Konsumsi Bagi Mahasiswa IAIN Dalam Perspektif SyariahAbstract: This study aims to understand the meaning and fulfillment consumption consumption by students in the Faculty of Sharia perspective Tarbiyah and Teaching Education Department of Eco-nomic IPS IAIN Mataram. The approach used is qualitative phenomenology. Analysis of data through three stages, data reduction, data display and conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that students interpret sharia consumption into perspective is to use the goods or services of an individual or group to meet its needs with the goal of not only find satisfaction but at the same time by taking into account the advice of worship or prohibition in Islamic Sharia to meet the con-sumption needs of students do it taking into account the needs, budget, not excessive, and halal.Key Words: student consumption, shariaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami makna konsumsi dan pemenuhan konsumsi oleh mahasis-wa dalam perspektif syariah pada Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Jurusan Pendidikan IPS Eko-nomi IAIN Mataram. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenologi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahapan, reduksi data, display data dan mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memaknai konsumsi dalam perspektif syariah adalah menggunakan barang atau jasa oleh individu ataupun kelompok untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan tujuan ti-dak hanya mencari kepuasan, akan tetapi sekaligus ibadah dengan memperhatikan anjuran atau la-rangan dalam Syariat Islam dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi. Mahasiswa melakukanya dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan, anggaran, tidak berlebihan, dan kehalalannya.Kata kunci: konsumsi mahasiswa, syariah

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of preliminary observations and interviews conducted by researchers, obtained information that the local potential in Trenggalek District still belom maximized by teachers when carrying out learning activities in the classroom. Though the learning of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship can be used as a means of learners to develop ideas or creative ideas. So the researchers chose to develop teaching materials and entrepreneurship oriented local potential Trenggalek District with the aim that can be used as one way to increase the love of learners to their environment. Based on the research that has been implemented, obtained data that teaching materials developed effectively used to improve insight and entrepreneurship attitude of learners.Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi awal dan wawancara dengan peneliti, diperoleh informasi bahwa potensi lokal di Kabupaten Trenggalek masih belum dimaksimalkan oleh guru ketika melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Padahal pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan dapat dijadikan sarana peserta didik untuk mengembangkan gagasan atau ide kreatifnya. Peneliti memilih untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan berorientasi potensi lokal Kabupaten Trenggalek dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa cinta peserta didik terhadap lingkungannya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, diperoleh data bahwa bahan ajar ini efektif untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan sikap kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is how to apply time banking in the interaction of brotherhood economy. This research uses action research (action reseach) that is research oriented to problem solving. That is done as much as 2 cycles. In this research, the procedure of action research is a cycle or recycling of spiral form which each step consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. This research uses qualitative approach of experiment to perform document analysis, observation, interview, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Focus Group Interview (FGI). This activity changed the mindset of people who previously thought money was everything, now they are moreable to contemplate if money is not the only means to meet the needs. Today the existence of money is also very undeniable. But with this activity the community can find alternatives to meet the needs that do not necessarily have to use the money. In addition they are now more understanding if in Indonesia its economic system highly uphold Pancasila and Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, which at first they do not understand the economy as what should be applied in Indonesia.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menerapkan time banking di dalam interakasi ekonomi kekeluargaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action reseach) yakni penelitian yang berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Pada penelitian ini prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan berupa suatu siklus atau daur ulang bentuk spiral yang setiap langkahnya terdiri dari empat tahapan, yakni perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksperimen untuk melakukan analisis dokumen, pengamatan, wawancara, serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan Focus Group Interview (FGI). Kegiatan ini mengubah pola pikir masyarakat yang sebelumnya menganggap uang adalah segalanya, sekarang mereka lebih bisa merenungkan jika uang bukanlah satu-satunya alat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Diera sekarang ini adanya uang juga sangat tidak bisa dipungkiri. Namun, dengan adanya kegiatan ini masyrakat bisa mencari alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang tidak serta merta harus menggunakan uang. Selain itu, mereka sekarang lebih memahami jika di Indonesia sistem perekonomiannya sangat menjunjung tinggi sila dalam Pancasila dan Pasal 33 UUD 1945, yang pada awalnya mereka kurang paham akan ekonomi seperti apa yang seharusnya diterapkan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Development purposes, among others (1) Develop economic learning to improve students' perception on productive behavior to expectations with the behavior and attitude of the economic rational and wise, the students were able to resolve the economic problems experienced in everyday life as well as providing economic learning meaningful, ( 2) to analyze the economic feasibility study to increase the productive behavior of students for the results of learning development unfit for use, (3) Testing the effectiveness of the learning economy to improve the productive behavior of students to the students' perception on productive behavior. (4) Provide recommendations to the school is a place of research related to economic learning more meaningful. The subject of development is the class X IPS 4 SMAN 2 Pasuruan. This study uses a model of the development of Dick & Carey, research instruments were questionnaires, interviews, tests, and documentation. Quantitative. qualitative data analysis and development as follows: (1) the results of assessment and response to the economic matter experts result, the learning economy to improve the productive behavior of students is feasible and can be used without revision with a percentage of 92.4%. (2) the results of the assessment and feedback instructional design experts result, the learning economy to improve the productive behavior of students is feasible and can be used without revision with a percentage of 83%. (3) the assessment results and student responses obtained result, the learning economy to increase the productive behavior of students is very attractive with a percentage of 88% in both categories. (4) The student learning outcomes through pre and post test results obtained during pre-test students who are at the criteria ugly as much as 28.9% of students in less criteria as much as 55.26%, and the students who are in good criteria as much as 15.7%. At the time of the posttest as much as 42% of students are in good criteria and as much as 50% of students are in very good criteria.Tujuan pengembangan antara lain (1) mengembangkan pembelajaran ekonomi untuk meningkatkan persepsi  siswa tentang perilaku produktif  dengan harapan dengan perilaku dan sikap ekonomi yang rasional dan arif, siswa mampu menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi yang dialaminya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta memberikan pembelajaran ekonomi yang bermakna, (2) menganalisis kelayakan pembelajaran ekonomi untuk meningkatkan perilaku produktif siswa agar hasil pengembangan pembelajaran layak untuk digunakan, (3) menguji efektivitas pembelajaran ekonomi untuk meningkatkan perilaku produktif siswa terhadap persepsi siswa tentang perilaku produktif, dan (4) memberi rekomendasi kepada pihak sekolah yang menjadi tempat penelitian terkait pembelajaran ekonomi yang lebih bermakna. Subjek pengembangan adalah siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 2 Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Dick & Carey, instrumen penelitian berupa angket, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil pengembangan,  meliputi (1) hasil penilaian dan tanggapan ahli materi ekonomi diperoleh hasil pembelajaran, ekonomi untuk meningkatkan perilaku produktif siswa layak dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi dengan persentase 92,4%, (2) hasil penilaian dan tanggapan ahli desain pembelajaran diperoleh hasil, pembelajaran ekonomi untuk meningkatkan perilaku produktif siswa  layak dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi dengan persentase 83%, (3) hasil penilaian dan tanggapan siswa diperoleh hasil, pembelajaran ekonomi untuk meningkatkan perilaku produktif siswa  sangat menarik dengan persentase 88% dengan kategori baik, dan (4) hasil belajar siswa melalui pre dan pos tes diperoleh hasil saat pre tes siswa yang berada pada kriteria jelek sebanyak 28,9%, siswa yang berada pada kriteria kurang sebanyak 55,26%, dan siswa yang berada pada kriteria baik sebanyak 15,7%. Pada saat pos tes sebanyak 42% siswa berada pada kriteria baik dan sebanyak 50% siswa berada pada kriteria sangat baik.
