Abstract

Immensity and depth insights will give the color and meaning of its own, in doing the steps the construction of "capacity building" education and positioning it to be urgent. For example, like in the context of raising the teachers’ competency of. Poverty of the insight looked at a change of education paradigm; strengthen the notion that it was one of the causing factors that was resulting in reduced the quality of education in Indonesia because education agents were not able to bring it to the proper education that was in accordance with the development and the demands of the times. The Insights of education paradigm was to be something that was urgent to be understood by educators because it can give a thought to affect in running the duties and functions. Be Innovative of understanding about changes of education paradigms and to be able to determine the other education paradigm in line with the progress of science, because the paradigm that appeared because of the progress of knowledge, either because of pure or applications. Education paradigm of Indonesia first in the homeland was a public school paradigm, shift to the paradigm of the state schools, shift to the paradigm of community schools. The paradigm of community schools as a new paradigm was what will be discussed in this paper.

Abstract

The use of ICT as a medium of learning and teaching needed to realize the effectiveness and optimization of learning. But be aware that regardless of the medium used learning principles are upheld. It must be recognized that there are still many teachers who "technology illiterate" and must be improved further educational qualifications and professionalism. And that is also the problem is the low level of use of ICT in schools (digital divide) whereas ICT can support the optimization of the school, because of the potential of ICT is quite large. Application of ICT in learning PAI, if carried out by PAI teacher, it will have a positive impact on the interest of students towards subjects PAI in school. So that students in the following subjects PAI is not forced, but self-consciousness. In addition, if the PAI learning in the classroom, teachers use ICT, this will spread the "virus positive" on the teachers of other subjects, so they do the same thing

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has had a significant impact on education, especially in the field of religion. The purpose of this study was to see how the pandemic affected the efforts of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta to increase student religiosity. The participants in this study were eight students and university officials from Ahmad Dahlan University in Yogyakarta’s PAI Study Program. Purposive sampling was used as a technique for selecting study subjects. This study used an in-depth interview approach through an interview guide that had been made to collect data. Data analysis included stages such as grouping relevant themes or meanings from participant responses, describing textually and structurally, and fundamentally describing all important meanings into a complete picture of the phenomenological study findings experienced by participants. According to the findings, the Covid-19 pandemic had an effect on student religiosity. First, students’ religious spirit and motivation were diminished. Second, limited activities contribute to ennui among students. Third, the institution was working to develop policies and technological guidelines for the entire academic community’s activities. In addition, there was also optimization of social media for learning and strengthening religious activities through the campus’ official media channels.

Abstract

PTKIS is an Islamic Higher Education Institution that is fostered and developed by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to analyse the implementation in the development of Private Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIS) through the supervision control program, and coaching Kopertais region VII in Palembang.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with case study research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of PTKIS coaching through the Wasdalbin programme in Palembang went well. Kopertais conducts visits, coaching, and conducts evaluations within one year. The regulations given by Kopertais are followed by PTKIS as they should be. Through the supervision programme, Kopertais conducts direct and indirect supervision, as evidenced by the existence of a budget for certified lecturers, monitoring the tridharma of higher education activities that must be carried out by all lecturers in each semester, providing guidance through meetings either online (zoom meeting) or offline, making visits to PTKIS according to the agenda, lecturers who are required to provide reports to Kopertais. The report is in the form of a lecturer report, facilities and infrastructure report, PTKIS portal reports that are accessed such as EMIS and PDPT reports. In terms of control, socialisation, giving warnings if there are errors or lack of files, and taking action if PTKIS does not heed the warning. The last is coaching, where Kopertais provides guidance to personnel through career development for lecturers, scholarships for students, as well as accreditation and institutional legality.
