Reducing stunting can be done through health promotion and Communication, Information, and Education. Currently, in the digital transformation era, the application of digital technology extends to various aspects of life, including the use of digital technology in the health sector. Objective: Increase the knowledge of prospective brides and pregnant women about stunting prevention using innovative learning media through e-KIE. Method: Educational activities using e-KIE with stages preparation of e-booklets, selection of participants from groups of prospective brides and pregnant women with local health cadres, selection of facilitators from 'Karang Taruna', and implementation of educational activities online using the WhatsApp group. The material is provided in an e-booklet, and knowledge measurement using the Google form before and after the activity is done. Result: Pre-test knowledge of the bride and groom, categories of 'Good', 'Moderate', and 'Less' respectively were 0.0%, 7.14%, and 42.86%. After studying the e-booklet, the post-test results in the 'Good' category were 66.67% and 'Medium' 33.33%. The pre-test score of pregnant women's knowledge in, the 'Good' category is 29.87%, 'Medium' 25.97%, and 'Less' 44.16%. The post-test results for the 'Good' category were 60.53%, and the 'Medium' and 'Less' categories were only 23.68% and 15.79%, respectively. Conclusion: The e-KIE program can increase participants' knowledge about pregnancy preparation for prospective brides and understanding of stunting and pregnancy in pregnant women. Abstract

Background: Infertility has affected millions of people worldwide but remains a frequently overlooked issue. Infertility is common among reproductive-age couples. Approximately one in six people experience infertility, and failed pregnancies among married reproductive-age couples are attributed to female factors in 40% of cases. Objective: To identify the factors influencing infertility in women of reproductive-age couples (WRA). Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted by collecting medical record data and interviewing 192 women of reproductive age at a hospital from January to December 2023. The sampling techniques used were quota sampling and consecutive sampling. Bivariate and multivariate analyses were used in this study to assess how risk variables affected infertility. Results: Women experiencing infertility had a higher proportion associated with age at menarche (p = 0.012), menstrual cycle (p = 0.010), nutritional status (p = 0.003), tubal disorders (p = 0.038), duration of marriage (p = 0.000), history of miscarriage (p = 0.016), history of surgery (p = 0.019), and coffee consumption (p = 0.043). The logistic regression equation is:Log (p / 1 – p) = -8.104 + 1.877 (age at menarche) + 1.598 (duration of marriage) + 1.192 (nutritional status) + 1.146 (history of miscarriage) + 0.805 (tubal disorders). Conclusion:Risk factors influencing infertility in women of reproductive age include age at menarche, nutritional status, tubal disorders, duration of marriage, and history of miscarriage. The most influential risk factor for infertility in reproductive-age women is age at menarche (p = 0.001) with an RR value of 6.535.  Keywords: Infertility; prediction model; infertility factors; reproductive-age women

Abstract

ABSTRACT Phlebitis remains a major concern in nursing care as it reflects the quality of hospital services. Low knowledge and compliance of nurses are the main causes of phlebitis, thus efforts to improve nurses’ understanding and compliance in the management of peripheral intravenous catheters are essential. to determine the effect of implementing Bundle Know on nurses’ knowledge and compliance in preventing phlebitis. a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with control group design was conducted on 99 nurses. The intervention group (n=50) received Bundle Know training (module and workshop) consisting of four components: Keep it Clean, Need for Device, Observe and Secure, Work Together. The control group (n=49) only received standard IM bundle socialization. Instruments included a knowledge questionnaire and a compliance observation checklist. Wilcoxon test showed an increase in the median knowledge score in the intervention group from 24 to 26 (p=0.000), and in the control group from 23 to 24 (p=0.000). Friedman test revealed improved compliance in the intervention group from a median of 9 to 13 (mean rank 1.21 to 4.10;χ²=159.85; p=0.000), and in the control group from 8 to 10 (mean rank 1.82 to 3.93; χ²=79.63; p=0.000). Mann-Whitney tests showed significant differences in posttest knowledge (p=0.001) and compliance (p=0.000) favoring the intervention group. The implementation of Bundle Know effectively improved nurses’ knowledge and compliance in preventing phlebitis. Keywords: Bundle Know, Phlebitis, Knowledge, Compliance Nursing. Kata Kunci: Bundle Know, Phlebitis, Pengetahuan, Kepatuhan Perawat.
