This study uses a descriptive method intended to describe the role of government. The research subjects were the Head of Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism, the Head of the Regional Government, Perhutani, BPCB (Cultural Conservation Preservation Center). Data collection was obtained by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that the services provided were not optimal, as evidenced by the existence of a report from the BPCB (Cultural Conservation Preservation Center), the government's role in improving services had not been maximized. But there is a good side in improving services is to know and understand the duties and functions that are their responsibility, to carry out the role of government. The three trees around the Pertirtaan Jolotundo Temple are old and tall, they are afraid of rain and wind, but once every six months the government carries out tree mitigation. Fourth, there is heavy rain for more than two to three hours, it must be sterilized first, no visitors should come afraid of landslides. Fifth, when on the night of 1 Suro and Friday Legi people come to bathe in the booths using flowers and added fragrance oil, etc., it can affect the surface of the stone when it is cleaned it will peel off.

The effectiveness of health services is carried out to increase the satisfaction of the people who seek treatment. Problems with services are timeliness, community dissatisfaction, and indiscipline of health workers in providing services. This research method uses descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants by purposive sampling involved, namely the head, coordinator, administrator, dental practitioner, MCH/KB implementer, drug and pharmacy implementer through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are the effectiveness of services by improving facilities and infrastructure, and the quality of human resources. It is proven by the implementation of the nutrition post program for weighing and measuring the height of toddlers so that parents are trained to choose food for their child's growth and development, the free covid-19 vaccination program. The supporting factor is the collaboration between health workers, village government, and the community and periodic evaluation by analyzing the results of the suggestion box. The inhibiting factor is timeliness and indiscipline, causing public dissatisfaction with services. Keyword: , , .

Direct Village Cash Assistance, hereinafter abbreviated as BLT Desa, is the provision of cash to poor or underprivileged families in the village to reduce the economic impact due to the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID- 19) pandemic. 3 months. This study aims to analyze communication from the implementation of direct cash assistance. (BLT) in Lebo Village, analyze the obstacles to implementing the Covid-19 Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) policy in Lebo Sidoarjo Village. This research method is descriptive research using qualitative research, sampling technique using purposive sampling technique, data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study concluded that the indicators of Communication, Aspects of Transmission of the delivery of information directly through socialization. The aspect of clarity in the implementation of the Covid-19 BLT program in Lebo Village is the legal basis, among others, from the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 3 of 2020, the Consistency Aspect is still not going well, in terms of the schedule for the distribution of the Covid 19 BLT in Lebo Village, it is not consistent with the existing regulations. Writer 's it aims to analyze and describe the strategy for improving the quality of population services for E-KTP at the Porong District Office, Sidoarjo Regency which consists of a strategy for developing organizational work structures, strategies for developing service procedures, strategies for developing service infrastructure, strategies for developing organizational work culture, and developing entrepreneurship strategies. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the informants were the Camat Secretary as key informants, sub-district staff and the community as informants. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research that has been done by the author, the result is that the service of employees in making E-KTP at the Porong District Office is maximized. The factors that hinder employees in improving services in making E-KTP are poor networks, long centralized data verification, facilities and infrastructure which is not enough, and employees who are still lacking. The strategy carried out by Porong District in improving services in making E-KTP is good cooperation between Porong District employees, socialization to the community for optimal service, recording of E-KTP in the village that has been provided by Porong District so that service is faster, and providing extra services to the community in a disciplined manner during working hours and adding facilities and infrastructure as well as adding an E-KTP recording device when needed. Penellitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Desa Kedungpandan menjadi salah satu desa wisata mandiri yang sudah terverifikasi. Selain itu, Desa Kedungpandan juga memiliki potensi alam yang luar biasa dan perlu pengembangan wisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran pemerintah desa dalam pengembangan Wisata Bahari Tlocor di Desa Kedungpandan, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptf kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran pemerintah desa dalam pengembangan Wisata Bahari Tlocor di Desa Kedungpandan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran pemerintah desa sebagai motivator, sudah sesuai dengan teori yang telah ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan kenyataan pada saat observasi di lapangan. (2) peran pemerintah desa sebagai fasilitator, belum sesuai dengan teori yang telah ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan kenyataan pada saat observasi di lapangan, karena minimnya anggaran yang dikelola oleh pemerintah desa. Selain itu, pemerintah desa juga belum memiliki surat kepemilikan tempat wisata. (3) peran pemerintah desa sebagai dinamisator, belum sesuai dengan teori yang telah ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan kenyataan pada saat observasi di lapangan, karena pemerintah desa belum dapat mengelola serta mengembangkan potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki.

