Abstract

Based on the background that has been stated, the problem formulation is How is the paving block marketing system at CV Mekar Jaya Pekanbaru? From the formulation of the problem, the research objective was determined, namely to determine the paving block marketing system at CV Mekar Jaya Pekanbaru. To complete the data, the authors use types and sources of data, namely primary data that comes from respondents' responses. Secondary data, namely data obtained by collecting materials in connection with sales data, sales price lists, and distribution channels. While the data collection techniques are; interviews and questionnaires. From the research results, it can be concluded that based on the results of research regarding the product, the overall response of the respondents obtained a total score of 1220. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya seen from the product is considered very good. From the research results obtained a total score of 704. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya seen from the price is considered good. From the overall responses of the respondents, a total score of 337 was obtained. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya, seen from the promotion, is considered quite good. From the overall response of the respondents, a total score of 754 was obtained. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya, seen from the product, is considered quite good

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi wirausaha dikalangan warga Gunung Picung, meningkatkan kemampuan bersaing dalam wirausaha untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan, membudayakan semangat, sikap, perilaku dan kemampuan kewirausahaan dan keuangan serta mengembangkan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan keagamaan, ahlak yang baik, manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap warga Gunung Picung Teknik pendekatan dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan dan tanya jawab secara langsung, Hasil kegiatan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta untuk untuk meningkatkan motivasi wirausaha yang akan meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Pretest merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan di awal pembelajaran untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang akan diajarkan, sehingga pendidik dapat menggunakan cara-cara yang tepat dalam melakukan proses pengajaran yang diharapkan dapat membuat siswa memahami lebih baik dan maksimal materi yang diajarkan. Untuk mengetahui proses kegiatan pengajaran efektif atau tidak pendidik dapat melakukan postest diakhir pengajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara terjun langsung ke lapangan. Dalam hal ini peneliti adalah guru Agama Buddha SMK PGRI Tangerang Banten. Pengumpulan data merupakan langkah yang amat penting dalam metode ilmiah, karena pada umumnya data yang dikumpulkan digunakan kecuali untuk penelitian eksploratif yaitu untuk menguji hipotesa yang telah dirumuskan. Data yang dikumpulkan harus cukup valid untuk digunakan. Validitas dari data dapat ditingkatkan jika alat pengukur serta kualitas dari pengambil datanya sendiri cukup valid. Peneliti telah lama menerapkan metode pembelajaran Pre-Test dan Post-Test dalam setiap kelas dan mata pelajaran Agama Buddha yang ampu. Dari hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang cukup signifikan sebesar 20% dari perlakuan Pre-Test dan Post-Test terdapat hasil belajar mata pelajaran Agama Buddha di SMK PGRI Tangerang Banten.

Abstract

Memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0, pola pemasaran tradisional telah berubah menjadi pemasaran digital. Perubahan ini menyebabkan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat khususnya di Riau. Perkembangan mental akibat digital marketing menyebabkan interaksi antar sesama masyarakat semakin berkurang, terutama dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan informan kunci dan partisipan sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil yang ingin Anda ketahui adalah sejauh mana pengaruh pemasaran digital terhadap perubahan perilaku, interaksi dan budaya humanis pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi perkembangan mental masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research on the coronavirus or Covid-19 pandemic breaks the traditional learning process. So, we need a way to solve the challenge. Online learning is a kind of Overcome challenge. This is to understand the implementation of the online learning Management Research Program, School of Management, Bina Sarana Informatika University as an effort to Suppress the spread of COVID 19 in higher education. The research sample is a student of the management research program. Data is collected through interviews through zoom cloud conferences. Data analysis uses the Interactive analysis technology of Miles & Huberman. The results show: (1) Students already have the basic facilities required to participate in online learning; (2) Online learning is flexible in implementation, Able to encourage the emergence of independent learning and motivate students to participate more actively Learning; (3) distance learning encourages the emergence of social distancing behaviors and minimizes. The emergence of the student population so that it may be able to reduce Covid-19’s University environment. Inadequate supervision of students, high-rise buildings, insufficient signal strength, High-cost Internet credits challenge online learning. Improve learning independence, interest and Motivation, the courage to express ideas and question other benefits of online learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: The influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Return on Equity (ROE) either partially or simultaneously on Stock Price of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 period. Data were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. Analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical results also show that the current ratio (X1) and return on equity (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). Debt to asset ratio (X2) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices (Y). Simultaneously current ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y).

Abstract

In the Accounting System, Cash Receipts will be closely related to the sale of services, if the system is not structured properly it will have a major effect on the amount of cash that will be received by the company. For this reason, the company needs a Cash Receipts Accounting System, because with this system, it can produce good, accurate, and relevant information about the amount of cash receipts received this year or in the future. To create an accurate and good cash register is one way to achieve company goals. The main key of an accounting in achieving its targets is to provide more value, in a good report to the company and give an overview of the company's condition so that the report is more qualified. Petty cash fund is a fund provided by the company's organizational units. This petty cash fund is relatively small and ordinary used for expenses that are not meaningful for example the purchase of office equipment, transportation and others.

Abstract

Signal adalah aplikasi perpesanan yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengirim pesan dan menelepon teman atau keluarga. Sama seperti WhatsApp, Signal juga menggunakan enkripsi end-to-end yang berarti pesan pengguna lebih terlindungi dan tidak mudah terbaca oleh siapapun, termasuk Signal itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, di mana penulis melakukan wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan Mahaiswa di group Whatsapp mahasiswa STMIK Dharmapala Riau dan STAB Maitreyawira sebanyak 150 orang. Alasan melakukan wawancara di dalam group mahasiswa adalah karena informan adalah pengguna aplikasi whatsapp. Dari hasil penelitian aplikasi signal masih belum familiar bila di bandingkan dengan aplikasi lainnya seperti telegram dan line.

Abstract

Accreditation aims for the government to control and guarantee the quality of education. Accreditation is one form of government public accountability for the quality of PAUD and PNF programs and units in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. By getting the results of an ongoing education quality map, the government can develop the coaching programs that are needed even as well as the controls that need to be carried out so that the participants in the field of education participate in efforts to provide good quality education services. In submitting accreditation, PAUD and PNF institutions are required to use the SISPENA Application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether during the pandemic Perceived Quality has an effect on Customer Loyalty through Brand Equity on Oppo brand smartphone users in the Depok area. By using a quantitative research approach and SEM factor analysis methods as well as SPSS Amos 23 test equipment. The object of the analysis is consumers "Oppo brand smartphone users" in Depok. The research design used a single cross sectional, a sample of 150 respondents. The results showed that perceived quality had a significant effect on brand equity on Oppo smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.882 and a critical ratio value of 6.891. Brand equity has a significant effect on customer loyalty on Oppo brand smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.612 and a critical ratio value of 5.696. Perceived quality directly has no significant effect on customer loyalty on Oppo brand smartphones in Depok with a regression coefficient of 0.043 and a critical ratio value of 0.385. The indirect effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty > the direct effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty is 0.482 > 0.043, meaning that brand equity mediates between perceived quality and customer loyalty on Oppo Brand smartphones.
