Abstract

Abstract: Management of educational personnel, which includes teachers and educational personnel, is a necessity that must be carried out by school administrators in order to utilize educational personnel effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the best results. The ability to search, place, evaluate, direct, motivate and develop the abilities of each teacher and employee, as well as the ability to align individual and organizational goals, are aspects that a school manager is expected to have according to needs. this understanding. The quality of the education and learning process can be studied from two different points of view, namely the quality of the components and the quality of the administration of school institutions. If these components are not managed "well" and "appropriately" in accordance with the educational and teaching program (school program) that has been determined, then it is certain that the educational and teaching objectives will not be achieved. This occurs even though the components are supportive, such as the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as sufficient funds. will be achieved successfully. Therefore, management principles are an important instrument that can show the extent of teacher success or failure in achieving learning goals and school programs. This is intended to enable school principals to carry out their role as leaders, which enables them to carry out school-based management to improve the quality of education provided in schools throughout the country. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis nilai moral dalam novel Layangan Putus karya Mommy ASF. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dapat dilakukan dengan cara pengkajian pustaka yaitu menganalisis dan pengamatan buku-buku lalu mencatat data yang ada dalam novel Layangan Putus karya Mommy ASF. Penelaahan dengan cara studi literatur yang sesuia dengan permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam novel Layangan Putus karya Mommy ASF. Kemudian mencatat yang terdapat dalam novel dan menganalisis nilai dalam novel Layangan Putus karya Mommy ASF. Analisis data dengan cara melalui tahap mereduksi data, penyajian data dan vertifikasi data. Dari hasil analisis data dalam novel Layangan Putus karya Mommy ASF menunjukkan hasil secara keseluruhan novel terdapat 27 kutipan yang mencangkup perasaan takut berdosa kepada tuhan, pikiran dan tindakan berdasarkan nilai-nilai ketuhanan, perasaan keagamaan, duka cita kepada tuhan, mengakui kesabaran tuhan, pasrah dan menuntut kepada tuhan serta mendekatkan hati baik buruknya pelakuan berdasar kepercayaan yang diyakinkan. Nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri terdapat 28 kutipan mencangkup bersikap juju, harga diri keterbukaan rasa, rasa takut, percaya diri, rasa rindu, disiplin, rasa kesepian sopan santun, mandiri. Nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri terdapat 36 kutipan yang meliputi yaitu cinta kasih sejati, persahabatan, tolong menolong, sikap santun, berfikir positif kepada orang lain, saling mengenal, saling menghargai, bersikap jujur kepada orang lain. Dan nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan lingkungan terdapat 5 kutipan yaitu, mencakup sikap dan tindakan yang selalu berupaya mencegah kerusakan pada lingkungan alam sekitarnya, mengembangkan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki kerusakan alam yang sudah terjadi dan selalu ingin memberikan bantuan bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or individual business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses as regulated in law. The government supports UMKM with programs as an effort to improve community welfare. The government's efforts to improve community welfare are through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program supporting UMKM. The Sindon Bazaar is a forum for Sindon Village UMKM which was formed by the Sindon Gemah Abundant KKN Committee Team (SGM). This bazaar was held according to the needs and potential of the community in Sindon Village. The management of the Sindon Bazaar consists of the SGM KKN Committee Team assisted by the youth of the local Dukuh Youth Organization. In the Sindon Bazaar, there are many UMKM selling various foods, drinks and toys for children. The results of the implementation of the bazaar that have been achieved include increasing the income of the UMKM community who participated in the bazaar, where what was usually empty of consumers became busy with consumers and the level of sales increased, as well as helping the people of Sindon Village to innovate and hone their skills as a new business opportunity

Abstract

Sebagai fakta sosial, gono-gini (harta bersama suami-istri) merupakan fakta yang tak terbantahkan. Karenanya, gono-gini, apa dan bagaimananya, harus dianalisis secara sosiologi. Akan tetapi, gono-gini sebagai fakta hukum juga tak dapat dibantah. Maka, gono- gini harus dianalisis secara hukum. Dengan menggunakan dua perspektif dari dua cabang ilmu tersebut tulisan ini menyimpulkan, Ada tiga perspektif teoretis utama dalam sosiologi: struktural-fungsionalis, konflik sosial, dan interaksionis simbolik. Dengan demikian dalam gono-gini ada struktur-fungsional, konflik dan kesepahaman dari suatu interaksi. Sementara, tujuan utama dari kajian sosiologi hukum bukan lain menjadikan hukum berlaku efektif. Semua teori sosiologi hukum mulai dari teori moral, idiologi dan rekayasa sosial masing-masing hendak melihat efektivitas hukum dari sisi yang berbeda. Dalam konteks Indonesia, efektivitas gono-gini dapat dilihat dalam dua sisi: fakta sosiologis dan fakta yuridis. Sebagi fakta sosial gono-gini ini berlaku secara nyata di tengah masyarakat, dan terbukti masyarakat secara inisiatif mampu menyelesaikan sengketa gono-gini dengan cara mediasi. Secara yuridis, kepastian hukum tentang porsi gono-gini tidak ditetapkan secara jelas, tetapi itu dapat dipahami, sebab masyarakat Indonesia memang plural.

