Abstract

AbstractGlobalisation trends and free trade have emerged as catalysts for the internationalisation of higher education institutions. The internationalisation of PTKI has primarily been spearheaded by State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, particularly within their Postgraduate Programs (PPs). However, the efficacy of these initiatives necessitates critical review and evaluation, hence the imperative for this research. This qualitative, multi-case study employs internationalisation as the unit of analysis, gathering data through documentary studies and in-depth interviews. Following verification, reduction, and categorisation, the data were analysed utilising discourse and thematic techniques. This study focuses on the Postgraduate Schools (SPs) of UIN Jakarta and UIN Yogyakarta. The findings reveal that indicators of internationalisation across various dimensions, including management, teaching and educational staff, students, research, collaboration, and international reputation, have been pursued by the SPs of UIN Jakarta. However, one notable absence is the provision of international study programs at both the master’s and doctoral levels, a feature already present within the PPs of UIN Yogyakarta.AbstrakTren globalisasi dan perdagangan bebas telah menjadi salah satu pendorong bagi internasionalisasi lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Internasionalisasi Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) telah diinisiasi, dirancang, dan bahkan diimplementasikan oleh Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, khususnya Program Pascasarjana mereka. Namun, implementasinya perlu ditinjau kembali dan dievaluasi; oleh karena itu, ini adalah urgensi dari penyelenggaraan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dan multi kasus di mana internasionalisasi digunakan sebagai unit analisis yang mengarah pada pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Setelah verifikasi, reduksi, dan kategorisasi, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik diskursus dan tematik. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Program Studi (PSs) UIN Jakarta dan UIN Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator internasionalisasi lembaga pendidikan tinggi dalam Manajemen, pengajaran dan staf pendidik, mahasiswa, penelitian, kerjasama, dan reputasi internasional telah dilakukan dan terus dikejar oleh Program Pascasarjana (SPs) UIN Jakarta. Satu indikator yang absen dari SPs UIN Jakarta adalah program studi internasional baik pada tingkat magister maupun doktoral. Abstract

The epistemology of Islamic law that deals with the development of arguments, applies dynamically, since the application of Islamic law itself, from the time of the Prophet to the present. In the early days of Islam epistemology was developed based on revelation and reason. Along with the golden age of Islam, various reasons and methods of discovery of Islamic law developed such as qiyas, istislah, urf, istishab. In modern times, the dynamics have also become increasingly complex with the increasingly complex problematics of Islamic law, and the latter is using assistive sciences in the discovery of Islamic law. Such as the science of sociology, astronomy, health, biology, medicine, chemistry, and others. So that the epistemology of Islamic law is rationalist, empirical, theologic, and phenomenological.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interelasi Qawaid Ushul Fiqh dalam Komunikasi Dakwah pada Masyarakat. Untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai keterkaitan qawaid ushul fiqh dalam mengkomunikasikan dakwah kepada masyarakat penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun kesimpulan dari apa yang telah dipaparkan di atas adalah Ushul Fiqh merupakan kaidah-kaidah yang dipergunakan untuk mengeluarkan hukum dari dalil-dalilnya, dan dalil-dalil bukum  (kaidah-kaidah yang menetapkan dalil-dalil hukum). Komunikasi dakwah memiliki peran penting dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai Ushul Fiqih kepada masyarakat. Ushul Fiqih adalah ilmu yang membahas prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam, dan dakwah adalah upaya untuk menyebarkan ajaran Islam kepada masyarakat. Interelasi Qawaid Ushul Fiqh dengan Komunikasi Dakwah pada Masyarakat adalah adanya hubungan erat antara prinsip-prinsip dasar Ushul Fiqh dan proses komunikasi dakwah dalam menyampaikan ajaran agama kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the dynamics of communication in handling Nagari Sumpur customary land conflicts, communication in conflict management of the Ulayat Land Team, and communication barriers faced by the Nagari Sumpur Ulayat Land Team, South Batipuh District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. As a reference in processing data, researchers use conflict management theory. The results showed that the dynamics of communication in handling customary land conflicts in Nagari Sumpur had political involvement in it. The local government that took office at that time seemed a bit reluctant for fear of reducing its political votes at the time of the election. In addition, the dynamics of communication in handling customary land conflicts in Nagari Sumpur continue to experience changes in patterns, content and channels. The dynamics of communication can also be seen from the emotional involvement of the communicating party. The Tanah Ulayat Team is in a moderate dynamic which means that the Tanah Ulayat Team communicates well in internal meetings with the team. High communication dynamics occur if external meetings that present all institutions, elements and society. As for conflict management, the Tanah Ulayat Team prioritizes the interests of Nagari by striving and striving so that the objectives in handling Nagari customary land conflicts can be resolved.

