Abstract

The development of technology and information today greatly affects data security and privacy. Data, which includes facts or details about an event, can be in various forms and requires reliable management. Cryptography is the main solution to securing information, which involves two main processes: encryption and decryption. The ElGamal method, an asymmetric cryptography algorithm, uses a pair of public and private keys, increasing data security without sharing the secret key. ElGamal's strength lies in the Discrete Logarithm Problem, which provides resistance to brute force attacks. It can also be used for digital signatures, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of dataThe implementation results concluded that ElGamal effectively secures text data by encrypting it into a sequence of unrepresentative characters. This implementation provides an additional layer of security by making the encrypted data unconnected to the original information

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Astra International Tbk. seen from the financial balance report for the 2020-2022 period from data sources on the Indonesian stock exchange. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the financial statements and the condition of the company. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data sources. The technique of data collection used is the percentage, which is generated by using the trend method analysis and tends to increase. The results of the balance sheet report that have been studied show that the asset section for the 2020-2021 period has increased by 8%, and in the 2021-2022 period, it has also increased, although not significantly compared to the previous year of 4%. In the liability section for the 2020-2021 period, there has been a significant increase amount 36%, and in the 2021-2022 period also an increase, although not too significant, by 18%. And on the part of equity, the 2020-2021 period has increased by 10%, and in the 2021-2022 period, there has been a quite significant increase of 23%.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Competitive Strategy on the Sales Volume Level of Car Parts at PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo in Jakarta. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo with a total sample of 90 respondents, with the sampling technique using incidental sampling techniques. The respondent data technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire) for each respondent who was given 18 statements. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, linear regression analysis, t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the research results of the coefficient of determination (r square) of 0.172, which means that the Competitive Strategy variable has a significant positive result on the Increase in Sales as evidenced by the t - test 3,868 > t - table 1,662, it means that H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. So it can be revealed that there is a significant and positive influence between competitive strategy on sales volume level.

Abstract

Perkembangan aplikasi chat seperti WhatsApp dan Telegram mendorong pengembangan chatbot untuk mendukung interaksi cerdas antara manusia dan komputer. Chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan membantu mengurangi waktu respons dan memberikan akses informasi kapan saja. Salah satu permasalahan, yaitu pertanyaan berulang terkait administrasi keanggotaan guru di PGRI Kabupaten Musi Rawas, dapat diatasi dengan chatbot berbasis AI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan chatbot yang mampu menyampaikan informasi dan memberikan respons akurat. Chatbot dirancang dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Natural Language Processing (NLP). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan model SVM memiliki akurasi 83,54%, presisi 86,09%, dan recall 83,54%, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai model chatbot. Implementasi pada platform WhatsApp mendukung kemudahan akses informasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan chatbot dapat merespons pertanyaan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, sedangkan integrasi dengan WhatsApp membuat layanan informasi lebih mudah diakses serta memberikan solusi yang efisien dan responsif.

