Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi sumber daya manusia pendidik pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Nurul Ilmi Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumen guna menggali informasi, serta kondisi riil lapangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui 9 tahapan yang terdiri dari pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa radikalisme atas nama agama dapat diberantas melalui pendidikan Islam yang moderat dan inklusif. Moderasi beragama dapat ditunjukkan melalui sikap tawazun (berkeseimbangan), i’tidal (lurus dan tegas), tasamuh (toleransi), musawah (egaliter), syura (musyawarah), ishlah (reformasi), aulawiyah (mendahulukan yang prioritas), tathawwur wa ibtikar (dinamis dan inovatif).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik SMA Al-Hannan Ulu Danau sebagai sekolah berbasis pondok pesantren dan menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan model SMA berbasis pesantren di SMA Plus Al-Hannan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan data deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dideskripsikan sehingga dapat memberikan kejelasan terhadap kenyataan atau realitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, SMA Al-Hannan memiliki ciri khas atau karakteristik yang tidak dimiliki oleh sekolah kebanyakan, yaitu: Al-Hannan sebagai brand-mark, berasrama, menggunakan kurikulum, vocational skill dan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Kedua, faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan sekolah berbasis Pesantren dapat dibagi dua faktor, yaitu khusus dan umum. Secara khusus, dipengaruhi oleh kepala sekolah, pendidikan atau guru, kurikulum, sistem penerapan pendidikan, sarana pendidikan, suasana lingkungan sekolah. Kemudian secara umum dipengaruhi oleh 1) lingkungan sosial yang kini telah banyak berubah; 2) keadaan ekonomi masyarakat yang semakin membaik; dan 3) cara pandang masyarakat yang lebih religiusitas.

Abstract

Minat merupakan suatu keinginan dari dalam diri seseorang yang timbul karena adanya ketertarikan terhadap sesuatu yang akan menimbulkan rasa keingintahuan yang tinggi dalam diri seseorang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif kausal dan pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2020 di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang, sampel penelitian berjumlah 152 orang siswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan menggunakan Nomogram Herry King dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi mahasiswa tentang program pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) (sebesar 0,723 dengan nilai t sebesar 9,139 dan signifikansi 0,000) dan profesi guru (sebesar 0,201 dengan nilai t sebesar 3,994 dan signifikansi 0,000) terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur dampak distribusi dana zakat, infak dan sedekah (ZIS) pada program ekonomi Dompet Dhuafa Sumatera Selatan, yaitu program Local Business Development (LBD). Bentuk programnya adalah peternakan lele, kebun buah naga dan peternakan patin yang dilaksanakan di tiga desa di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Instrumen pengukuran dampak menggunakan model Social Return on Investment (SROI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak distribusi dana ZIS mencapai rasio 1,178:1 yang berarti program LBD masih layak dilakukan. Selain itu,nilai dampak tertinggi berada di bagian Penerima Manfaat utama. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa program berjalan tepat sasaran. Namun, dampak yang ditimbulkan belum signifikan sehingga perlu upaya perbaikan untuk memajukan program dan menghasilkan dampak yang lebih besar lagi.

Abstract

Family is the first and foremost environment for a human child. In the family a child is raised, learns the ways of association that he will develop later in the social life environment that is outside the family. In simple terms it can be argued that the function of the family is to stabilize the family situation in the sense of stabilizing the family's economic situation. Then the family functions also educate and maintain the physical and psychological family, including religious life. Here the role of parents, especially mothers, is very influential on the development of the child. Family education is called primary education because in this environment all human potential is formed and partially developed. There are even some potentials that have developed in family education. Children will grow up to be characterless individuals if they can grow in a characteristic environment, so that the nature of every child born holy can develop optimally. Character education must start from the family to build a noble national personality. To achieve the child's character expected by parents, parenting given by the family to children is closely related to the character of the child in his growth and development. These characters will be carried to adulthood even if they form their own family. On the contrary, family failure in shaping children's character will result in the growth of a society that has no character. Therefore, every family must have an awareness that the formation of children's character is very dependent on character education at home. Furthermore, Megawangi (2003) mentions that there are at least three basic children's needs that must be met, namely maternal bonding, security, and physical and mental stimulation

Abstract

This research is motivated because there is a problem that there are many students whose interest in learning is lacking, especially for textual learning. Students prefer to learn instantaneously using internet facilities. done by the teacher. Whereas on the other hand, there is a problem of students not daring to express their opinions in class because of the lack of knowledge of the students themselves. This research uses qualitative methods. data using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of e-books in PAI learning at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang ran smoothly because it was supported by communication and interaction factors between individual students and teachers well established, the characteristics of teachers and students who had the ability to use e-books, attitudes and the mindset of the teacher and students to work together towards progress together and the financial situation of parents who support, the good habits of parents, students and the environment from the socio-cultural aspects and a conducive school climate cooperate with each other for school progress. The obstacles in implementation are the unprepared attitude of students and the state of equipment that is not supportive.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of human life, one of which is education. The Ministry of Education and Culture, is in a position to decide on distance learning which is a type of asynchronous learning as the most appropriate option during the COVID-19 pandemic. With various considerations, in the end, the concept of Merdeka Belajar found a massive acceleration movement in the midst of its emergence as a government regulation that was just rolled out last December 2019. The concept of Merdeka Belajar is also applied to Islamic education learning. This research includes research using descriptive qualitative methods with the aim of analyzing the use of Merdeka Belajar electronic media facilities used in Islamic religious learning.The results showed that from the teacher's side, the application of free electronic media to learn in learning activities has advantages where teachers become more creative and innovative thinking than before because independent learning makes teachers think freely or independently in how teachers make learning goals achievable by all students without exception. However, there are obstacles such as Islamic religious education teachers who have been teaching for a long time, there are difficulties in adapting to free electronic media for learning. The teachers who experience this are on average Islamic religious education teachers who are seniors in school and not all students have gadgets that meet the required capacity. So there is still a need for solutions in dealing with existing obstacles

Abstract

Muslims in Indonesia are the majority people. This means that most of the people of Indonesia are adherents of Islam or Muslims. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (Jakarta, 2004) report, Indonesia's population is 224 million, 89% of which 224 million are Muslims. A very large community for a country that also has a large distribution area such as Indonesia. The Muslim community in the archipelago has been decisive for decades in the direction of political development in Indonesia.
