Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Jakarta. Jenis data penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis data model regresi linear berganda dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Teknik Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan seluruh karyawan Inspektorat Jenderal yang berjumlah 70 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan Convenience sampling, dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan ialah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda yang telah dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows versi 25. Diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y= - 1.374 + 0,223 X1 + 0,839 (X2). Maka dapat diartikan bahwa apabila gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja mengalami peningkatan 1%, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat sebesar 0,223 (X1) 0,839 (X2). Dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 = 0,640 yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 64%, sedangkan sisanya 36% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar variabel penelitian ini. Sementara dari hasil analisis uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan gaya kepemimpinan 0,016 < 0,05 dan nilai signifikan pada disiplin kerja 0,000 < 0,05 yang disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Jakarta. The type of research data used is quantitative research using the multiple linear regression model data analysis method and the data is processed using SPSS version 25. The population technique and sample in this study were the leaders and all employees of the Inspectorate General totaling 70 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by convenience sampling, and the data collection used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that has been carried out with the help of SPSS for Windows version 25. The double linear regression equation Y= - 1.374 + 0.223 X1 + 0.839 (X2) was obtained. So it can be interpreted that if the leadership style and work discipline increase by 1%, then employee performance will increase by 0.223 (X1) 0.839 (X2). From the results of the determination coefficient analysis, the value of R2 = 0.640 was obtained, which means that leadership style and work discipline contributed to employee performance by 64%, while the remaining 36% was influenced by other factors outside the variables of this study. Meanwhile, from the results of the t-test analysis, a significant value of leadership style was obtained < 0.05 and a significant value in work discipline of 0.000 < 0.05, which concluded that leadership style and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance.
