Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk, PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk, PT. MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk, and PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk experienced financial distress during the period of 2019-2021. The objective was to identify if any of these companies faced financial difficulties and, if so, determine the main variables that caused their financial problems. A sample of four companies from the Supermarket & Convenience Store, Clothing & Textile Retail, and Electronic Retail sub-industries was chosen using purposive sampling. The data analysis used the Altman Z-score (multiple discriminant analysis) method. The results revealed that two companies, PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk in 2019 and 2020, with Z-scores of 2.9510 and 2.5147, respectively, and PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk in 2020-2021, with Z-scores of 2.1954 and 2.6608, fell within the gray area. The gray area indicates that these companies were at risk of financial distress. Among these two companies, PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk faced financial distress in 2021, as indicated by a Z-score of 0.9288. On the other hand, the analysis indicated that two companies, PT. MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk and PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, remained in a healthy and safe financial condition throughout the three-year period, as their Z-scores were greater than 2.88. In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of financial health analysis for companies operating in the Supermarket & Convenience Store, Clothing & Textile Retail, and Electronic Retail industries. The Altman Z-score proved to be a valuable tool in identifying financial distress risks and assisting decision-makers and stakeholders in making informed and proactive strategies to mitigate potential financial difficulties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how far the implementation of the strategy of fundraising zakat funds using the QRIS no-cash paid system and how the flow of zakat payments through QRIS in BAZNAS Palopo City district. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, and data collection is obtained from interviews and field observations. The results of the study show that the implementation of the fundraising and zakat strategy using QRIS at BAZNAS Palopo City goes through several stages, namely determining Muzakki's segments and targets, preparing human resources, building a communication system and compiling a service system. Not only that, BAZNAS Palopo City also runs a marketing communication strategy. That is by making interesting programs, creating feelings of empathy, collaborating with other companies, and providing the best service. To process zakat payments with QRIS, muzakki only need to scan the QR code for zakat payments at BAZNAS Palopo City, then follow the next payment steps. In a matter of minutes and without going to the BAZNAS Palopo City office, muzakki can pay their zakat whenever and wherever they are.

Abstract

Air minum merupakan kebutuhan pokok manusia yang harus dipenuhi secara berkelanjutan. Di Kabupaten Pamekasan, terdapat beberapa perusahaan air minum yang memproduksi air galon untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Pendistribusian air galon yang efektif dan efisien perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalkan biaya transportasi dan memaksimalkan keuntungan perusahaan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan pendistribusian air galon adalah metode solver Excel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode solver Excel dalam mengoptimalkan pendistribusian air galon di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Solver excel adalah alat bantu yang terdapat dalam microsoft excel yang dapat di gunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan optimasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data permintaan air galon dari 3 kecamatan di Kabupaten Pamekasan, data biaya transportasi per kilometer, dan data kapasitas produksi dari 3 perusahaan air minum. Berdasarkan penelitian yang diperoleh, untuk biaya pengiriman minimum adalah 27000 rupiah. Dan untuk pendistribusian dari CV. ADIPODAI ke Kecamatan Proppo = 200 liter, dari CV. BAINA ke Kecamatan Proppo = 100 liter, ke Kecamatan Pademawu = 150 liter, dari CV. TIARA ke Kecamatan Pademawu = 50 liter, dan ke Kecamatan Pagentenan = 250 liter. Kontribusi penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi perusahaan distribusi air galon di Kabupaten Pamekasan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi dan mengurangi biaya operasional.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi diera digital ini sangat lah pesat khususnya pembuatan perangkat otomasi telah berkemkembang sangat cepat dan telah mengalami banyak sekali kemajuan dalam berbagai bidang yaitu dalam bidang perkantoran, kesehatan, keamanan, transportasi dan ekonomi. Pada penelitian ini komponen yang di gunakan untuk pembuatan sistem otomasi dengan menggunakan perangkat berbasis Arduino Uno. Permasalahan ini Berfokus dari sebuah perusahaan adalah dengan cara meminimalisir kesalahan dan efisiensi pengeluaran.Sedangkan tujuan utama dari sebuah perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan laba dengan menekan biaya seminimal mungkin. Barometer keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan dapat ditentukan berdasarkan kemampuan sebuah perusahaan untuk mendapatkan profit. Profit dihasilkan setelah dilakukan pengurangan terhadap biaya produksi yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini melakukan pembuatan tempat smart office menggunakan sensor  RFID scanner  telah dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem yang dapat mempermudah mempermudah karyawan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan di dalam kantor.