Abstract

Responsibility is the ability to carry out the duties and obligations entrusted to a person to the best of one’s ability and to be willing to accept the consequences when those duties and obligations are not fulfilled. This study aims to analyze: (1) the implementation strategies of parental responsibility in Islamic Religious Education within the family through character education in Ngembat Village, Gondang District; and (2) the forms of implementation of parental responsibility in Islamic Religious Education within the family through character education in Ngembat Village, Gondang District. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collection procedures carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings, it is known that the implementation strategies of parental responsibility in Islamic Religious Education within the family through character education in Ngembat Village, Gondang District include: (1) the exemplary strategy (role modeling), (2) the habituation strategy, and (3) the early childhood education strategy. Tanggung jawab adalah kesanggupan untuk menjalankan tugas dan kewajiban yang dipikul kepadanya dengan sebaik-baiknya dan sanggup menerima konsekuensi ketika tidak menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Untuk mengetahui strategi pelaksanaan dari tanggung jawab orangtua dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam dikeluarga melalui pendidikan karakter di Desa Ngembat Kecamatan Gondang 2) Untuk mengetahui bentuk implementasi tanggung jawab orangtua dalam pendidikan Agama Islam dikeluarga melalui pendidikan karakter di Desa Ngembat Kecamatan Gondang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa strategi pelaksanaan dari tanggung jawab orangtua dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam dikeluarga melalui pendidikan karakter di Desa Ngembat Kecamatan Gondang adalah 1) Strategi Keteladanan. 2) Strategi Pembiasaan. 3) Strategi Pendidikan Sejak Dini

Abstract

Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menjadi role model dalam pengembangan usaha peternakan. Namun kondisi di lapangan menggambarkan bahwa tingkat pengembangan usaha peternakan belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, salah satu penyebabnya diduga dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi Penyuluh. Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1) mendeskripsikan tingkat kompetensi penyuluh pertanian sektor peternakan, dan 2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi penyuluh peternakan. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai suatu survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian melibatkan seluruh Penyuluh Pertanian Sektor Peternakan di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota yang berjumlah sebanyak 15 Penyuluh (Sensus). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 10 Penyuluh (66,7% ) memiliki tingkat kompetensi tergolong tinggi, 2 Penyuluh (13,3%) memiliki tingkat kompetensi sedang, dan sebanyak 3 Penyuluh (20%) memiliki tingkat kompetensi tergolong rendah. Faktor pendidikan dan motivasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi penyuluh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan Pemerintah Daerah perlu meningkatkan motivasi penyuluh dengan memberikan penghargaan bagi penyuluh yang berprestasi, promosi jabatan, dan pengembangan karir yang jelas. Selanjutnya program peningkatkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi (S2) dan pelatihan yang relevan perlu dirancang dan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyuluh sehingga pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluh dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan berdedikasi.

Abstract

Land conversion often causes friction between the government and the community, which leads to conflict. West Pasaman is one of the districts in West Sumatra Province with the highest cases of agrarian conflict in West Sumatra. Data from the Padang City Legal Aid Institute shows that there are 25 cases of agrarian conflict in West Pasaman Regency, one of which occurred in Jorog Pigogah Patibubur. This research focuses on government crisis communication in dealing with conflict. Using the Two Ways Symmetrical Communication model, this research will analyze how the government-society narratives differ regarding the PSN Air Bangis proposal, the process of forming the narrative, and the communication strategy of the Governor of West Sumatra in managing the crisis. This research uses qualitative methods to analyze the management of narratives and conflicts between the Governor of West Sumatra, Mahyeldi Ansharullah and the Air Bangis community regarding the change in the status of forest areas that were originally cultivated by the community, to become production forest areas managed by the state. To obtain data, this research used interview and document study methods. Research shows that the crisis cannot be handled optimally because the crisis communication strategies used by the government have not been successful in managing the conflict.

