Abstract

The tourism sector is a mainstay of Indonesia to increase revenue, both from the national level to the regional level. the level of development and optimal management of tourism has significant potential to increase the economic growth of a region, therefore, it needs proper planning, especially in the context of decision-making and policy. One of the areas that are developing this tourism area is the city of Ternate, north Maluku province, which is developing jikomalamo beach tourism using the guidelines of the regional long-term development plan and the vision and mission of Ternate city. This research uses a quantitative approach that is analyzed using SWOT, \ intending to determine the order of priority for planning the development of the jikomalamo beach tourism area based on the Tourism Development Master Plan document. The results of this study indicate that all the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that have been owned by the tourist destination are quite good if analyzed comprehensively. This can be seen from the results of the analysis which reveals that the strengths and opportunities possessed by Jikomalamo beach tourism have a higher average value than the weaknesses and threats. However, in the development of the beach tourism area, there is no cooperation between the government and the local community so the development process does not guarantee sustainability in the development of these tourist destinations

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat berdampak pada respon siswa; Dengan adanya media pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif, aktif, dan kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran online dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah empat siswa kelas X jurusan IPS, satu orang guru ekonomi, dan wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum. Sumber data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WhatsApp menjadi satu-satunya media pembelajaran online mata pelajaran ekonomi selama pandemi. Aplikasi WhatsApp mudah digunakan. Pembelajaran daring menggunakan grup WhatsApp belum optimal karena kurangnya interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Respon siswa selama pembelajaran di Grup WhatsApp sangat pasif. Mahasiswa mengalami banyak kendala, seperti kendala klasik yang terjadi adalah kuota internet atau paket data.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan ruang pendidikan pertama bagi seorang anak. Dimana sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang penuh afeksi dan edukatif. Latar pendidikan yang dimaksud berkaitan dengan pendidikan formal dan pendidikan informal. Pendidikan keluarga adalah pendidikan yang diberikan oleh orang tua kepada anak guna mempersiapkan anak agar siap untuk kehidupannya di masyarakat kelak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan ekonomi informal keluarga pekerja kuli bangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari enam orang informan yang merupakan pekerja kuli bangunan di Desa Ngadirenggo Kecamatan Wlingi Kabupaten Blitar. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu orang tua memiliki peran yang sangat dominan dalam membentuk sikap dan karakter anak, pada hal ini orang tua harus menjaga komunikasi yang baik untuk anak sehingga dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang teduh di dalam lingkungan keluarga.Kata kunci: kondisi ekonomi; pendidikan ekonomi; pendidikan informal;

Abstract

This study aims to examine the behavior of environmentally friendly food consumption in high school students Adiwiyata in Mojokerto Regency. The sub focus of this research is the reasons that underlie students to behave in environmentally friendly food consumption, behavior in environmentally friendly food consumption, environmental education in behaving environmentally friendly food consumption, barriers in behaving in environmentally friendly food consumption. This research method uses qualitative case study type with a multi-case design. The results of this study are health and the environment as a fundamental reason for students in behaving environmentally friendly food consumption, high school students Mojokerto Regency has not behaved maximally environmentally friendly food consumption, environmental economic education has not been carried out optimally in the behavior of environmentally conscious food consumption of students in schools , food sold in schools is a major factor inhibiting students in behaving environmentally friendly food consumption. The suggestions in this study are for students to have awareness of consumption behavior and responsibility, for principals to be more assertive in implementing regulations on the use of plastics and provide support so that students behave in environmentally friendly food consumption, for researchers to further develop research on food consumption behavior from the perspective another.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) ideally have a stable and prosperous economic condition characterized by the ability to manage finances wisely through safe and efficient savings and investments. However, this condition differs from most PMIs, who experience economic difficulties after returning to Indonesia. This study aims to confirm the influence of informal economic education, economic literacy, and entrepreneurial literacy on PMI's economic behavior. This research applies Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) using a quantitative approach with deductive thinking logic. Data were collected through an online survey and analyzed using IBM-SPSS-AMOS 25 to confirm the hypothesis proposed. The results showed that informal economic education, economic literacy, and entrepreneurial literacy positively affected PMI's economic behavior. Economic and entrepreneurial literacy also mediate the relationship between informal economic education and PMI's economic behavior in a partial (partial mediation) manner. The results provide valuable insights for policymakers and job training institutions on involving families to improve economic and entrepreneurial literacy in encouraging PMI's economic behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the financial wellness of students in East Java. The factors examined include parental financial education, financial status, financial literacy, and financial behavior. This research employs a quantitative approach involving 384 students from various universities in East Java. Data were collected through a questionnaire adapted from previously validated instruments. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to determine the influence of each variable on students' financial wellness. The results indicate that parental financial education, financial status, financial literacy, and financial behavior have a significant positive impact on students' financial wellness. Additionally, parental financial education and financial status significantly contribute to students' financial behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy does not affect students' financial behavior. This suggests that financial behavior mediates the relationship between parental financial education, financial status, and financial wellness.
