Abstract

In this era of globalization, the culinary industry has become a sector that is growing rapidly, both at the local and international levels . Indonesia, with its cultural diversity and abundant culinary riches, is a fertile place for the growth of the culinary business. Among the various factors that influence the success of a culinary business, the right development strategy plays a key role in ensuring business continuity. The culinary sector is also an inseparable part of the lives of Muslim communities, who often follow Islamic economic principles in various aspects of their lives, including business. The principles of Islamic economics, which include justice, togetherness and transparency, can be a valuable guide in designing culinary business development strategies that are sustainable and in line with Islamic values. This study will focus on a culinary company called Idola Snack and Catering which is based in Jepara. Jepara, as one of the cities in Indonesia with a unique cultural and culinary richness, provides an interesting context for studying culinary business development strategies. Using an Islamic economic approach, this research will analyze the development strategies implemented by Idola Snack and Catering, as well as their impact on financial performance, business growth and contribution to the local community. By better understanding how the principles of Islamic economics can be applied in the culinary business, it is hoped that this research can provide valuable insight for culinary industry players, entrepreneurs, academics and observers of Islamic economics in an effort to improve the quality and sustainability of culinary businesses in Indonesia, as well as creating a wider positive impact on society.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the murabahah bil wakalah contract in multi- benefit financing at BTN Syariah KCPS Kudus and assesses its compliance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah and No. 10/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Wakalah. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques being interviews with related parties, namely Financing Service, Operation Staff, and Sub Branch Head, as well as direct observation of the contract process and supervision of implementation in the field. The results of the study indicate that the murabahah bil wakalah contract has been implemented in accordance with the sharia principles stipulated in the DSN-MUI fatwa, especially in terms of clarity of the contract, determination of selling price, and financing mechanism. However, there are several challenges faced, especially in terms of ownership of goods before selling to customers and monitoring the use of funds to ensure that they are in accordance with the objectives of the contract. As an implication, this study recommends strengthening transaction verification mechanisms, increasing transparency in ownership of goods before being sold to customers, and more effective education strategies for customers to ensure compliance with sharia principles.

Abstract

This study examines the mechanism and implementation of KPR BTN Platinum iB financing with the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract at Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Kudus. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research explores the application process, requirements, financing analysis, and contract implementation. The results show that Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Kudus has disbursed mortgage financing to 442 customers from January 2022 to September 2024, with 25 customers using Non-Subsidized KPR products. The financing process includes document submission, analysis using the 5C principles, and the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract. The implementation of this contract complies with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008, where the bank and customer act as partners in asset ownership. The study concludes that KPR BTN Platinum iB financing with the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract has been implemented in accordance with sharia principles and provides a more flexible home financing alternative for the community. Abstract

Tingkat literasi keuangan syariah masih sangat rendah, hanya mencapai 8,11% pada tahun 2016. Dengan demikian, hanya 8 dari 100 penduduk di Indonesia yang memiliki pemahaman tentang industri jasa keuangan syariah. Angka ini jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan literasi keuangan konvensional yang mencapai 29,66%. Hal ini menimbulkan ironi mengingat mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia menganut agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi keuangan syariah pada masyakat Kecamatan Kembang Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan melibatkan 300 responden penelitian. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mayoritas masyarakat Kecamatan Kembang memiliki literasi keuangan syariah yang berada pada tingkat sedang hingga rendah. Hanya sebagian kecil yang memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep-konsep keuangan syariah. Hal ini bisa disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya akses terhadap pendidikan keuangan syariah, minimnya sosialisasi dari lembaga keuangan syariah, serta kurangnya referensi dan informasi yang tersedia di Masyarakat

