Abstract

In recent years, the prevalence of diabetes has reached alarming levels, necessitating efficient and timely diagnosis for effective management. This research presents an innovative approach to diabetes detection through an automatic system that leverages advanced technologies such as machine learning and medical data analysis. The proposed system aims to streamline the diabetes diagnosis by analyzing various medical data sources. By utilizing a machine learning algorithm, the system seeks to extract meaningful patterns and relationships from these diverse datasets. Key components of the automatic diabetes detection system include data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training. The system's performance is evaluated using various metrics, such as sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and f1-score. Overall, the proposed automatic diabetes detection system holds immense promise in revolutionizing the field of diabetes diagnosis.

Abstract

Tengklik Village is located in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. Tengklik Village has a natural landscape in the form of highlands and cold temperatures so that it is suitable for rice fields, plantations and livestock. With this typology, Tengklik Village has the potential for community-based agrotourism. The partner in this community service activity is Tengklik Village. The methods used in this community service activity are (1) discussion of identifying problems faced by partner, (2) counseling on digital marketing strategies for Tengklik Village agrotourism, and (3) evaluation of the implementation of community service activity. Based on the results of the discussion on identifying problem faced by partner, namely the potential for Tengklik Village agrotourism is not been managed properly so that tourist visits are still low. The purpose of this community service activity is to conduct counseling on digital marketing strategies for Tengklik Village agrotourism. Digital marketing strategies for Tengklik Village agrotourism that can be applied include utilizing social media accounts, preparing content in the form of posters, photos, and videos related to agrotourism, and collaborating with influencers who can help promote agrotourism. The results of the evaluation of the community service activity showed that participants were enthusiastic in following each stage of the activity. The implementation of this community service activity is expected to provide new experiences for partner and increase insight that can support the progress of Tengklik Village and improve community welfare.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement marketing and sales strategies through the adoption of e-commerce at Sakura Kosmetik Store in Sukoharjo. The strategy is designed to market products more effectively via the internet by optimizing e-commerce applications. In this effort, the community service team implemented four main stages: (1) Preparation of marketing and sales management materials through e-commerce applications, (2) Partner training on e-commerce-based marketing strategies, (3) Partner assistance in applying the learned strategies, and (4) Continuous monitoring and evaluation to assess the impact of e-commerce implementation on marketing and sales management. The material preparation stage involves the creation of modules that include strategies for marketing and sales management through e-commerce, which are then used in training sessions. The training methods employed include discussions and demonstrations, focusing on easy-to-understand and applicable content for the partners. Monitoring is carried out periodically, starting with weekly evaluations to measure the progress of implementation, and continuing with long-term evaluations aimed at assessing the direct impact of e-commerce on the marketing and sales management performance at Sakura Kosmetik Store. The outcomes of this community service are expected to increase sales and improve the management of marketing and sales at the store.

Abstract

Security in public spaces such as internet cafés (warnet) is a major concern, especially during non-operational hours. This study develops a real-time security system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) by integrating the ESP32 and ESP32-CAM microcontrollers to enhance surveillance effectiveness in warnet environments. The system uses a PIR sensor to detect motion, then automatically sends a notification to the Telegram application and triggers image capture via the ESP32-CAM. In addition to automatic detection, users can also manually control the system via Telegram, such as activating the buzzer, requesting snapshots, or accessing real-time video streaming using ngrok. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results show that all system features operate properly, are responsive, and support efficient remote monitoring. With its low cost and optimal technology integration, the system is a viable alternative to conventional security systems for small-scale businesses.

Abstract

Batik was an intangible cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO, with unique variations of motifs, colors, and philosophies in each region, both in Indonesia and Malaysia. The development of the fashion industry and e-commerce brought both opportunities and challenges, since users often had difficulties finding batik that matched their preferences, occasions, or symbolic needs. This research aimed to develop a smart recommendation system model for batik using the content-based recommendation method. The dataset consisted of batik data from Indonesia and Malaysia with attributes such as region of origin, dominant color, main motif, category, and usage. The system development method applied was Prototyping, which included the stages of requirement identification, quick design, and prototype construction. The results showed that the system was able to provide relevant recommendations according to user preferences. For example, when the user selected batik preferences with green color, leaf motif, and casual usage, the system recommended Batik Priangan from Indonesia with the highest similarity value of 0.75. These findings proved that the content-based approach successfully connected batik attributes with user needs. This research was expected not only to simplify the search for batik products in the digital era but also to contribute to the preservation of batik culture through the utilization of information technology.

