Abstract

Ayunan Village, is located in Abiansemal sub-district, Badung regency, Bali. Bali cattle are germplasm that must be preserved, for that we are collaborating with the Bali Karang Ayu and Karya laksana cattle groups in Ayunan village. The maintenance of Bali cattle in partners is very constrained by capital, feed and management of Balinese cattle maintenance is not carried out professionally because it is managed in a family, traditional way and is not a main source of livelihood. Bali cattle maintenance is only a sideline to fill spare time on the sidelines of farming time. The management of cow dung and manure has not been managed properly, which should still be managed into organic fertilizer, sold to farmers so that it can increase the income of farmers, so the solution we offer is to provide assistance and consultation as well as demonstration plots regarding good and correct management of Balinese cattle rearing. to increase Bali cattle production. The results of this community service activity can increase production, productivity as well as produce organic fertilizer from cow dung that can be sold so as to increase the income of Balinese cattle farmers in the two Bali cattle groups that we partner with.

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, bringing both positive and negative impacts. However, with the rapid growth of tourism in Bali, the problem of unlicensed tour guides, or illegal guides, has emerged, which is detrimental to the quality of service and image of tourism. This research aims to analyze the local government's supervisory function towards illegal tour guides and examine the enforcement of legal sanctions against foreign tour guides based on relevant regulations. The researchers intend to further explore legal issues related to the authority of the Bali Provincial Government in enforcing the law against foreign tours without a license, focusing on the synchronization of rules between national and regional regulations to create better legal certainty. The results of this research show that the local governments in the Balinese province have the authority to enforce the law, and the local authorities in the province have a responsibility to ensure the integrity of the tourism sector. The research results also show that there is a need to improve the capacity of law enforcers in order to ensure optimal law enforcement, protect the tourism industry, and support the sustainable development of Bali tourism.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The ambiguity of the norms in Article 51 of the Law raises issues regarding the validity of copies of corrected deeds and the liability of Notaries towards the parties involved. This study aims to analyze the legal status of the corrected deed copies and the forms of Notaries' responsibility for errors that occur. The research method used is normative juridical legal research with legislative and conceptual approaches, through descriptive qualitative analysis of primary and secondary legal materials. Research findings indicate that corrections to copies of deeds remain valid and equivalent to the deed minutes as long as the errors are administrative in nature and the corrections are made in accordance with regulations, so they do not alter the substance of the deed. However, if corrections are made not in accordance with the UUJN procedures or result in substantial differences with the minutes, then the copy of the deed may be downgraded to a private deed and categorized as a legally defective deed. Notaries are liable in civil, administrative, criminal, and ethical terms, because such negligence constitutes an unlawful act under the concept of liability. In conclusion, corrections to deed copies remain valid as long as they do not change the substance and are carried out according to procedure, while Notaries are obliged to bear legal responsibility for any typing or writing errors arising from their negligence.
