Abstract

The community service program implemented by PT PAL Indonesia through mangrove planting activities in the coastal area of Wonorejo, Surabaya, represents a strategic effort to address coastal abrasion and enhance the empowerment of coastal communities. The program involved employees of PT PAL, PT PP, and local residents through various stages, including education and technical training, seedling planting, and continuous monitoring. The results showed positive ecological impacts, such as the planting of 200 mangrove seedlings that began to trap sediment and reduce abrasion, as well as social impacts, including the formation of two environmentally conscious community groups actively engaged in patrol and environmental education. The participatory approach applied encouraged active community involvement and fostered a sense of ownership over the conservation area. The success of this program demonstrates that synergy among the industrial sector, community, and government can serve as a sustainable empowerment model that is worthy of replication in other coastal regions.

Abstract

Obstacles faced in the development of sheep are the lack of sheep going. One of the technologies that can be utilized to increase the population of cattle, sheep is to use artificial insemination, estrus observation on sheep but hard to do, for it needs to be done using the estrus synchronization Prostaglandin F2α. The success of the estrus synchronization program is one of them influenced by parity. The aim of this research was to know the extent of the success rate of the synchronization estrus of thin-tail Sheep range of parity by administering Prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α). The material used on these research Prostaglandin F2α  (PGF2α), a ewe, first child, second child and third child of  thin sail Sheep. Experimental design used in the study was a randomized Complete Design (RAL) non factorial by 4 the treatment and 5 repeated. The treatment given is the wearing of Prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) Thin-tailed Sheep to a ewe, first child, second child and third child of  Thin Tail Sheep. Parameters observed is the success rate of synchronization of estrus. The results showed that administering prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) Thin-tailed Sheep to females of different real parity has no effect (P > 0.05) of the success rate of synchronization of estrus. It could be concluded that the thin-tailed sheep of parity which examined did not have an effect on the success of the synchronization of estrus with Prostaglandin F2α uses (PGF2α).

Abstract

Mix pasture contains more complete nutrition for animal feed. This study aims to determine the effect of giving sheep feces compost with different fertilization doses and intervals on the productivity of mixed pastures (Clitoria ternatea and Brachiaria ruziziensis). This research was conducted in Kotangan Village, Kec. Galang, Kab. Deli Serdang North Sumatra from September to November 2020. The experimental design was used a split-plot design with two treatment factors and three replications. Factor I is the main plot, namely the fertilization interval: N1 = once every four weeks and N2 = once every two weeks. Factor II as a subplot which were doses of compost : P0 = control (without compost), P1 = compost 1 kg/plot (10 t/h), P 2 = compost 2 kg/plot (20 t/h) and P3 = compost 3 kg/plot (30t/h).The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of branches, fresh production, dry matter, crude protein, and crude fiber. The results showed that sheep feces compost doses and different time intervals for fertilization had a significant effect (P<0,05 ) on the number of leaves and tillers of Brachiaria ruziziensis, crude protein, and coarse fiber of mixed pasture. There was no significant effect (P>0,05) on plant height, the number of leaves and number of branches of Clitoria ternatea, the height of Brachiaria ruziziensisas, and fresh and dry mixed pasture production. The appropriate fertilization interval was once every two weeks, and the best fertilizer dose was 3 kg/plot (30 t/h).

Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to provide an overview of the progress of cloud-based accounting systems that are applied to Student Financial Services (cashiers) at Raharja College. Implementation of this system is due to the existence of good management in college to solve the problem. This recurring scheduling feature in the cloud-based accounting system is a new breakthrough that is useful for paying for lectures that use the installment payment system. Where, students can pay tuition twice in installments, namely the period before the midterm exam and before the final exam. This feature is useful to minimize the existence of human error because it forgets billing input, bills are inputted twice with the same nominal, and sending invoices via email is not monitored. So, with the implementation of this system, the cashier's work on students in the installment system can be more effective and have a positive impact on the cashier's performance. This research was conducted using the literature review research method, to find useful theoretical foundations as a reference for solving problems that occur.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the core of modern economic life that is very important for economic development in Indonesia, so the government seeks to empower SMEs. Bluto - Sumenep has many SMEs but is difficult to develop. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of SMEs in Bluto related to the success of their business in relation to education, skills and funds. Questionnaires were used to obtain data from 100 entrepreneurs. The result of correlation analysis shows that there is no relationship between business success with education, skill and fund. This result proves the unique phenomenon of the mindset of the Bluto people who consider that "being an employee is the main one, and the certificate is more important than the skill." The duties of society and government change the mindset of the Bluto people through approach and socialization.
