Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Marketing on Purchasing Decisions for Ades mineral water, with Brand Image as the Intervening variable. In the context of increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues, marketing strategies that focus on sustainability are becoming increasingly important. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents of Ades mineral water consumers in Sukabumi City. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that Green Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Brand Image, and Brand Image has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. In addition, Brand Image is proven to act as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Green Marketing and Purchasing Decisions. These findings indicate that effective Green Marketing strategies can enhance Brand Image and, in turn, influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This research provides insights for companies in designing marketing strategies that are more sustainable and responsive to the needs of consumers who care about the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh empowering leadership dan person-organization fit terhadap innovative work behaviour pada karyawan PT Afixkogyo Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Afixkogyo Indonesia. Pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu metode kuantitatif, jumlah populasi dan jumlah sampel adalah seluruh karyawan di lokasi penelitian yang berjumlah 89 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (sensus). Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan pengukuran semantic differential. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian instrumen penelitian, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS ver. 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya secara individual, empowering leadership dan person-organization fit berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap innovative work behaviour. Selain itu, hasil uji simultan memperjelas bahwa kedua variabel secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap innovative work behaviour. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan serta kesesuaian nilai antara individu dan organisasi berperan penting dalam mendorong perilaku kerja yang inovatif di lingkungan kerja industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar dan kemampuan inovasi terhadap daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini juga akan membantu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi UMKM dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan Selain itu, banyak UMKM yang belum eksis membuat UMKM Indonesia memiliki daya saing yang tinggi, yang menghadapi kendala baik internal maupun eksternal yang membuat UMKM tersebut dinilai kurang kompetitif dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pendapatan masyarakat. Objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UMKM Kota Sukabumi. Pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu metode kuantitatif, jumlah populasi dan jumlah sampel adalah seluruh UMKM di Lokasi penelitian yang berjumlah 95 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian instrumen penelitian, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS ver. 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya secara individual, orientasi pasar dan kemampuan inovasi berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap daya saing. Selain itu, hasil uji simultan memperjelas bahwa kedua variabel secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap daya saing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pemahaman antara pemahaman pasar yang baik dan kemampuan untuk terus berinovasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM Makanan Ringan di Kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh lingkungan eksternal dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan perumda tirta jaya mandiri Sukabumi. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang ditujukan kepada karyawan kantor pusat perumda tirta jaya mandiri Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Dalam penilitian ini dilakukan Uji normalitas, Uji statistik secara simultan (Uji F) dan Uji statistik secara parsial (Uji T). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif secara simultan antara lingkungan eksternal dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan hasil 14.760 > 3.20 yang artinya nilai F Hitung lebih besar dari F Tabel. Sedangkan, secara parsial lingkungan eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai yang didapatkan dari hasil T Hitung yaitu sebesar 6.165 lebih besar dari T Tabel yaitu sebesar 2.014, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini buktikan dengan nilai yang didapatkan dari hasil T Hitung yaitu sebesar 10.752 lebih besar dari T Tabel yaitu sebesar 2.014, dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

This study examines how various financial metrics affect stock returns for logistics and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. The variables studied are Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA). Multiple linear regression and quantitative association techniques were used in this study. Purposive sampling was used to include a total of 34 eligible companies. According to this study, stock returns are affected by CR, DER, ROA, and PER simultaneously. As an added bonus, each financial indicator has a significant impact on each subsequent indicator. The findings of this study suggest that financial metrics can be helpful in evaluating stock returns, especially in the transportation and logistics industry.

Abstract

Digital technology is changing the way businesses compete, urging them to refine their marketing strategies. Social media has now emerged as a new phenomenon playing a crucial role in the marketing. This phenomenon is evident in the increasing number of companies and businesses utilizing social media as part of their online marketing strategies. In this study, aims to examine the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention, especially by looking at the role brand awareness as a mediating variable. The research method employed is quantitative analysis using a probability sampling technique, specifically simple random sampling. The research object is the Instagram account @sukabumifoodies, with data collected from 250 followers who responded to an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that social media marketing positively contributes to building brand awareness. Furthermore, brand awareness has a positive effect on purchase intention followers. In addition, brand awareness significantly mediates the relationship between social media marketing and purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of social media marketing, brand awareness, and purchase intention in developing effective and efficient marketing strategies.

Abstract

Digital marketing through brand ambassadors is growing rapidly across various industries, including cloud computing industry. This study analyzes the effectiveness of brand ambassador programs on online purchase intention through brand awareness as a mediator. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was used on 250 Instagram followers of @idcloudhost through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS 22 Graphics software. Results showed a non-significant negative direct effect of brand ambassadors on online purchase intention. However, the indirect effect through brand awareness mediation created a significant positive relationship. These findings suggest that brand ambassadors alone are not strong enough to influence online purchase intention without first establishing brand awareness. This study concludes that PT. Cloud Hosting Indonesia's Brand Ambassador strategy, despite not involving celebrities, is effective in building brand awareness that drives online purchase intention. This research makes a significant contribution to knowledge development, particularly in marketing, by measuring the relationship between brand ambassadors and online purchase intention through brand awareness in the cloud infrastructure industry. This study also offers evaluations and recommendations for similar technology companies to implement brand ambassador programs to enhance online purchase intention through brand awareness.

Abstract

The rapid development of social media presents opportunities for business actors. Beyond serving as communication tool, social media enables businesses to build relationships and interact with potential customers to expand market reach. One popular feature is TikTok live streaming, widely used as an online marketing strategy due to its ability to reach wider audience. However, wide reach alone does not guarantee consumer trust. This study aims to examine the mediating role of customer trust in the relationship between live streaming shopping on online purchase decisions. Using a quantitative explanatory method, the study involved 238 respondents of Sukabumi City residents, selected through purposive sampling and measured using a differential semantic scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-Amos 22). The results show that live streaming shopping has a direct negative and significant effect on online purchase decisions. Furthermore, the customer trust successfully mediates the relationship between live streaming shopping on online purchase decisions. This means customer trust is the most important factor during live streaming, as it can drive online purchase decisions.Therefore, live streaming based marketing strategies should focus on building positive perceptions, transparency, and credibility to establish consumer trust. Thus, the consumers trust have will drive online purchase decisions.

Abstract

Analisis Celebrity Endorsement dan Brand Image Terhadap Buying Decision pada Brand Elzatta di Kota Sukabumi bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan selebriti dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Elzatta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 400 responden perempuan Generasi Z di Kota Sukabumi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik celebrity endorsement maupun brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan celebrity endorsement. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan citra merek dan pemilihan selebriti yang tepat dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk Elzatta. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk lebih fokus pada strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan selebriti relevan dan membangun citra merek yang kuat untuk memenangkan persaingan pasar fashion muslim di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Training on Green Employee Performance with Green Behavior as a mediating variable on employees of PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm. The phenomenon of environmental pollution and hazardous waste (B3) in the industrial sector underlies the importance of implementing the principles of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), especially environmentally friendly training (Green Training) which can form pro-environmental behavior (Green Behavior) and improve the performance of environmentally aware employees (Green Employee Performance). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and data collection through questionnaires distributed to 68 employees selected by simple random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that Green Training had a positive and significant effect on Green Behavior and Green Employee Performance. In addition, Green Behavior was proven to significantly mediate the effect of Green Training on Green Employee Performance. These findings highlight the importance of environmentally friendly training in fostering employee behavior and performance that supports corporate sustainability.