Abstract

Distribution of financing to members even though it has passed the 5 C analysis (Character, Capacity, Collateral, Capital, Condition) does not eliminate the possibility of problematic financing. BMT Al Hikmah's efforts to rescue problematic financing through non-litigation and litigation channels. This research examines financing settlement using a non-litigation process, namely, the mechanism for rescheduling problematic financing with the rahn tasjily agreement at BMT Al Hikmah as well as examples of cases of implementing rescheduling. The type of research used is by conducting research directly in the field (field research). Data collection techniques include interviews, collecting documents needed to dig up information, and direct observation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The analysis results show that rescheduling provides relief to members by extending the payment period, with the aim that members can still pay their financial obligations without excessive pressure by considering members' income and abilities. The rescheduling process involves two mechanisms, namely by members who have good faith by visiting BMT Al Hikmah to carry out rescheduling and the second method is by the Account Officer (AO) when members do not have good faith, by visiting members directly to offer financing settlement options by rescheduling . This research also explains a concrete example that provides an overview of how rescheduling is implemented in practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pemanfaatan modal sosial dalam strategi pemasaran Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) Lima Satu di Kabupaten Jepara. BMT ini, yang didirikan pada tahun 2011, telah berkembang pesat dengan tiga cabang dan aset mencapai lebih dari 8 miliar rupiah. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap manajer pemasaran, pegawai, dan anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMT Lima Satu memanfaatkan jaringan sosial dengan berkolaborasi dengan tokoh masyarakat dan berpartisipasi dalam acara komunitas untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan jangkauan pasar. Selain itu, transparansi dan komunikasi terbuka berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepercayaan dan kredibilitas. Dukungan komunitas dan pemanfaatan norma sosial juga memperkuat hubungan dengan masyarakat. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya modal sosial dalam strategi pemasaran BMT untuk membangun hubungan yang solid dan memperluas pengaruhnya di masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah (LKMS) dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Tahunan. LKMS menyediakan pembiayaan berbasis prinsip syariah yang bebas bunga bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) serta petani, sehingga memungkinkan mereka memperluas usaha tanpa beban bunga yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi terhadap 10 pengusaha lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan syariah yang diberikan LKMS membantu peningkatan produksi, memperluas akses pasar, dan membuka lapangan kerja baru. Selain itu, program pendampingan yang mencakup pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran turut meningkatkan kapasitas usaha para pengusaha lokal. Secara keseluruhan, kehadiran LKMS memberikan dampak positif pada ekonomi masyarakat, meningkatkan kesejahteraan, dan mendorong inklusi keuangan di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi kebangkrutan pada PT BPR Jepara Artha menggunakan model Modifikasi Altman Z-Score dengan rumus Z = 6,56 X1 + 3,26 X2 + 6,72 X3 + 1,05 X4, dengan nilai patokan Z-Score dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kategori, antara lain, bangkrut (Z<1.1), wilayah abu-abu (1.1<Z<2.6) dan sehat (Z>2.6). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder laporan keuangan tahunan BPR Jepara Artha yang dipublikasikan melalui website OJK. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif pendekatan terhadap laporan keuangan PT BPR Jepara Artha yang terdiri dari dari neraca dan laporan laba rugi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hal itu nilai Z-Score sebesar 5,485842309, 5,336052399, 4,175839967, 3,588810124 dan -11,73010398 yang berarti PT BPR Jepara Artha berada di posisi teratas yaitu wilayah sehat. Hasil penelitian periode 2019-2022 menunjukkan patokan Z<2,6 yang menunjukkan sehat, sedangkan pada tahun 2023 PT BPR Jepara Artha menunjukkan nilai dibawah 1,1 yang diperkirakan berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan di masa depan.

Abstract

Simpanan produk berhadiah menjadi salah satu strategi yang sering diimplementasikan oleh berbagai BMT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan simpanan produk berhadiah serta menganalisis bagaimana simpanan produk berhadiah yang dilaksanakan oleh BMT Mafal Sejahtera jika ditinjau dari perspektif hukum DSN MUI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program SIMAJA Behadiah dilakukan dengan membayar biaya yang disepakati untuk keperluan undian yang kemudian undian akan dilaksanakan setiap satu tahun sekali pada hari ulang tahun BMT Mafal Sejahtera, sebagai bentuk pertemuan loyalitas anggota, promosi serta syukuran atas bertambahnya usia BMT Mafal Sejahtera. Pelaksanaan program SIMAJA Berhadiah dapat dinyatakan sebagai hal yang tidak bertentangan dengan perspektif DSN MUI. Dasar keputusannya ditinjau dari pemberian hadiah berupa barang yang bermanfaat, barang hadiah berhukum halal, hadiah diberikan sebagai bentuk promosi, hadiah diberikan dengan undian serta bentuk hadiah berupa barang berwujud. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan sumbangsih pemikiran terhadap perspektif hukum simpanan produk berhadiah yang kerap menjadi perdebatan.
