Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of the knowledge management process seen from knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge application, and knowledge protection on the performance of PT. Mitra Kerinci. This research is a causative study with quantitative methods. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, the criteria used are permanent employees (Permanent / PKWTT) with a working period of more than 5 years. The results of the study show that the knowledge management process seen from knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, and knowledge application has a positive and significant effect on employee performance while knowledge protection has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Kerinci.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the Influence of Transformational Leadership Styles and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Head Office of PT Semen Padang with Job Satisfaction as Mediation, which was carried out using descriptive analysis. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing the assumptions that will be described in quantitative analysis. This research was conducted based on data collected from a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been submitted to and have been filled out by 129 employees. Then this data is analyzed statistically using SmartPLS software. The results of the research analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee satisfaction, then transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Learning methods using technology such as e-learning, online-learning or blended learning have begun to be applied. In the context of facing the 4.0 Indonesian Revolution, Indonesia is trying to improve three new literacies, namely technology literacy to understand the workings of machines, technology applications (Coding / Programming, Artificial Intelligence & Engineering Principles), data literacy for reading, analyzing, and using information (Big Data) in the digital world and human literacy for communication skills, collaboration, critical thinking, creative and innovative as well as having leadership skills, team work and so on. The Ministry of Higher Education (Dikti) also launched the Indonesian Online Learning System (SPADA) to improve access to quality higher education in Indonesia. Generation Z is the generation currently in tertiary education, so they automatically become the main target in the implementation of SPADA and the increase in the three literacies. Generation Z has certain characteristics that are different from other generations. This literature review research aims to find out whether the application of learning by using technology can increase or even lower human literacy in Generation Z in Indonesia. The method used in this research is literature review. The results show that the use of technology in learning is still difficult to be able to increase human literacy in Generation Z because they tend to have difficulty communicating directly, instantly and fading cultural and religious values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel moderasi pada guru di SMAN 1 Tilatang Kamang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus, dengan jumlah sampel 57 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan program smartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) tidak memoderasi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Tilatang Kamang.

Abstract

Community Service Activities in Rakik Azizah in Padang City are carried out to identify and solve problems faced by owners in managing and developing Rakik Azizah's. Some of the problems faced by the owner are related to obtaining business licenses, managing business finances, using packaging and marketing. The technique used in carrying out this service activity is through counseling and assistance for the owner of Rakik Azizah. Counseling was carried out during the period the activities were carried out at the Management Department, Universitas Andalas. This extension activity will be followed by demonstration and practice as well as consultation during the period of service to better provide understanding and application of the materials provided in the extension activities that have been carried out. Furthermore, mentoring activities carried out using the vocational method where the community service activity team directly accompanies the operational activities of Rakik Azizah's at the operational location of the business. The activity results are files to administer IPRT, Packaging with attractive labels and increased on line marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Job Analysis On Employee Performance On PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. This research is exploratory research with research sample that is as much as 186 people. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 22.00 with the results of research that is 1) Job description has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri West Sumatra. The better the existing job description, it will improve the performance of employees of PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri, 2) Job specifications have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The more exact job specification which means that each job has the exact requirements specifications and employees obtained in accordance with the specified specifications, it will improve the performance of employees PT.Hayati Pratama Mandiri, and 3) Job evaluation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to find out the factors that influence turnover intention by mediating employee engagement at Bank Nagari employees of Padang City Center in 2016-2019. Independent variables in this research are organizational justice and employer branding, turnover intention is used as dependent variable, and employee engagement is used as a mediating variable. The technique of determining the number of samples is the Isaac & Michael table with level of 10% so that 133 employees are obtained as samples in this research. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis using SPSS and validity and reliability testing using SmartPLS. Where the results obtained are organizational justice and employer branding has a significant and negative effect on turnover intention and there is an indirect effect of employee engagement. Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the supporting factors that influence readiness for change, including employee engagement and resistance to change with perceived organizational support as a mediating variable. Transformation is the biggest problem facing all organizations today and the challenge lies in employees needing to be prepared for organizational change. The population in this study were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Barat with a sample of 179 employees. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and factor description analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on perceived organizational support; resistance to change has no effect on perceived organizational support; employee engagement and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant influence on readiness for change; resistance to change has a negative and significant effect on readiness to change; Then perceived organizational support as a mediating variable only affects employee engagement with readiness for change.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital skills, industry 4.0 skill-sets, and instructor competencies on the work readiness of trainees at BLK Padang in facing the future world of work, by using a total sampling technique of 160 trainees, then the data analyzed by assisting of SPSS V 26, Mc. Excel, and PLS software 3.3. Results of the research show that digital skills, industry 4.0 skill-sets, and instructor competencies have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Then, the moderation test showed that instructor competencies not only affect the work readiness of BLK Padang trainees but also strengthen the effects between digital skills and industry 4.0 skill-sets on work readiness of BLK Padang trainees.

Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Tipe Kepribadian, Beban Kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Stres Kerja pada karyawan BRI Cabang Pasaman Barat. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variable penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang berasal dari jawaban responden melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 94 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara sensus. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program SPSS dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian ekstrovert berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, kepribadian introvert berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja.
