Abstract

With the upgrading of scientific and technological developments, it is the driving force in the utilization of technology in improving the quality of learning. With the mastery of cutting-edge technology, making the media of learning in the view of Islam, as a tool to reveal more deeply in the deepening of the material that exists in the Qur'an, because after all the existing content in the Qur'an no word runs out, the more excavated will be the wider coverage of comprehensive Qur'anic recitation. Thus, the existence of the media is as a tool to explore the sciences contained in al-quran, as has been taught by the Prophet Muhammad to his companions in conveying a good message concerning the truth or kebathilan, so that people will think what to do and which should be shunned as a prohibition, so that the learning media in Islamic view is very wide to be studied further. Dengan pemutakhirnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menjadikan pendorong dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Dengan penguasaan teknologi yang mutakhir, menjadikan media pembelajaran dalam pandangan Islam, sebagai alat untuk menguak lebih dalam dalam pendalaman materi yang ada dalam al-Qur’an, karena bagaimanapun kandungan yang ada dalam al-Qur’an tidak ada kata habis, semakin digali akan semakin luas cakupan pembahaal a-Qur’an secara komprehensif. Dengan demikian, keberadaan media adalah sebagai alat bantu untuk mendalami ilmu-ilmu yang terkandung dalam al-qur’an, sebagaimana telah diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad kepada para sahabatnya dalam menyampaikan risalah baik yang menyangkut kebenaran ataupun kebathilan, sehingga manusia akan berpikir mana yang harus dilakukan dan mana yang harus dijauhi sebagai larangan, sehingga media pembelajaran dalam pandangan Islam sangat luas untuk dikaji lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This study holds to answer of how the level of professional competence of teachers in the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) Palembang City. It is expected to be beneficial as study materials for the managers and other stakeholders. The type of this research is field research with the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) teachers’ population of Palembang City amounted to 85 teachers. The writer collected the data through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation study and analyzed using a descriptive statistical technique. The assessment is done by the Likert scale. The data analysis describes how much teachers' level of competence. The descriptions and categorization of data used the guidelines of tabulation data considering the minimum, maximum, interval index values, and distance intervals. The minimum index value is the minimum score multiplied by the number of questions multiplied by the number of respondents; the maximum value is the highest score times the number of questions multiplied by the number of respondents; the interval index value is the difference between the maximum index value and the minimum index value, and the distance interval is the interval divided by the desired number of levels. This study found that the professional competence of MIN teachers in Palembang city in the category was enough (average score 281.98). The only dimension of professional competence was in a good category is to utilize information and communication technologies to communicate and self-development. Meanwhile, other professional competencies: (a) mastering the materials, structures, concepts, and scientific mindsets support the subjects that are taught; (b) mastering the competency standard and basic competency of the subject/field of development that is supported; (c) developing creatively-taught learning materials; and (d) developing professionalism in a sustainable way by taking reflective action categorized fairly enough.

Abstract

Classroom arrangement is an important part of supporting the importance of education. Sometimes the arrangement of classrooms is not paid attention to, so that learning is not optimal, with this research, it aims to make educators aware of the importance of good classroom arrangement, in order to achieve the goals of an education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods or types, meaning to explain, describe or describe things in improving the learning achievement of eighth grade students of MTs Aulia Cendekia Palembang. Then the techniques used to collect research data are observation, interviews and documentation. This technique must be used during field reseach, in order to obtain the necessary data. Furthermore, after the data has been collected using these techniques, the next step is data analysis techniques, with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The implementation of claasroom arrangement plays a major role in helping to create a learning process that is in accordance with the learning objectives. The arrangement of the classroom includes arrangement of student seating according to the physical condition of the student, arrangement of learning tools that are stored and used properly, installation of student work which includes forms of creativity and innovation of students, as weel as adequate lighting arrangements. Adequate in the importance of structuring the classroom. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide understanding to prospective teachers and become an evaluation for teachers that the implementation of classroom arrangement is important.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kinerja Pegawai Tata Usaha Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Karya Ibu Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan pokoknya adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Kepala Tata Usaha. Sumber data primer berupa penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder berupa data-data yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi, buku dan jurnal. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kinerja Pegawai Tata Usaha Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Karya Ibu Palembang sudah berjalan baik seperti biasa Kualitas kerja yang dilakukan para pegawai tata usaha sudah baik dimulai dari memahami dahulu apa yang diperintahkan, menyesuaikan jadwal yang telah dibuat dan menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab secara efektif dan efisien Selanjutnya ketepatan waktu pegawai tata usaha dalam melaksanakan tugas sudah dilakukan dengan dan aktif dalam melakukan pekerjaan pada masa pandemi covid-19 serta sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditentukan. Kemampuan pegawai tata usaha dalam mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki. Komunikasi antar pegawai maupun dengan atasan terjalin dengan baik, antara atasan dan bawahan. Kemudian para pegawai memiliki inisiatif dan pemikiran tersendiri untuk mengembangkan ide-ide baru. Serta memiliki sikap disiplin dan bertanggung jawab atas tugas yang diberikan.

