Abstract

JKN Mobile is an application presented by BPJS Kesehatan to make it easier for users to register, change and find membership data, obtain First Level Health Facility services and Advanced Level Referral Facility and make it easier for users to provide criticism or suggestions. BPJS participants are still lacking in utilizing the JKN Mobile application service, even though the formation of this application is expected to make it easier for the public to access health services from BPJS Kesehatan. This study aims to determine the utilization of the JKN Mobile information system in Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative research with an analytical survey method and using a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all BPJS Kesehatan participants in Makassar City who used the JKN Mobile application as many as 245,341 users. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique by accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 people used. The results showed that 86% of respondents felt that the use of JKN Mobile was sufficient. The results of statistical analysis using Chi Square showed that the system quality (p=0.000), information quality (p=0.000) and service quality (p=0.000). The p-value of all independent variables <0.05 so that there is a relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality on the utilization of JKN Mobile in Makassar City. All variables studied in this study indicate that there is a relationship with the use of JKN Mobile. With this, it is hoped that BPJS Kesehatan will improve and develop the JKN Mobile application, especially on the registration and registration to make it more easily accessible to all groups of people and further increase socialization and education to BPJS participants regarding the procedures for using and the importance of using the JKN Mobile application.

Abstract

Nurses are the implementing elements of service activities of a hospital so that the quality of nurses will determine hospital performance. Therefore, nurses who have good performance are needed. Nurse performance is closely related to how much motivation and workload nurses have in providing health services to patients. Meanwhile, the number of nurses at the Makassar City Hospital is still inadequate, causing the nurses' workload to be quite high. However, in carrying out nursing care, nurses have their own motivations that encourage them to carry out their duties and responsibilities as well as possible. This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation and workload with the performance of nurses in the inpatient installation of Makassar City Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all nurses who served in the inpatient installation of the Makassar City Hospital. Determination of the sample by the method of total sampling with a total sample of 69 nurses. The results of the study using chi-square showed that motivation (p=0.000) and workload (p=0.044). The p value of all independent variables <0.05 so that there is a relationship between motivation and workload with the performance of nurses in the inpatient installation of Makassar City Hospital.

Abstract

Sebagai negara yang mempunyai jumlah penduduk yang besar, kesehatan merupakan unsur utama setiap kehidupan seseorang untuk menunjang aktivitas. Salah satu usaha peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat dapat dilakukan akses pelayanan kesehatan primer oleh masyarakat. Akses layanan kesehatan diterapkan secara darurat keseluruhan negara yang terkena pandemi Covid-19, dengan membatasi kebebasan akses layanan kesehatan seperti karantina atau isolasi, didiagnosis, pelacakan kontak dan pemantauan. Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan aksesibilitas pasien BPJS Kesehatan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Sudiang Raya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Sudiang Raya pada bulan Januari 2021–Februari 2021 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang diperoleh dengan metode accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner serta observasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel disertai narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan adalah variabel kedekatan (p=0,012<0,05), kemampuan menerima (p=0,012<0,05), ketersediaan dan akomodasi (p=0,034< 0,05), dan kesesuaian (p=0,034<0,05). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan yaitu variabel keterjangkauan (p=0,321>0,05) dengan aksesibilitas pasien BPJS Kesehatan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Sudiang Raya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kedekatan, kemampuan menerima, ketersediaan dan akomodasi dan kesesuaian yang memiliki hubungan dengan aksesibilitas, sedangkan hanya variabel keterjangkauan yang tidak terdapat hubungan dengan aksesibilitas pasien BPJS Kesehatan selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Citra rumah sakit akan berdampak pada sikap dan perilaku pasien terhadap rumah sakit, hubungan citra merek (brand image) rumah sakit dan pengaruhnya terhadap intensi pasien sangat diperlukan. Rumah sakit Anugrah terbilang baru, awalnya hanya klinik Dokter Spesialis pada tahun 2000 kemudian tahun 2005 menjadi rumah sakit khusus dan tahun 2015 menjadi rumah sakit Umum Swasta. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui hubungan brand image dengan keputusan pasien memilih pelayanan kesehatan pada unit rawat inap Rumah Sakit Anugrah Pangkajene Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien rawat inap Rumah Sakit Anugrah yang berjumlah 57 orang dengan pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Analisis data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien memilih rawat inap adalah lingkungan fisik (physical environment) (p value=0,002), pegawai rumah sakit (contact personel) (p value=0,005), dan pelayanan yang diberikan (service offering) (p value=0,005). Sedangkan variable brand image yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien adalah identitas rumah sakit (corporate identity) (p-value=0,426). Kesimpulan tidak ada hubungan antara identitas rumah sakit dan ada hubungan antara lingkungan fisik, pegawai rumah sakit, pelayanan yang diberikan dengan keputusan pasien memilih pelayanan kesehatan unit rawat inap Rumah Sakit Anugrah Pangkajene.