Abstract

Abstrak: Karang Taruna Depok merupakan organisasi kepemudaan aktif yang sebagian besar anggotanya bekerja di sektor informal seperti pengelasan, pertukangan, dan usaha bengkel rumahan. Minimnya pemahaman terhadap prinsip Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) mengakibatkan tingginya risiko kecelakaan kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan dasar K3 yang aplikatif kepada 20 pemuda Karang Taruna guna meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan K3. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, praktik penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), dan simulasi keadaan darurat. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 20 soal menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dari 35% menjadi 85%, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek hardskill dan softskill peserta. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pelatihan partisipatif dan berbasis praktik efektif dalam membentuk budaya kerja aman di lingkungan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu menjadikan peserta sebagai agen perubahan yang dapat menularkan nilai-nilai K3 di komunitas mereka.Abstract: Karang Taruna RT.03/RW.10, Sukmajaya Subdistrict, Depok, is an active youth organization whose members are largely engaged in the informal sector, such as welding, carpentry, and home-based workshops. The lack of understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles has led to a high risk of work-related accidents. This community service activity aimed to provide practical basic OHS training to 20 Karang Taruna youth members to increase their awareness and skills in applying OHS. The methods used included material presentations, interactive discussions, hands-on practice with personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency response simulations. Pre-test and post-test evaluations showed an increase in understanding from 35% to 85%, with significant improvement in both participants’ hardskills and softskills. These results demonstrate that participatory and practice-based training methods are effective in building a safety-oriented work culture within the community. This program is expected to empower participants as agents of change who can disseminate OHS values in their environment.

Abstract

ENGLISH: Internalization of Hanifiyyah Values in Character Education for Students of Madrasah IbtidaiyahObjective: This study aims to explore the internalization of Hanifiyyah values rooted in pure monotheism, sincerity, simplicity, and the moral integrity of Prophet Ibrahim AS in character education at MIS Al-Huda Haur Wangi, Cianjur. Method: The research design employs a qualitative case study, involving research informants comprising the head of the madrasah, teachers, parents, and 100 students. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentary studies. Results: Hanifiyyah values are systematically integrated through routine practices (such as Sunnah prayers), teacher role modeling, and school policies. The majority of students showed significant improvement in honesty, worship discipline, and social awareness. Conclusion: A holistic and practice-oriented Hanifiyyah-based character education approach can be employed to cultivate students' noble character, particularly in Islamic schools. Contribution: This research presents a Hanifiyyah-based character education model as a philosophical-pedagogical framework that bridges the gap between abstract theological doctrine and pedagogical practice in instilling Islamic character education.INDONESIAN: Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Hanifiyyah dalam Pendidikan Karakter Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.Tujuan:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi internalisasi nilai Hanifiyyah yang berakar pada tauhid murni, keikhlasan, kesederhanaan, dan integritas moral Nabi Ibrahim AS dalam pendidikan karakter di MIS Al-Huda Haur Wangi, Cianjur. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan studi kasus-kualitatif, I informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala madrasah, guru, dan orang tua, serta melibatkan 100 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil: Nilai Hanifiyyah diintegrasikan secara sistematis melalui pembiasaan rutin (shalat Sunnah), keteladanan guru, dan kebijakan sekolah. Mayoritas siswa menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kejujuran, kedisiplinan ibadah, dan kepedulian sosial. Kesimpulan: Pendekatan pendidikan karakter berbasis Hanifiyyah yang holistik dan berorientasi praktik dapat digunakan dalam membentuk akhlak mulia siswa khususnya pada di sekolah berbasis islam. Kontribusi: Kontribusi penelitian ini menawarkan model pendidikan karakter berbasis Hanifiyyah sebagai kerangka filosofis-pedagogis antara doktrin teologis yang abstrak dan praktik pedagogis, dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter islam.