This research is aimed to study the model of recruitment of prospective members of DPD Golkar sidoarjo. The method of this research used qualitative approach. This research used data sources in the form of primary and secondary data, along with data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis used descriptive analysis by qualitative approach that includes: reduction of data, presentation of data, drawing a conclusion. The research result indicated that the recruitment of prospective members of DPD Golkar Sidoarjo has run well and was not undergoing many changes compared with the previous model of recruitment of prospective members of the party. It began with socialization of registration to the candidate of legislative member toward the volunteers. After that, it continued with self registration by young members of a legislature, join training prepared by team nine, then the candidates will be selected through scoring method.

MSMEs in Indonesia play a role as a trigger for economic growth in developing and developed countries. MSMEs also have a crucial function in overcoming problems in a region or region. When the economic situation slumps due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, business people must be really observant in making decisions. The Sidoarjo government has again taken steps as a form of controlling the economic sector during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of policies to strengthen micro, small and medium enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sidoarjo. The research method used is a literature review using 25 journal articles. The results of the study show there are several MSME protection schemes carried out by the government in Sidoarjo, namely as follows: First, there is financial assistance and social assistance for MSME actors affected by Covid-19, especially those who are vulnerable and classified as very poor. Second, tax incentives for MSMEs. Third, relaxation and restructuring of credit for MSMEs through the KurdaSayang program. Fourth, expansion of MSME working capital financing. Fifth, synergistic cooperation between local governments and related stakeholders as a buffer for MSME products. Sixth, training on the use of e-learning digital platforms. Meanwhile, the implementation of policies to strengthen micro, small and medium enterprises during the pandemic in Sidoarjo, can be seen from the communication, bureaucratic structure, resources and attitude of the implementers.

Writer 's it aims to analyze and describe the strategies an obstacle Strategies Prevention of Marriage Children in the District of Sidoarjo . Writer 's is based on a fact that child marriages still occur in age or mentality of the child's thought patterns that are caused due to the circumstances pregnant at the outside of marriage on children that are into a problem which should be in preventing the marriage of children . Methods The author 's is using descriptive qualitative , techniques of collecting the data is done with interviews in depth , observation and study of literature that is relevant . The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. The informant in the Writer 's this is the Head of the Protection of Women's Rights and Protection , Head of Fulfillment Rights of the Child , Head of Security Family & Community Engagement , Head of Processing Data Population at the Department P3AKB, Ket ua Children's Forum and Actors Marriage Children in the District of Sidoarjo . Mechanical analysis of the author 's of this is the type of analysis of qualitative Referring to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The author 's results show that , prevention of child marriage is successful , as evidenced by the programs that run on the prevention of child marriage so that the number of child marriages in Sidoarjo can be reduced, in the absence of a culture of "marrying children as soon as possible so they don't become old virgins" This also supports the decline in the number of child marriages. K endala in the prevention of marriages child one of them is the lack of willingness of young people to think critically the mindset of young people should continue learning with the strategy of prevention marriage of children who applied P3AKB , associated with P ola think those parents who do not give priority to the ideals of children then from the Office of P3AKB should provide regular counseling to parents as one of the strategies of prevention marriage of children , so the mindset of parents are not primitive. Regarding the use of technology, parents must limit the use of cellphones, laptops, computers and so on

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of public satisfaction with the government's policy of revoking the rules for using masks in public places. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis obtained an average of 77.7 and when referring to the category of community satisfaction, the value is included in the satisfied category. In this regard, the general public is satisfied with the government's policy of revoking the rules for using masks in public places. On the day of May 2022 President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) decided to relax the policy on the use of masks outdoors. One of the most important things to reach this stage is the understanding of the community regarding healthy living behavior which is the responsibility of each individual. Easing was also carried out taking into account the development of the Covid-19 situation in the world. If you look at the development of Covid-19 in Indonesia and globally, the Indonesian people already have resistance to new variants. Several people admitted that they were happy with the policy of loosening the use of masks in open spaces because they were considered easier to breathe, carry out activities and not feel stuffy.

Government to Government (G2G) is a two-way delivery of information from the government and the government. One form of G2G in the village environment is through the SISKEUDES application. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Government to Government through the Siskeudes application using four indicators, namely adaptability, target achievement, job satisfaction and responsibility. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model. The data sources in this study are primary data sources, namely interviews with informants and secondary data sources with photographs or documentation or documents obtained while in the field. The informants for this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary and SISKEUDES application operational apparatus (key informants). The research results show that the use and operation of the SISKEUDES application has been running according to the targets and responsibilities assigned. But in terms of human resources is still minimal. In addition, job satisfaction is still not felt due to the difference in honorarium received with existing regulations.