Abstract

Immunization is the most effective and efficient public health effort in preventing diseases and reducing mortality rates such as smallpox, polio, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, diphtheria, measles, rubella and congenital rubella syndrome (CRS), tetanus, pneumonia (pneumonia) and meningitis (inflammation of the lining of the brain). The 2020 WHO report states that there are 20 million children who have not received delivery services for toddlers around the world routinely every year. The high number of children who have not been exposed to poison has caused several diseases that can cause paralysis and even death, which should be prevented by vaccines, to reappear in developed and developing countries. These diseases include measles, pertussis, diphtheria and polio. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge of mothers in the tumampua sub-district about the depth of complete body weight. This service is carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Complete crush evaluation using a pre-test and post-test questionnaire distributed to participants. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that counseling about sports was able to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers in the Tumampua Village, Kec. Pangkajene, Pangkep Regency

Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the levels of hemoglobin and red blood cells are lower than normal and are still a public health problem in Indonesia. Adolescent girls are a group prone to anemia, because women's need for iron is three times higher than that of men. Supplementation of Blood Supplement Tablets (TTD) in young women is one of the Indonesian government's efforts to meet iron intake. Providing iron supplements at the right dose can prevent anemia which can affect academic achievement in young women, as well as increase body iron stores to prepare young women to become anemia-free mothers (during pregnancy). The target of this program is the young women of Parenreng Village. This activity was carried out starting from the distribution of Pocket Books and Blood Supplement Tablets as well as an explanation regarding the contents of the Pocket Books. This aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of young women about the dangers of anemia and recommendations for taking iron tablets. The distribution of pocket books and blood supplement tablets was carried out at the Parenreng Village Office Hall, Segeri District, Pangkajene and Islands Regencies. 19 pocket books distributed and 200 blood supplement tablets (TTD) given to young women.

Abstract

The management of drugs at the Sumaling Health Center experienced problems related to the demand for types of drugs that were not in accordance with the previous proposals, meanwhile there were excess types of drugs and there were also shortages of drugs. This study aims to find out information about the analysis of drug management at the Sumaling Health Center, Mare District, Bone Regency. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach that produces descriptive data from May-September 2022. Data collection is carried out using in-depth interviews and direct observation techniques. The informants in this study consisted of 7 people consisting of the Head of the Health Center, the Pharmacy Room Coordinator, the Pharmacy Room Staff, the Person in Charge of the Drug Distribution Section of the Health Office and 3 patients at the Sumaling Health Center. The results showed that the selection of drugs made by the Sumaling Health Center. The drug planning stage is carried out once a year. Drug procurement is carried out monthly and quarterly to the Health Office's drug warehouse, but when administering drugs at the Health Office sometimes the drugs are empty. Drugs are received monthly and then sent to the Health Office and then taken by themselves, in contrast to the quarterly Health Office which delivers them to the puskesmas. Inconvenient storage of drugs due to poor ventilation or room temperature which causes damage to drugs. The distribution of drugs at the Sumaling Health Center takes a long time to deliver drugs. The destruction and withdrawal of drugs carried out by the Sumaling Health Center is when there are expired drugs from the health service units and then collected to the puskesmas drug building then the drug management team will take them to the Health Office drug warehouse. To overcome the problem of drug management at the Sumaling Health Center, it is so that the Puskesmas will pay more attention to the applicable pharmaceutical service standards.

