Saving is the first step in facing a better future for a prosperous life. To achieve this goal, from an early age, it is better if children who are studying in elementary school or kindergarten are taught to like to save money. You don't need a lot of money to save in the savings place, but only enough to set it aside from the smallest nominal, for example Rp. 500, - (five hundred rupiah) first because according to research (Furnham, 1999) that more than 80% of children claim their parents will not give them extra money if they spend it all. This requires saving activities for children. Why saving for early childhood does not require large funds, in this case, the main point of saving is to foster a feeling of being fond of saving since childhood. Why is it done in early childhood? because by doing these habits will foster adult habits later to always save in any circumstances. The form of activities carried out at Community Service (PKM) is in the form of counseling to the children of SMPN 5 kota Bekasi City for grades 1, 2 and 3. The counseling is in the form of an appeal to these children to set aside money if they are given pocket money by their parents . This is done is by providing an example of how to save by carrying a piggy bank that is easy to buy in bookstores or others. Some are made of plastic, cans or fabric. In essence, saving is by setting aside "unused" money to be saved and reused when "needed". This training is an activity of Community Service (PKM) for the residents of Harapan Jaya kota Bekasi Village. The plan for this activity to be carried out in mid-November 2020 at SMPN 5 kota Bekasi which is still in the Bekasi city area.

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur dampak dari pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pengawasan terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja di Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisa deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan seluruh pegawai Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan random sampling sebanyak 35 (tiga puluh lima) orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner yang didukung dengan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi (2) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi (3) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi.Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengawasan dapat menjadikan efektivitas kerja pegawai Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi lebih meningkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan 23% dan Pengawasan memiliki pengaruh 47% terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja pegawai. The purpose of this research was to measure the implications of sales promotion girl (SPG) turnover intention on work productivity at Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive analysis involving Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) of PT Matahari Department of Metropolitan Mall Bekasi Store using non-probability sampling techniques of 300 (three hundred) people. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 24. The results showed that there was a significant influence both partially and simultaneously from the independent variable on the dependent variable. Turnover has a positive effect on work productivity as well as job satisfaction. Simultaneously the independent variable has a positive effect with a value of 77.0% while 23.0% is influenced by other factors.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur implikasi turnover intention sales promotion girl (SPG) terhadap produktvitas kerja di Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) Matahari Departemen Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi sebagai sampel. Sampel didapatkan dengan teknik non probablitiy sampling sebanyak 300 (tiga ratus) orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier ganda dengan mengggunakan Statistic Package for the Social Sciences version.24. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa ada secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja begitu pula dengan Kepuasan Kerja. Secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 77,0% sedangkan 23,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Corona Virus (Covid-19) is a virus that can spread like an outbreak and be transmitted to others caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus (MLE, 2020). Some patients affected by this virus recover without having to go to the hospital because they are categorized as having mild to moderate respiratory problems. However, there are some other patients due to the infection of the Covid-19 virus who have to get treatment in the hospital because the patient has a severe respiratory problem that requires the treatment of a medical team. Common symptoms for Covid-19 sufferers are cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc. (Singh & Singh, 2020). The average period of the incubation period of this virus is approximately 5-6 days. With the incubation period that takes a relatively long time, it can cause an increasing mortality rate due to the Covid-19 virus (Rusdiana, 2021). Patients who have Covid-19 disease can result in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), pneumonia (pneumonia) and failure of several organs. Patients at high risk are elderly and sufferers who have a history of medical diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, chronic respiratory diseases or cancer. The spread of this Virus through the mouth or nose of an already infected person through droplets or small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) by the World Health Organization (WHO) has been designated as a global outbreak ("Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)," 2020). At the end of December 2019, the first time the Covid-19 Virus arose in Wuhan City, China. Johns Hopkins University provided data released in 2021 that there are total cases in the world regarding Covid-19 reaching 225,389,505 and death cases around 4,642,054. The government has taken efforts to prevent and overcome the COVID-19 virus (Aulia et al., 2021) in order to reduce the rate of spread of this virus to the territory of Indonesia. In this pegabdian activity to the community, invites the community, especially kampung KB, to always live a healthy life with the concept of "New Normal" or Adaptation to New Habits (Adriadi et al., 2021), namely activities while maintaining health protocols. In this new normal era, daily behavior or behaviors that in the new normal are different from normal activities before the pandemic or before (Nadilla & Zebua, 2020). The Covid-19 virus is not over yet and to prevent the spread of transmission, discipline is needed in implementing health protocols, namely 5 M (dr. Fadhli Rizal Makarim, 2021)

