Abstract

The seminar titled "Deep Learning Based on Moral Messages in Mathematics Learning" was conducted for mathematics teachers in the MGMP (Subject Teacher Forum) of Kubu Raya Regency as a response to the need for enhancing the quality of learning that emphasizes not only cognitive but also affective aspects. The concept of deep learning in this seminar was emphasized through three core principles: awareness, meaningfulness, and enjoyment. These principles aim to create reflective, contextual learning experiences that motivate students to think critically and develop deep, lasting understanding. In addition, the integration of moral messages in mathematics learning referred to Thomas Lickona’s theory, which includes moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action as a comprehensive foundation for character education. Attended by 31 junior high school mathematics teachers, the seminar ran smoothly and was met with high enthusiasm. Questionnaire results showed that 93.7% of teachers agreed on the importance of deep conceptual understanding in learning, while 87.5% emphasized the importance of discipline and mutual respect in classroom interactions. These findings indicate strong teacher support for a holistic learning approach that fosters both conceptual mastery and moral character development among students.Deep Learning Berbasis Pesan Moral dalam Pembelajaran Matematika bagi Guru MGMP Matematika Kubu RayaABSTRAKSeminar bertajuk "Deep Learning Berbasis Pesan Moral dalam Pembelajaran Matematika" diselenggarakan untuk guru MGMP Matematika Kabupaten Kubu Raya sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga afektif. Konsep deep learning dalam seminar ini ditekankan melalui tiga prinsip utama, yaitu berkesadaran, bermakna, dan menggembirakan. Ketiganya bertujuan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang reflektif, kontekstual, dan memotivasi siswa untuk berpikir kritis serta membangun pemahaman yang mendalam. Di sisi lain, penguatan pesan moral dalam pembelajaran matematika mengacu pada teori Thomas Lickona yang mencakup pengetahuan, perasaan, dan tindakan moral sebagai satu kesatuan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Seminar ini diikuti oleh 31 guru dan berlangsung lancar serta penuh antusiasme. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa 93,7% guru menyatakan pentingnya pemahaman konsep secara mendalam dalam pembelajaran, sementara 87,5% guru menilai sikap disiplin dan saling menghargai dalam lingkungan kelas sebagai aspek penting yang perlu ditanamkan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational communication on the effective work climate in the Starpaction section of PT Sunstar Engineering Indonesia by formulating a problem on how much influence organizational communication has in supporting an effective work climate in the Starpactions section of PT Sunstar Engineering Indonesia. The limitation in this study is on the working climate in the startpaction section only, not in the whole section. The data collection method uses questionnaire distribution. The population in this study is employees of the Starpaction section, permanent employees, and fixed-time employees of the work agreement. The sampling technique used was a total sampling with a sample of 30 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression analysis, and partial significance test (T-test), and Determination Coefficient Test (R-test) using the SPSS 26 application of 2024. The results of the t-test obtained a t-count value of 10,244 while the t-table was 1,701, thus, it can be concluded that t-count > t-table (10,244 > 1,701) From the results of the t-test, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 was also obtained so that it can be concluded that organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on the effective work climate in the Starpaction section of PT Sunstar Engineering Indonesia

Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts is crucial to students' success in solving mathematical problems. Improving this understanding requires a contextual learning model that supports active student engagement. This study examines the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model, which emphasizes the connection between lesson material and real life, and Edpuzzle, which supports interactive learning through videos with embedded questions. This study aims to examine the differences in the effects of the CTL model with Edpuzzle assistance and the conventional model on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts, as well as to test whether the CTL model with Edpuzzle assistance yields better results than the conventional model. The study employed a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects were 83 seventh-grade students at MTs Walisongo Sugihwaras, divided into an experimental class (CTL assisted by Edpuzzle) and a control class (conventional). There were five meetings, and pre- and post-tests were administered. Data collection techniques included tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis revealed that the post-test scores of the experimental class students (average 79.6) were higher than those of the control class students (average 55). The t-test at a 5% significance level yielded a value of t-calculated= 12.017 > t-table= 2.021. Since the post-test data were non-homogeneous, the test was conducted under the assumption of unequal variances. These results suggest that the CTL model, when assisted by Edpuzzle, improves students' ability to comprehend mathematical concepts. Compared to the conventional model. These findings suggest that using a digital, technology-based, contextual approach is a promising strategy for learning.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to optimize the implementation of Islamic Social Enterprise (ISE) in Muhammadiyah higher education institutions by identifying challenges and opportunities. It seeks to develop a framework to enhance the role of these universities as socially responsible organizations guided by Islamic values. Design/Methodology/Approach: A qualitative approach is used, involving case studies and in-depth interviews with university leaders, social enterprise managers, faculty, and students engaged in ISE activities. Data are collected through document analysis and thematic coding to uncover key factors affecting ISE success. Research Findings: Findings show Muhammadiyah universities have initiated ISE activities but face challenges such as limited awareness, resource shortages, and weak integration of ISE principles in strategy. Successful cases highlight leadership commitment, community involvement, and clear governance as critical to improving social and financial outcomes. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes by linking Islamic social entrepreneurship with higher education management, presenting a unique model tailored to Muhammadiyah universities. It integrates Islamic ethics and social enterprise theory, offering fresh insights into value-driven institutional practices. Practitioners/Policy Implications: The study provides practical recommendations for university leaders and policymakers, including enhanced training on Islamic entrepreneurship, stronger community partnerships, and better resource management to support sustainable ISE development. Research Limitations/Implications: Limitations include the focus on Muhammadiyah institutions, limiting wider applicability, and reliance on qualitative data, which restricts measurable impact assessment. Future studies should expand scope and use mixed methods to further validate and improve the ISE implementation model.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk webinar nasional dengan tema "Strategi Pengembangan Akuntan Muda Toward Indonesia's Golden Generation 2045". Tema tersebut diangkat sebagai respons atas pentingnya peran akuntan muda dalam mendukung visi besar Indonesia Emas 2045. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman strategis kepada mahasiswa akuntansi mengenai kompetensi yang harus dimiliki di era digital, pentingnya etika profesional, serta kesiapan menghadapi tantangan global melalui sertifikasi dan literasi teknologi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh sekitar 100 peserta dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform Zoom Meeting. Metode kegiatan mencakup penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, sesi tanya jawab interaktif, serta pelaksanaan pre-test sebagai alat ukur pemahaman awal. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta memiliki pengetahuan dasar yang cukup baik, namun masih kurang pada aspek konseptual seperti visi Indonesia Emas, literasi digital, dan peran strategis profesi akuntan. Webinar ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi teknis dan non-teknis sebagai akuntan muda. Diperlukan program lanjutan dalam bentuk pelatihan, mentoring, serta kolaborasi antara dunia pendidikan dan industri agar transisi mahasiswa ke dunia profesional dapat berlangsung lebih optimal dan adaptif. Kata kunci: akuntansi; akuntan muda; webinar; literasi digital; indonesia emas AbstractThis community service activity was conducted in the form of a national webinar titled "Strategies for Developing Young Accountants Toward Indonesia's Golden Generation 2045." The theme was raised in response to the crucial role of young accountants in supporting Indonesia's 2045 vision. The objective was to provide accounting students with strategic insights into the competencies required in the digital era, the importance of professional ethics, and the readiness to face global challenges through certification and digital literacy. The event was attended by approximately 100 students from various universities across Indonesia and held virtually via Zoom Meeting. The methods included material presentations by speakers, interactive Q&A sessions, and a pre-test to assess baseline understanding. Pre-test results revealed that while participants had a good foundational knowledge, gaps remained in conceptual areas such as the Golden Indonesia vision, digital literacy, and the strategic role of accountants. The webinar successfully increased participants' awareness of the importance of strengthening both technical and non-technical competencies. Further follow-up is needed through training programs, career mentoring, and collaboration between academia and industry to ensure a smooth and adaptive transition from campus to professional environments. Keywords: accounting; young accountants; webinar; digital literacy; golden indonesia