Abstract

Digimizu Digital Management specializes in Software and Photography as well as Digital Content while delivering on-demand services. The company operates without a computerized information system for managing both transactions and financial reports. The company handles orders manually via WhatsApp or face-to-face interactions while transaction records are kept on paper and within Microsoft Excel files. Data loss becomes possible alongside human errors and inaccurate reporting while real-time data access and monitoring face constraints. The company needs a web-based financial information system which should combine transaction automation with customer data management functions alongside quick and accurate financial report generation. The development of the financial information system utilizes the SDLC method with the Waterfall model and system weaknesses analysis through the PIECES method with UML (Unified Modeling Language) support. This system implementation will bring efficiency to Digimizu Digital Management's business procedures while decreasing errors in recording and enabling real-time financial activity tracking which will enhance overall company performance.

Abstract

Dental diseases, such as caries, periodontitis, and gingivitis, affect public health worldwide, especially in regions where healthcare access remains restricted. The study develops an expert system for early dental disease diagnosis using Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods. The system overcomes deficiencies found in previous approaches, such as Naive Bayes and Dempster-Shafer, which demonstrate insufficient accuracy and unclear result interpretation. The developed expert system incorporates a knowledge base containing 7 diseases, 40 symptoms, and 7 diagnostic rules. Forward Chaining enables inference of potential diagnoses from reported symptoms, while the Certainty Factor evaluates diagnostic reliability by calculating confidence levels. System evaluation through Black Box testing achieved 92% diagnostic accuracy, and usability assessments revealed 85% user satisfaction rates, demonstrating that the system proves reliable, accurate, and accessible. Research findings indicate the expert system offers viable solutions for improving dental disease diagnosis in underserved and remote areas, potentially enhancing oral health outcomes through early detection and prompt intervention.

Abstract

Human object detection is an important component in surveillance systems, behavior analysis, and crowd management in public spaces such as stadiums, shopping malls, and terminals. However, the detection process often faces obstacles such as inconsistent lighting, complex backgrounds, and high object density. This study aims to compare the performance of two object detection algorithms, namely YOLOv10 and Faster R-CNN, in detecting humans. The dataset used is uniform and covers a wide range of environmental conditions to ensure fair and objective evaluation. This research involves the stages of data collection, pre-processing, model training, testing, and performance evaluation. The test results show that YOLOv10 has a performance advantage with an mAP50 value of 0.75, higher than that of Faster R-CNN which obtained an AP50 of 0.67. Based on these findings, YOLOv10 is recommended for use in applications that require real-time human detection with a high level of accuracy.Kata kunci: YOLOV10; Faster R-CNN; Object Detection AbstrakDeteksi objek manusia merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem pengawasan, analisis perilaku, dan pengelolaan keramaian di ruang publik seperti stadion, pusat perbelanjaan, dan terminal. Namun, proses deteksi sering menghadapi kendala seperti pencahayaan yang tidak konsisten, latar belakang kompleks, dan kepadatan objek tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat membandingkan kinerja dua algoritma deteksi objek, yaitu YOLOv10 dan Faster R-CNN, dalam mendeteksi manusia. Dataset yang digunakan bersifat seragam dan mencakup berbagai kondisi lingkungan untuk memastikan evaluasi yang adil dan objektif. Penelitian ini melibatkan tahapan pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan, pelatihan model, pengujian, dan evaluasi performa. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa YOLOv10 memiliki keunggulan performa dengan nilai mAP50 sebesar 0,75, lebih tinggi dibandingkan Faster R-CNN yang memperoleh AP50 sebesar 0,67. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, YOLOv10 direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam aplikasi yang membutuhkan deteksi manusia secara real-time dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi.Kata kunci: YOLOV10; Faster R-CNN; Deteksi Objek

Abstract

ERP adalah suatu sistem integrasi yang mengalami penyederhanaan proses bisnis suatu organisasi agar dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan efektif. Namun, salah satu hambatan dalam penerapan sistem ERP ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan beberapa pengguna terkait sistem tersebut. Keberhasilan suatu sistem ERP sangat bergantung pada sejauh mana sistem tersebut bermanfaat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna, sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada mereka. Aspek-aspek kualitas seperti kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan sangat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem ERP. Temuan dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari 17% dari total 486 karyawan di PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, dengan sampel berjumlah 83 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 83 karyawan. Hasil analisis dari pengolahan data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan dalam sistem ERP secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving retail industry, executives are increasingly challenged to make timely and accurate decisions based on complex and dynamic data. This study aims to design a strategic information system (SIS) that can support executive-level decision-making by integrating key business intelligence components. The proposed system is developed using a user-centered approach and incorporates a web-based dashboard that visualizes real-time sales, inventory, and customer behavior analytics. Through a case study at a medium-sized retail company, the system was evaluated based on its usability, effectiveness, and impact on decision quality. The results demonstrate that the implementation of the SIS significantly improves the speed and accuracy of executive decisions, particularly in areas related to inventory control, sales forecasting, and strategic planning. This research contributes to the advancement of digital decision-support tools in the retail business environment and provides a model that can be replicated in similar organizational contexts.