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of archival and computer training on increasing the effectiveness of work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Urban Village. The method used in this research is using quantitative descriptive analysis involving all employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi using random sampling technique with proportional random sampling of 35 (thirty five) people. Data collection technique used is questionnaire method supported by documentation method. Data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives Training on the effectiveness of the employee's work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Sub-district (2) There is a significant positive influence between the Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employee in Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi (3) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives and Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi. Skills in managing archives and computers can make the effectiveness of employment Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi more increased. The results of this study indicate that archival and computer training has an influence of 82.6% towards increasing employee effectiveness. Keywords: filing, computer and work effectiveness.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan yang diterima oleh warga RW 07 Kampung KB Marga Jaya – Bekasi Utara terhadap keinginan atau minat menabung. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan metode purposive sebanyak 97 (Sembilan puluh tujuh) kepala keluarga. Menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hipotesis : (1) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan terhadap minat menabung bagi warga 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya - Bekasi Utara (2) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat pendapatan terhadap minta menabung bagi warga 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya - Bekasi Utara (3) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan terhadap minat menabung bagi warga 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya - Bekasi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan secara simultan terhadap minat menabung bagi warga RW 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya Bekasi Utara.

Riset ini bertujuan menilai akibat pengaruh lingkungan tempat karyawan bekerja dan beban pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan dalam bekerja di ‘PT PET’. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan antara Beban pekerjaan dan Lingkungan Kerja positif dan signifikan bagi Kepuasan dalam bekerja secara parsial dan juga simultan di ‘PT. PET’. Beban kerja karyawan dapat diselesaikan dengan maksimal apabila lingkungan kerja mendukung. Apabila kedua variabel tersebut berjalan dengan kondusif maka dapat menimbulkan kepuasan dalam bekerja bagi karyawan. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the independent variables, namely the Job Rotation and Training to dependent variable, namely employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Area Bekasi. In this study using a quantitative approach and data analysis used, namely the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS version 23 application. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Area Bekasi in the finishing section as many as 100 people. Trough testing the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0,620 it means 62,0%. Variable of Employee Perfomance can be explained by variables Job Rotation and Training while the remaining 38,0% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study. Partially the job rotation variable has a significant influence on employee performance with t-count > t table partially the results of the Training variable have a significant effect on employee performance with t-value > t-table. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test results obtained from this study on the Job Rotation and Training variables, the results of the calculated F value > F table.

The purpose of this study is to measure how the role of digital based learning applications through smartphone facilities can influence learning motivation among students. The method used in this study was to use quantitative descriptive analysis involving 90 (ninety) students using random sampling techniques.This method of collecting data through a questionnaire method supported by the documentation method. Linear regression analysis is a technique used in analyzing this data. Based on the results of this study concluded: (1) There is a significant influence between digital-based learning applications on student learning motivation (2) There is a significant influence between smartphones on student learning motivation (3) There is a significant influence between digital based learning applications and smartphone against student learning motivation. Simultaneously with the presence of digital-based learning applications and through smartphone means can increase student learning motivation

Financial planning is very important for individuals or families, especially in terms of regulating and managing existing finances. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling to the weightlifting athletes of the 'Tegar Faith' club who are members of the PB PABSI. The reason for the importance of this activity is that the productive age for athletes is generally short, especially athletes who rely on physical activity in their activities, so that many athletes who retire at a relatively young age then experience financial difficulties. Talking about the retirement of an athlete, especially for the sport of Weightlifting, is almost certainly very short. Usually they are successful at the age of 17 to 25 years because at that age the athletes reach their golden age. It is conceivable if an athlete has passed his golden age, but cannot manage his finances properly. If this condition is not prepared from the start, it will have an impact on the economic security of the athlete's family if he is no longer an athlete. The method used is to make observations by systematically observing and recording the symptoms / phenomena being investigated, how phenomena that often occur among former athletes, then determining the theme of service, namely financial planning for athletes. The results of this financial planning briefing are expected by athletes The weightlifters, especially those who are members of the "True Faithful" club, can prepare their financial planning well, if at any time they are no longer athletes.
