Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine workload, human relationship, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. This study uses explanatory research by using primary and secondary data as a data source. Sampling techniques and populations using non probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling. The samples used are all employees of BKPSDM Tulungagung Regency as many as 52 ASN status.  The analyses used are instrument tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, hypothesis tests, and adjusted R2 coefficients.The results showed, workload, human relationship, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affect the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung, workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of BKPSDM Tulungagung Regency, human relationship has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) does not have a significant influence on the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung.  Keywords: Workload, Human Relationship, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at shopee for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research applied is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2018, totaling 565 students. The sample used was 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (adjusted R2), F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) through SPSS 20 tools.The results showed that the price variable had a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. The online customer reviews variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The variable price, product quality and online customer reviews have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at shopee. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Online Customer Reviews, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstact Employee performance, both in quality and quantity, enables the vision, mission and goals of the organization to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, organizational culture and religiosity on employee performance at KSPPS DMU Jatim Pasuruan. The population in this study was 95, and all of them were taken as samples. By using multiple linear analysis, the following results are obtained: simultaneously, the variables of Islamic leadership, organizational culture and religiosity have a significant positive effect on employee performance. partially, Islamic leadership variables, and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources and the use of information technology on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The population in this study were all employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The sample in this study was a saturated sample with a total sample of 48 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach (Explanatory Research). Based on testing using the analysis of the simultaneous F test, the results of the study show that there is a significant effect between the X variable (quality of human resources and the use of technology) simultaneously on the Y variable (employee performance) in employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan, and the partial t test results. The research shows that the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan and the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media TelematikaLamongan. Keywords: Quality Of Human Resources, Utilization Of Information Technology, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract Based on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the variables of leadership, work motivation and employee performance had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization, fiscal stress on economic growth with financial performance as an intervening variable. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using path analysis. The data used is secondary data. The secondary data in this study are financial reports in the province of Bali during the COVID-19 pandemic.The results of this study indicate that the variable of fiscal decentralization has no significant negative effect on financial performance. Fiscal stress variable has no significant positive effect on financial performance. Fiscal decentralization variable has no significant positive effect on economic growth. Fiscal stress variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The financial performance variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The variable of Fiscal Decentralization on Economic Growth has no effect so that Financial Performance cannot mediate Fiscal Decentralization on Economic Growth. Meanwhile, Fiscal Stress on Economic Growth has no effect so that Financial Performance cannot mediate Fiscal Stress on Economic Growth in Cities/Regencies in Bali Province in 2014-2020. Keywords: Fiscal Decentralization, Fiscal Stress, Financial Performance, Economic Growth.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of exposure to social media advertising, video marketing content, product posters, and celebrity endorsements on interest in buying Scarlett Whitening products in FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods. The data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire via Google form. The technique of determining the sample using random sampling of 95 respondents with a system of determining the number of samples using the formula by Malhotra.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on the video content marketing variable on buying interest. While the product poster and celebrity endorse variables showed no significant effect on buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products. 37.5% buying interest is influenced by the variables in this study, while 62.5% buying interest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Advertising, buying interest, marketing content, product posters, celebrity endorsements, scarlett whitening

Abstract

AbstrackThe shift of offline product marketing to online of course affects the level of consumer purchasing decisions for a product or service. Especially since the enactment of the appeal to stay at home to prevent and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in the pandemic era. This will certainly affect individual decisions in making purchase transactions. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are perceptions of product quality and service quality.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence the perception of product quality and service quality has on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform in the pandemic era. This research method uses a quantitative method that uses regression as a measure of how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The sample used in this study as many as 76 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis using validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis analysis using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 20 support.The results of this study are 1) the perception of product quality and service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision 2) The variable perception of product quality partially affects the purchasing decision. 3) The variable perception of product quality partially influences purchasing decisions, has been partially tested Keywords: Influence, Perception of product quality, Service quality, Purchase decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to observe the impact of labor discipline and service exceptional of village workplace personnel on network delight in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. The population in this study was the entire community of Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, amounting to 2,348. The sample in this study used Slovin's theory with the number of samples obtained, namely 96 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach. Based on testing using simultaneous F-test evaluation, the results showed that there has been a extensive impact among the X variables (work discipline and service quality) simultaneously on the Y variable (community satisfaction) in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, and the outcomes of the partial t-test. The results confirmed that the paintings area variable had a effective and great impact on network pride in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency and provider nice had a nice and significant effect on community pleasure in Tenggulun Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. Keywords : Work Discipline, Service Quality, Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior have on Employee Performance. Studies at PT. Inkor Bola Pacific in the Pasuruan Regency area. In this study amounted to 70 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique. The sampling method is, employees who work at PT. Pasuruan Pacific Football Inkor. To find out the data that will be studied later, this study uses a questionnaire to find out more about the opinions of employees by filling in the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire. In addition, this research uses SPSS measuring instrument to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. From this study resulted in several conclusions stating that the variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior have a joint effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pasuruan Pacific Football Inkor.