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi pajak di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan melalui pelatihan dasar-dasar Pajak Penghasilan (PPh), Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN), dan simulasi menggunakan aplikasi Coretax. Sasaran kegiatan adalah siswa SMK Negeri 43 Jakarta jurusan Akuntansi dan Administrasi Perkantoran. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, kuis, dan praktik langsung. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan rata-rata nilai dari 67,4 (pre-test) menjadi 90,52 (post-test). Penggunaan alat bantu pelaporan pajak digital seperti Coretax juga mendapat respon positif dari peserta. Siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan lebih tinggi saat sesi simulasi karena pengalaman yang menyerupai praktik dunia kerja. Selain itu, kombinasi teori dan praktik dalam pelatihan ini memperkuat kepercayaan diri siswa dalam memahami kewajiban perpajakan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berbasis masyarakat dapat menjadi alat strategis untuk kesiapan kerja vokasional. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi dalam mempersiapkan siswa vokasi agar memiliki keterampilan pajak praktis yang relevan dengan era digital saat ini, serta menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori pembelajaran dan praktik pelaporan pajak.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro tentang inisiasi 100 Desa Wisata, maka tim melakukan identifikasi awal terhadap kondisi, struktur masyarakat dan potensi yang dapat dikembangkan di Desa Binaan yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) melalui observasi, wawancara dan diskusi dengan pemangku kepentingan desa. Berdasarkan data hasil observasi lapangan awal kelompok memperoleh jumlah industri rumah tangga paling sedikit dengan presentase peningkatan hasil usaha masyarakat paling rendah namun memiliki potensi yang sangat baik untuk dikembangkan. Isu prioritas yang disepakati untuk diselesaikan adalah pendekatan dengan sinergi pentahelix dari 5 elemen yang terlibat dalam pengembangan desa wisata berbasis Edu-Herbalic Tourism. Melalui pengembangan Edu-Herbalic Tourism pada desa wisata, permasalahan kedua masyarakat sasaran telah terpecahkan. Target luaran wajib yang dicapai dari program ini adalah meningkatnya tingkat keberdayaan mitra dalam aspek sosial, kemasyarakatan, pengelolaan, produksi dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Inclusive early childhood education requires teachers to possess professional competencies in managing diverse learner needs, yet many kindergarten teachers lack adequate training in implementing effective inclusive pedagogies. This study investigated the implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) to enhance teacher professionalism in managing inclusive classrooms at Darul Falah Islamic Kindergarten, East Kutai Regency, Indonesia. Employing a School Action Research design across two cycles with four instructional sessions, the study involved two kindergarten teachers and utilized structured observation instruments validated by expert reviewers. Data were analyzed using both quantitative methods (percentage calculations with predetermined success criteria) and qualitative approaches (thematic analysis following Miles and Huberman's framework). Results demonstrated substantial improvements in teacher implementation proficiency, increasing from 66.66% in Cycle I Meeting 1 to 86.66% in Cycle II Meeting 2, while student engagement levels improved from 53.33% to 83.33% across the same period. Both metrics exceeded the 80% success threshold by the intervention's conclusion. The iterative cycles of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection enabled teachers to progressively develop competencies in connecting curriculum content with students' lived experiences, facilitating collaborative learning communities, and employing authentic assessment strategies. These findings provide empirical evidence supporting CTL as an effective approach for enhancing teacher professionalism in inclusive kindergarten contexts, with significant implications for teacher education programs and professional development policies.

Abstract

Karya ilmiah adalah karya tulis yang disusun secara sistematis menurut aturanatau kaidah tertentu berdasarkan hasil berpikir ilmiah. Proses berfikir ilmiah terdiri atas langkah-langkah tertentu yang didukung oleh tiga unsur, yaitu (1) pengajuan masalah, (2) perumusan hipotesis, (3) verifikasi yang dilaporkan dengan metode tertentu (Smith, 2010:1). Karya ilmiah terbagi atas beberapa jenis, yaitu laporan penelitian, makalah, skripsi, tesis, disertasi dan proposal (Jauhari, 2010:5). Adab beberapa bagianpenting yang haru sdiperhatikan dari strukturkarya ilmiah diantaranya, Judul, Pendahuluan, kerangka teoritis, metodologi penelitian, pembahasan, kesimpulan dan saran, dan juga dafta rpustaka. Selain memahami struktur kaya ilmiah kita juga mempelajari jenis-jenisnya diantaranya, artikel ilmiah ,makalah, skripsi, tesis, disertasi, paper,dan kertas kerja. Kita juga mampu memahami fungsi-fungsi umum karya tulis ilmiah diantarnya: Fungsi untuk pendidikan, Fungsi  untuk penelitian dan Fungsi fungsional. Terdapat banyak pilihan melalui karya tulis ilmiah baik melalui penelitian, artikel ilmiah di jurnal, artikel ilmiah popular di media massa, makalah seminar, buku, diktat, modul, maupun karya terjemahan. Dimanfaatkan atau tidak pilihan tersebut akan sangat tergantung dari berbagai faktor. Sebagiaman teori menajemen menyatakan bahwa perilaku akan timbul diakibatkan oleh kemampuan, kemauan (motivasi), dan kesempatan.

Abstract

Implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi bidang Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan bagi para guru di SMKN 01 Kota Bengkulu. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan dan harapan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui Pre Test dan Post Test. Hasil Pre Test menunjukkan bahwa ketiga belas peserta pelatihan belum mengetahui cara penggunaannya dan belum mengimplementasikan media permainan Wordwall dalam proses pembelajarannya. Selanjutnya dari hasil evaluasi melalui Post Test diketahui bahwa seluruh peserta yang berjumlah 18 orang sudah mahir dalam menggunakan media permainan Wordwall untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas nantinya. Apabila masukan dan saran yang disampaikan peserta pelatihan dapat dilaksanakan kembali maka kegiatan pelatihan berupa penerapan media pembelajaran lain yang berbasis teknologi dan tetap dapat menjalin komunikasi dengan narasumber untuk dapat membahas media dan proses pembelajaran