Abstract

Development of Reader Response-Based Archipelago Folklore Teaching Materials aims to increase students' intellectual activity through archipelago folklore. data, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design improvement, (6) product trial (7) design improvement. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques, while the validation sheet analysis and questionnaire steps include: converting quantitative data into qualitative, tabulating the data obtained on each aspect, calculating the average score, and changing the average score into categories. Research results shows that 1) the need for teaching materials according to teachers and students, paying attention to: (a) the context of language for various purposes, (b) keeping up with the times, (c) in accordance with the applicable curriculum by raising themes around students, ( d) the relevance between teachers and students in teaching (f) tasks/practices can activate students, (g) material attracts students' interest, is clear, and easy to understand, and (h) relatively 2) describes the teacher's role in learning appreciation of archipelago folklore through reader response model, obtain an overview of student activity in dealing with Indonesian folklore through the reader response model, 3) Product quality based on The results of the validation of material experts based on the percentage of assessment scores obtained an average score of 93.75%, media expert validation of the percentage of assessment scores obtained an average score of 81.66%, 3 educator assessments obtained an average score of 88.59%. Based on the results of the overall validation with an average score that is categorized as very feasible to use.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Inisiasi menyusu dini (early initiation) atau permulaan menyusu dini adalah bayi mulai menyusu sendiri segera setelah lahir. Inisiasi menyusu dini sangat bermanfaat bagi bayi dan bagi ibu, yaitu dapat menurunkan angka kematian bayi, selain itu dapat menghentikan perdarahan pasca persalinan dengan lebih cepat dan mempercepat terlepasnya placenta.Tujuan: untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan pengetahuan bidan praktek swasta dengan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa Tahun 2022.Metode:Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah secara analitik dengan pendekatan cross secsional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Morawa Tahun 2022. Analisis data dengan uji chi square. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang berisi data demografi, 10 pertanyaan pengetahuan, dan 10 pernyataan pelaksanaan.Hasil: sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 34 responden (65,4%), dan memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang baik sebanyak 18 responden (3,6%). Responden yang memiliki pelaksanaan baik sebanyak 46 responden (88,5%), dan memiliki pelaksanaan yang kurang baik sebanyak 6 responden (11,5%). Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan nilai p=0,400, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan bidan praktek swasta dengan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini, karena dari 34 responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik, 31 responden (59,7%) diantaranya memiliki pelaksanaan yang baik dan 3 responden (5,7%) memiliki pelaksanaan yang kurang baik. Sedangkan dari 18 responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik, 15 responden (28,8%) diantaranya memiliki pelaksanaan yang baik dan 3 responden (5,7%) memiliki pelaksanaan yang kurang baik.Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan bidan praktik swasta dengan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini, dengan nilai p sebesar 0,400. Background: Early initiation of breastfeeding is when a baby starts to feed itself immediately after birth. Early initiation of breastfeeding is very beneficial for the baby and for the mother, which can reduce infant mortality, besides that it can stop postpartum bleeding more quickly and accelerate the detachment of the placenta.Objective: to identify the relationship between the knowledge of private practice midwives with the implementation of early breastfeeding initiation in the Tanjung Morawa Health Center Working Area in 2022.Methods: The research design used was analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples was 52 people with a total sampling method. The research was conducted in the Tanjung Morawa Health Center Working Area in 2022. Data analysis with chi square test. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire containing demographic data, 10 knowledge questions, and 10 implementation statements.Results: most respondents had good knowledge as many as 34 respondents (65.4%), and had poor knowledge as many as 18 respondents (3.6%). Respondents who had good implementation were 46 respondents (88.5%), and had poor implementation as many as 6 respondents (11.5%). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XII IPS 1 SMA N 1 Ujanmas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dan kuasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Ujanmas semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Melalui teknik simpel random sampling diperoleh sampel kuasi eksperimen adalah kelas XII IPS 2 SMA N 1 Ujanmas dan kelas kontrol XII IPS 3 SMA N 1 Ujanmas. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, rata-rata (mean), persentase, dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII SMA N 1 Ujanmas dan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD secara efektif dapat meningkatkan perstasi belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional

Abstract

This research examines the accountability of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) for accident victims at level crossings without barriers from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah, with a case study on Jalan Padang, Medan Tembung. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors causing accidents, formulate solutions to reduce the accident rate, and analyze the accountability of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (PT KAI) towards the victims from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. This research uses qualitative methods, and the type of research is empirical juridical with a case approach, legislative approach, and conceptual approach. The research results show that PT KAI cannot be held directly responsible for accidents at level crossings without gates because the responsibility for installing gates and regulating level crossings lies with the government according to road class. Factors that cause the absence of gates at all level crossings include budget limitations, the large number of crossings, the complexity of installation authority, and the lack of public awareness. Solutions to reduce accidents at level crossings include public outreach, closing unofficial crossings, installing concrete barriers to block vehicles, and regular evaluation and supervision by the government. From the perspective of Maqashid Syariah, particularly the principle of preserving life (Hifzhu An-Nafs), PT. KAI still has a moral responsibility to assist accident victims by helping with insurance claims for accident victims, enhancing security, and educating the public, even though it is not directly responsible for the installation of crossing gates. This research concludes the need for cooperation between PT KAI, the government, and the community to improve safety at level crossings.Keywords: Accountability, Accident, train, Level Crossing, Maqashid Shariah

The aim of writing this article is to explain the history of curriculum development in Indonesia. This scientific journal presents material related to curriculum development in Indonesia from the colonial era to independence, then analyzes it and presents it systematically in this paper. The results of this article present the history of curriculum development in Indonesia.