Abstract

Bioskop Berbisik Sentra Abiyoso Kota Cimahi menjadi sebuah fasilitas yang dapat digunakan bagi para disabilitas sensorik netra. Sebagai fungsi Bioskop Berbisik Abiyoso dalam pengamalan sila kelima Pancasila yaitu Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia, maka pemanfaatan fasilitias ini perlu disalurkan secara maksimal sebagai suatu bentuk penyaluran hiburan bagi  penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra untuk dapat menikmati film. Melalui program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilakukan oleh Program Studi Film dan Televisi membuat suatu kegiatan pelayanan sosial dalam rangka mendukung program Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’S) untuk mengurangi kesenjangan dengan bentuk nonton bareng film fiksi yang akan dilaksanakan di Bioskop Berbisik Sentra Abiyoso Tersebut. Penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra dari Sentra Wyata Guna untuk merasakan langsung sensasi yang dirasakan pada saat menonton film yang disampaikan melalui penuturan visual reader. Film fiksi yang dipertontonkan selanjutnya akan disesuaikan dengan umur penyandang disabilitas sensorik netra Sentra Wyata Guna yang akan dikonfirmasi selanjutnya. Bioskop Berbisik Sentra Abiyoso Cimahi memberi manfaat besar bagi penyandang disabilitas netra. Di lain pihak, pengelolaan Sentra Abiyoso sebagai fasilitas pelayanan sosial di bawah Kementerian Sosial RI perlu mendapat dukungan dari berbagai pihak agar keberlangsungannya tetap terjaga dan semakin meluas manfaatnya, salah satunya yaitu dengan adanya kolaborasi bersama beberapa lembaga penyelenggara kegiatan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi pengembangan wisata yang dapat dimanfaatkan khususnya untuk wisata medis atau wisata kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur sebagai pendekatan. Peneliti memperoleh informasi sekunder melalui analisis data bibliografi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat potensi untuk mengembangkan pariwisata kesehatan atau kesehatan sebagai alternatif yang menarik untuk mengakses pasar internasional. Wisata kesehatan berpotensi memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi perekonomian suatu negara serta meningkatkan akses terhadap perawatan medis berkualitas bagi pasien di seluruh dunia. Dengan menerapkan strategi yang tepat, wisata kesehatan dapat menjadi sektor yang menguntungkan dan berkelanjutan bagi industri pariwisata.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Stock Performance (SP) in public companies in Indonesia. Using a sample of 160 companies and a quantitative approach, data was collected through a 5-point Likert scale survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that both CSR and GCG positively influence stock performance, with GCG having a stronger impact (β = 0.612) compared to CSR (β = 0.384). The results emphasize the importance of ethical practices and effective governance in enhancing investor confidence and improving stock market performance. These findings provide important implications for managers, investors, and policymakers, suggesting that companies focusing on CSR and GCG are likely to experience better financial outcomes in the stock market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Sari Asri Tani. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study are employees of PT. Sari Asri Tani. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a total population of 30 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of the analysis show that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity with multiple regression analysis test results of Y = 6.427 + 0.509 X1 + 0.331 X2. The work environment t test results obtained tcount > ttable 4.315 > 1.703 meaning that Ho1 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted, work discipline t test results are 8.427 > 1.703 meaning Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test results are 12.859 > 3.34 meaning Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline affect the productivity of employees at PT. Sari Asri Tani.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dan Autonomous Ground Vehicle (AGV) berbasis blockchain dalam mendukung pertanian presisi di Desa Air Kubang, Kabupaten Tanggamus. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan petani akan sistem pemantauan dan pengelolaan lahan yang lebih efisien, modern, dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta demonstrasi langsung perangkat IoT dan AGV. Tim pengabdian juga melakukan survei kebutuhan masyarakat, perancangan sistem, serta evaluasi implementasi teknologi di lapangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa petani di Desa Air Kubang sangat antusias dan responsif terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi digital, khususnya dalam aspek pemantauan lingkungan lahan dan pengumpulan data otomatis oleh AGV. Sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan informasi real-time mengenai kelembaban tanah, suhu, dan potensi gangguan lingkungan, serta memudahkan proses dokumentasi dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa integrasi IoT dan AGV berbasis blockchain dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan lahan pertanian, memperkuat ketahanan data petani, dan mendorong transformasi digital di sektor pertanian pedesaan. Ke depan, pengembangan lebih lanjut dapat diarahkan pada adopsi sistem yang lebih luas dan integrasi dengan ekosistem digital pertanian lainnya.

Abstract

This study examines the role of investment theory in shaping corporate investment decisions amidst increasingly complex and dynamic economic conditions. The research focuses on how various investment theory approaches influence corporate investment decision-making and their impact on firm value and market efficiency. This study is conducted through a systematic literature review of classical and contemporary investment theories, including Modern Portfolio Theory, the Capital Asset Pricing Model, and behavioral finance approaches. Furthermore, this study examines empirical evidence and the implementation of these theories in corporate practice, particularly in aspects of capital budgeting, dividend policy, and investment behavior. A cross-sector case study analysis demonstrates that the contextual application of investment theory contributes to improved corporate performance. The research findings emphasize the importance of integrating theoretical frameworks and practical strategies by managers, investors, and policymakers to encourage corporate value creation and improve market efficiency, while also opening up opportunities for further research development.