Abstract

Implementation of religious values ​​towards children in kindergarten includes three fields, namely the field of faith, the field of worship, and the field of morals. This study aims to analyze the role of the teacher and its implementation as well as the impact of instilling religious values ​​in children in kindergartens in the Sukarami District of Palembang. This research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the inculcation of Islamic religious values ​​in kindergarten age children was carried out by the teacher by using the play method, the habituation method, the story method, the tour travel method, the exemplary method, the demonstration method, and the question and answer method, so that the teacher delivered the teachings of religion, Islam, to students can know about the existence of Allah SWT, know the existence of angels, know the existence of prophets and apostles, know how to do the prayer, know about the laudable morals and despicable morals, even though students have not been organized, are not focused and the practice of worship is still not clear.

Abstract

The background of this research is (1) the majority of students have gadgets, (2) students spend more time playing gadgets than reading the Qur'an, (3) students have various social media applications and games but rarely have Al-Qur'an applications' an digital, (4) lack of student awareness in reading the Koran, (5) the need for guidance and motivation by teachers in reading the Qur'an with digital applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of digital Al-Qur'an applications to gadget addicted students and to analyze how to overcome students addicted to gadgets using digital Al-Qur'an applications. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research using a case study approach. The research subjects were 10 students who were addicted to mobile phones in the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Batu. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using analysis refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman interactive models, namely: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results showed that the application of digital Al-Qur’an applications in the learning process of reading Al-Qur’an can help direct students to use their cellphones on positive things, and want to change to prefer using their cellphones to read Al-Quran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the students' non-academic achievement in the religious field of reading and writing al-quran and da'i / da'iyah. The type of research used is qualitative research. The research instrument used documentation, interviews, observation and triangulation. Then the data analysis used reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study concluded that 1) planning, namely the principal carried out: formulating a vision and mission, compiling a strategic plan, compiling an annual activity plan and compiling an activity budget; 2) Student Management, namely: Management of Religious activities, Grouping and orientation, Guidance and reward systems / rewards for outstanding students; 3) Monitoring and evaluation includes: preventive supervision and collective supervision, and evaluation includes; student attendance and control books; 4) The obstacles faced by the principal in improving students' non-academic achievement, namely; minimal funding, lack of spiritual guidance coordinators and undisciplined students participating in religious activities to read and write Al-Qur'an and da'i / da'iyah.

Abstract

This article is entitled the Implementation of Independent Curriculum Learning in Islamic Education and Character Subjects at MIN 1 Palembang. This type of research is qualitative, with the types and sources of data, namely primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the researcher's data analysis technique consisted of data reduction, data presentation, verification and checking the validity of the data. After the data is collected, the next step is to analyze the data, with stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that the implementation of the independent curriculum learning leads to Pancasila students which aims to realize Indonesian students as lifelong students who have global competence and behave in accordance with Pancasila values, with six main characteristics, namely faith, fear of God Almighty, and noble character. This is carried out well in madrasas because monotheism and moral education are the foundation for schools. Global diversity means that students in madrasas are educated to recognize and understand the context between nations so that a sense of tolerance and togetherness arises. Mutual cooperation in madrasas is accustomed to group work so that cooperation and mutual assistance is built, and it is also accustomed to caring for others. Independent attitude is independence taught in madrasas, which aims to make students have strong personalities, do not depend on others, and think critically. For madrasas, the attitude of critical reasoning aims to make students active, and have strong thinking power so that students become creative.

Abstract

This study examines the curriculum planning set in the Ar-Riyadh Islamic boarding school environment. The purpose of this research was to find out the learning process, identify curriculum development plans, curriculum development processes, and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in planning the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in the Ar-Riyadh Islamic boarding school environment. The research method used in this research is qualitative research and field research using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Ar-Riyadh Islamic boarding school used the local curriculum created by the mudir and planning in the development of the Islamic boarding school curriculum in the form of forming the character of students, increasing hard skills and soft skills, providing learning in accordance with the conditions and needs of students and increasing competence. teachers who influence career development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how educational technology is implemented in the learning process at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Palembang. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In this study, the informants were school principals, students, education staff, and others related to this research. Data collection techniques, namely through the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and verification, and also, there was a technique for checking the validity of data through triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the educational technology used in learning covers all subjects, and all teachers are free to use existing educational technology and can even develop it according to the needs of existing learning. In implementing educational technology in learning, MAN 2 Palembang has implemented a systems approach as an integral part of the education process. This system is well built in the learning process by utilizing educational technology. Besides that, MAN 2 Palembang has also carried out a learning process oriented towards students. This is important to implement so that what is the need of students can be adequately accommodated by madrasas. What is no less important is the use of good learning resources to achieve educational goals.
