Abstract

The Harmony of IT and Business is an asset and the foundation of the organizations to improve and build business competitive strategies. There is a need to integrate and coordinate all business partners of the organization, particularly those associated with Information Technology and suppliers, raw materials or resources needed in the supply chain management. The effectiveness of an E-SCM in Palm Oil industry will be the crucial factor to provide the organization with business opportunities and improve competitive position in the marketplace. Aim of this study is to investigates critical factors E -Supply Chain Management in Oil Palm Industry through Theory Resource Based View (RBV). With RBV theory, this study develops a concept that can be utilized for identifying the critical success factors of E-SCM value in Palm Oil industry. The quantitative research method is used for collecting data in four Palm Oil organizations in South Sumatera. This research reveals that IT human resources and IT infrastructure are the critical factors and capability in to operate E-SCM effectively and

Abstract

This research was conducted to help the process of teaching and learning in the classroom by utilizing information technology by utilizing e-KTP card reader with class attendance application. E-ID card now has a chip that can be used and owned by students. In this study built an application that can read the chip in e-ID card, then used as the data as a student class counter. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with design method with iterative design method. In this process is also sought chip specifications that are connected to the e-ID card to more easily find the type of card reader connected to the application. Research results can help lecturers and students in the process of recording in the classroom, and the university can monitor students and lecturers look effectively and efficiently. This application is also expected to be adopted to be applied to other relevant fields in e-ID card utilization

Abstract

This research was conducted to help the process of teaching and learning in the classroom by utilizing the information obtained from class attendance e-KTP reader. E-ID card now has a chip that can be used and owned by students to solve class attendance problem. In this research, information that obtained from e-KTP is used as application input. This research built an application that can read the information saved in the e-KTP chip card, then used as the student class attendance counter. The descriptive and qualitative methodology was used in this research. This research aimed to help the university stakeholder to effectively and efficiently monitor students and lecturers attendance.

Abstract

An arrhythmia is an irregular heartbeat. Many researchers in the AI field have carried out the automatic classification of arrhythmias, and the issue that has been widely discussed is imbalanced data. A popular technique for overcoming this problem is the synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE) technique. In this paper, the author adds some sampling of data obtained from other datasets into the primary dataset. In this case, the main dataset is the Massachusetts Institute of Technology–Beth Israel Hospital (MIT-BIH) arrhythmia database and an additional dataset from the MIT-BIH supraventricular arrhythmia database. The classification process is carried out with one-dimensional convolutional neural network model (1D-CNN) to perform multiclass and subject-class advancement of medical instrumentation (AAMII) classifications. The results obtained from this study are an accuracy of 99.10% for multiclass and 99.25% for subject-class.

Abstract

Bidang studi Teknik Informatika menawarkan peluang luas bagi generasi muda untuk berkontribusi dalam perkembangan teknologi dan menghadapi tantangan era digital. Artikel ini membahas strategi efektif untuk siswa SMP, khususnya di SMP PGRI 35, dalam mengenal dan mempersiapkan diri menuju karir gemilang di bidang Teknik Informatika. Langkah-langkah seperti membangun dasar pemahaman teknologi, memperkenalkan konsep pemrograman sederhana, serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif menjadi fokus utama. Selain itu, pentingnya pengenalan profesi di bidang teknik informatika sejak dini, seperti programmer, pengembang aplikasi, dan analisis data, juga diuraikan sebagai motivasi awal bagi siswa. Abstract

Perilaku bullying di sekolah dasar merupakan permasalahan yang serius yang menyebabkan dampak negatif di lingkungan sekolah. Siswa belum begitu paham tentang perilaku bullying Tujuan dilaksanakan edukasi bullying ini agar dapat memberikan pemahaman yang luas kepada siswa tentang perilaku bullying, dampak perbuatan bullying dan mencegah terjadinya pembullyan di Sekolah. Tahap edukasi ini yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pengenalan, tahap partisipan, tahap diskusi, tahap penutup dan evaluasi. Untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa digunakan soal pretest dan posttest. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukan pemahaman siswa tentang perilaku bullying meningkat hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai post – test per Responden yang mendapatan rata – rata skor post –test 85,30 dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik” dan terbukti bahwa 100% siswa sudah paham tentang bullying.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing terhadap pendapatan pelaku (UMKM) dalam prespektif ekonomi syariah. UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam menupang perekonomian Indonesia. Digital marketing, sebagai salah satu inovasi teknologi, dianggap dapat memberikan solusi dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan efesiensi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan survei terhadap pelaku UMKM yang telah memanfaatkan digital marketing. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa pengunaan digital marketing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kabupaten Dompu dan dianggap sesuai dengan ketentuan Syariah, asalkan tidak melanggar nilai-nilai kejujuran,keadilan, dan trasparansi dalam transaksi. digital marketing dapat menjadi alat yang efektif bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan kesejahteraan ekonominya, asalkan diimplementasikan dengan mempertimbangkan etika bisnis yang sesui dengan ajaran islam.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of social capital, entrepreneurial capabilities, and government regulations on start-up success, as well as the moderating roles of entrepreneurial capabilities and government regulations on the relationship between social capital and venture performance. Utilizing a quantitative approach and data collected from 250 early-stage entrepreneurs, structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the direct and interaction effects among variables. The findings reveal that social capital, entrepreneurial capabilities, and government regulations each have a significant positive impact on start-up success. Furthermore, entrepreneurial capabilities and government regulations significantly strengthen the positive relationship between social capital and start-up success. These results underscore the importance of not only developing strong social networks but also enhancing entrepreneurial skills and fostering supportive regulatory environments to maximize venture performance. This integrated approach provides valuable insights for entrepreneurs, educators, and policymakers aiming to nurture sustainable start-up ecosystems. Implications for theory and practice, as well as directions for future research, are discussed.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religious Affairs' Quran application is designed to facilitate Muslims in reading and studying the Quran. This study aims to evaluate user sentiment towards the application based on reviews given on the Google Play Store. Although the application has a rating of 4.6 and more than 500 thousand downloads, there are still various complaints regarding bugs and performance. The method used in this study is Support Vector Machine (SVM) as the classification algorithm and Radial Basis Function (RBF) as the kernel. A total of 3,000 reviews were collected through web scraping techniques, then filtered by removing 3-star reviews considered ambiguous. After preprocessing, 2,677 reviews were obtained, which were then balanced using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). The data were labeled into two categories: positive and negative sentiment. The results showed that the classification accuracy before the implementation of SMOTE was 91% and increased to 97% after SMOTE was implemented. The results of this study provide a clear picture that although the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Quran application received a high rating, users still highlighted bugs, performance, and stability. With this sentiment mapping, developers can prioritize feature improvements and service quality enhancements to improve user experience and increase satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Competitive Strategy on the Sales Volume Level of Car Parts at PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo in Jakarta. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Morita Tjokro Gearindo with a total sample of 90 respondents, with the sampling technique using incidental sampling techniques. The respondent data technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire) for each respondent who was given 18 statements. Then the data obtained were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, linear regression analysis, t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the research results of the coefficient of determination (r square) of 0.172, which means that the Competitive Strategy variable has a significant positive result on the Increase in Sales as evidenced by the t - test 3,868 > t - table 1,662, it means that H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. So it can be revealed that there is a significant and positive influence between competitive strategy on sales volume level.