Abstract

ISPA (Infesi Saluran Pernafasan Atas) merupakan penyakit saluran pernapasan bagian atas atau bawah yang biasanya menular dan, tergantung pada faktor lingkungan dan pejamu, dapat menyebabkan spektrum penyakit yang luas, mulai dari penyakit tanpa gejala atau infeksi ringan hingga penyakit berat dan fatal. Penyakit ini merupakan penyebab utama tingginya angka kematian dan kesakitan pada balita di Indonesia dimana salah satu penyebab dari ISPA sendiri adalah asap rokok. Penggunaan rokok di Indonesia sebenarnya relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan negara Asia Tenggara lainnya, maka dari itu penyuluhan terkait ISPA dan rokok sangatlah penting. Penyuluhan terkait ISPA dan Bahaya Merokok dilaksanakan di Desa Parenreng, Kecamatan Segeri, Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat, dengan metode penyuluhan dilakukan melalui diskusi dan pemasangan papan wicara. Instrumen penyuluhan ini berupa pre-test dan post-test. Dari hasil penyuluhan ISPA terdapat pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat sebesar 29% dari 16 orang yang hadir. Sedangkan, hasil dari penyuluahan terkait bahaya merokok didapati bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat sebesar 37% dari 16 orang yang hadir. Sehingga penyuluhan terkait ISPA dan Bahaya Merokok berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengethauan Masyarakat Desa Parenreng, Kecamatan Segeri, Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan.

Abstract

Positive impact of health education can improve knowledge and attitudes, especially among adolescents who are vulnerable to HIV-AIDS transmission. To improve knowledge about HIV-AIDS, it is necessary to systematically integrate the material into formal and non-formal education, both in public and religious education. Based on primary data on the distribution of knowledge about HIV-AIDS in Mappasaile Village, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency, it is known that the community has low knowledge of HIV-AIDS, with only 0.7% having high knowledge and 99.3% having low knowledge. The research aims to improve the knowledge, understanding, and attitudes of adolescents in Mappasaile Village in preventing HIV-AIDS. The activity carried out was counseling using lecture and discussion methods and distributing brochures at SMPN 3 Pangkajene. The method used to evaluate the increase in adolescent knowledge during counseling activities is pre-test and post-test design. To analyze the data obtained, statistical testing is carried out using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. The results show a significant increase in knowledge by 75.65%, and the counseling activities run according to plan and receive a positive response from the participants

Abstract

Effectiveness states that the patient’s right is to get health services in accordance with services in accordance with service standards. Some of the programs provided can be in the form of public health insurance, free health up to health services that directly touch the community through the home care program. During the pandemic, people reduced activities outside the home. The home care program is expected to able be serve people’s complaints who want to get health services even at home. Study is aims determine to the effectiveness of home care program during services the pandemic at the Jumpandang Baru Health Center in Makassar City. This type of research uses a quantitative research design with descriptive methods. This study in population all people who used home care services pandemic during the covid-19  in 2020-2021 residing in the Jumpandang Baru health center area. This study sample used a total sampling of 70 respondents. The results of the study show that on average., the home care service program during the covid-19 pandemic was very effective. Judging from the five variable sizes, namely program understanding, on time, goal achievement, ,right on target and real change. Several respondents also stated that the home care service program during the pandemic provided many benefits. The conclusion study is that all the variables examined in this study show the effectiveness of the home care service pandemic at the Jumpandang Baru health center program during the covid-19, it is hoped that the Jumpandang Baru health center can continue to improve health services even though only at home.
