Abstract

Relevant articles on financial management The scientific article How Banking Systems Support SME Sustainability is a review of the literature within the field of financial management science. The purpose of this paper is to develop a hypothesis regarding the connection between elements, which can be applied to more financial management research. Descriptive qualitative methodology is applied in this work. Previous research that are still pertinent to this one provided the data used in this one. Academic media, credible journals, and academic platforms including Scopus Elsevier journals, Emerald, WoS, DOAJ, EBSCO, SINTA, GARUDA, and digital books (e-books) provided the data for this study. This study's conclusions are that SME sustainability and financial management are influenced by the banking system.

Abstract

The novelty of this study lies in its holistic approach. It integrates counseling, training, and intrinsic motivation as key factors influencing employee resilience, which ultimately impacts productivity in startup environments. Unlike previous studies that typically examine one or two factors in isolation, this research offers a comprehensive perspective by demonstrating how the combination of these three elements strengthens employee resilience in facing the dynamic challenges of startup settings, thereby leading to increased productivity. The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing productivity using a descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 (strongly disagree to strongly agree), completed by employees at startup companies. The study involved 160 respondents and was analyzed using Smart Partial Least Squares. The results indicate that counseling, training, and intrinsic motivation do not have a positive or significant effect on resilience. However, resilience has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Additionally, intrinsic motivation does not have a positive or significant indirect effect on employee productivity through resilience.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the implementation of employee engagement to prevent employee turnover is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from secondary data or previous research that is relevant to this research and comes from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

Perundungan atau bullying adalah perilaku agresif yang merugikan individu yang menjadi korban. Fenomena ini tidak hanya menjadi isu individual, tetapi juga menciptakan dampak yang merugikan pada tingkat sosial dan psikologis, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah. Penyuluhan Stop Bullying bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang dampak negatif perundungan, menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research mengajak mereka untuk berperan aktif dalam mencegahnya, dan membangun lingkungan sekolah yang bebas dari perilaku tersebut. Pelaksanaan penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan cara presentasi yang interaktif dengan siswa di ruang kelas. Melalui pemahaman yang lebih mendalam, diharapkan siswa dapat menjadi agen perubahan positif dalam mengatasi masalah perundungan di sekolah. Pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan seluruh komponen dalam lingkungan sekolah diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan perundungan. Hasil dari pre test dan post test yang telah dilakukan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Partisipasi aktif dari semua pihak terkait, diharapkan dapat diciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan bebas dari perilaku perundungan.