Abstract

: This study examines the limitations of classical ushul fiqh epistemology in responding to legal challenges in the digital era. Traditional ushul fiqh, which is grounded in a textual-formalist and analogical logic approach, is considered inadequate in addressing the complexities of modern technology and society. In this context, two contemporary Muslim thinkers—Nasr Abu Zayd and Khaled Abou El Fadl—are analyzed as representatives of a new approach to Islamic law that emphasizes contextual and ethical interpretation. Nasr Abu Zayd highlights the importance of hermeneutics in interpreting religious texts, rejecting the notion of a singular, objective meaning and emphasizing the social and historical contexts of interpretation. Meanwhile, Khaled Abou El Fadl underscores the ethical and justice-oriented dimensions of ijtihad and Islamic legal production. Both thinkers offer a critique of authoritarian interpretation and propose a more inclusive, participatory, and relevant framework for engaging with contemporary digital legal issues such as AI-generated fatwas, crypto transactions, and personal data protection. Using a qualitative approach and textual analysis, this study concludes that a reconstruction of ushul fiqh epistemology is necessary— one that is based on a contextual-ethical perspective. These findings are crucial for developing an Islamic legal framework that is more responsive to digital realities and for opening methodological reform within contemporary Islamic studies.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the impact of energy-saving labels and social media on consumers' intentions to purchase energy-efficient household appliances (EHAs), utilizing the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework with curiosity and attitude as sequential mediators. Design/Methods/Approach: Data were collected through an online consumer survey, which resulted in 318 valid responses. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to test the hypothesized relationships. Findings: The results indicate that energy-saving labels and social media significantly enhance consumer curiosity about EHAs, strengthening positive attitudes and purchase intentions. Curiosity and attitude sequentially mediate the effects of these external stimuli on purchase intention, with energy-saving labels exerting a more decisive influence than social media across the mediation pathway. Originality/Value: By extending the S-O-R framework to EHA adoption in a developing economy context, this study offers new insights into the psychological mechanisms shaping sustainable consumption, particularly the sequential mediation through curiosity and attitude. Practical/Policy implications: The findings suggest that clear energy-saving labels and culturally relevant social media campaigns can stimulate consumer curiosity and foster positive attitudes. These strategies can inform marketing practices and policy initiatives to accelerate EHA adoption and contribute to broader global sustainability goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak bencana banjir terhadap kondisi ekonomi dan kesehatan ternak sapi di Kecamatan Ketambe, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik survei dan wawancara mendalam kepada 20 peternak terdampak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banjir mengakibatkan kerugian finansial yang signifikan akibat kerusakan kandang, hilangnya pakan cadangan 40%, dan penurunan berat badan ternak 35%. Dari sisi kesehatan, ditemukan peningkatan kasus penyakit kulit 25% dan gangguan pencernaan (16%) pada sapi pasca-banjir. Upaya mitigasi mandiri yang dilakukan peternak masih sangat terbatas, sehingga diperlukan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam hal asuransi ternak dan penyediaan lahan pakan yang aman dari banjir.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the 4P Marketing Mix strategy within Es Teh Jumbo, an MSME beverage business that has grown rapidly as a popular and affordable contemporary drink. The research focuses on how the business manages product quality, determines competitive pricing, selects strategic locations, and carries out promotional activities both directly and through digital platforms. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, employing data collection techniques such as field observation, interviews with business owners and consumers, and supportin documentationn.  The findings reveal that the product strategy emphasizes offering large-sized tea beverages with a variety of flavors  that cater to consumer preferences. The pricing strategy is designed to remain accessible for students and the general public, making the product more appealing. The business is strategically located in crowded areas that facilitate easy customer access. Meanwhile, promotional efforts rely mainly on social media and word-of-mouth, which indicates that the promotional aspect is not yet fully optimal. Overall, the study concludes that the application of the 4P Marketing Mix contributes positively to increasing consumer interest and sustaining the business growth of Es Teh Jumbo, although further improvements are needed, especially in enhancing digital promotional strategies.

AbstractThis article aims to determine the importance of communication of Islamic education organization using the literature and literary approach related to the theme of this research. The authors ' analysis results showed that organizational communication is indispensable in running an organization of Islamic educational institutions. The success of Islamic educational institutions is determined by the management and organanization factor and interpersonal communication skills owned by each stake holders in carrying out their duties. Effective communication can be seen from the best service and school management, the quality and excellence of graduates as the expectations of stakeholders, the communication skills for school personnel is indeed the task of managers and school leaders To always be enhanced to make it clearer the benefits or contributions of communication skills and effectiveness in realizing the achievement of educational objectives in Islamic educational institutions.Keywords: Communication, Organization, Education

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial stability of Indonesia’s banking sector and the macroprudential factors influencing it over the period 2014–2024. Monthly time-series data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) were processed using the Engle–Granger Error Correction Model (ECM) to examine both short-run and long-run relationships between inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply in relation to financial stability, which is measured through the Bank Z-score. The empirical findings reveal that inflation exerts a significantly negative impact on financial stability, while the policy interest rate has a significantly positive long-term effect. The money supply demonstrates a positive influence in the long run but a negative one in the short run, whereas the exchange rate shows no statistically significant effect. These results highlight the importance of maintaining credible monetary policy and adaptive macroprudential coordination to safeguard the resilience of Indonesia’s banking sector amid persistent global economic uncertainties.
