AbstractThe technological developments that require teachers to create innovative and interactive learning media. A media that is applicative and pleasant that helps students understand mathematical concepts. This study aims to determine the effect of using Android-based Edugames media on the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts. This type of research used Quasi Experimental with the research design of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Plus Marhamah Padang. Sampling is done using Puposive Sampling. The instrument used is an Essay test. Based on the calculation of data analysis results of the t-test with a significant level of 0.05 obtained tcount (2.63) > t table (1.68195). the conclusion is that Ha is accepted, which is the effect of using Android-based Edugames media on the ability to understand mathematical concepts in Data Presentation learning in grade IV SD Plus Marhamah Padang. The innovation of education is an important point of Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI), one of them through traditional dance as a context of national cultural. Dance that collaborated with concept of mathematics, it is called Math Traditional Dance. This research aims to produce learning line (specific) the material of reflection and symmetry. The research method used is design research that consisted of preparing for the experiments, teaching experiments, and retrospective analysis. Data collected through observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. This research was conducted with 22 students in MIN 2 Palembang. From the try out that is obtained from the formal to the informal learning described in the learning process, so that support learning process of mirroring and symmetry for the students in grade four in elementary school.

This study aims to determine the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students in solving mathematical problems. This research uses the qualitative approach with descriptive method. We used observation, interview, and test to collect data. This study shows that 6.67% of the samples scored between 60 and 69 in the fair category. A total of 98 students or 81.67% scored between 45 and 59 who belonged to the below average category, and 14 students or 11.67% scored between 0 and 44 which were classified as a poor category. This result proves that the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students in solving mathematics problems is still low.

AbstractThe need to develop higher order thinking skills (HOTS) for prospective primary school teachers in facing society 5.0 has been motivating this research. This development process requires valid data regarding the HOTS description of prospective primary school teachers. The research is aimed to determine the HOTS ability of prospective primary school teachers in facing society 5.0. This is a qualitative descriptive study involving 125 senior students in the department of primary school teacher education. The data collection instrument utilized the validated mathematical HOTS test questions. The resulting score is then converted to an ideal score and mapped. The average score attained by prospective primary school teacher students was 57.01, according to the findings. This score indicates that prospective teachers' HOTS ability is in the fairly good category. The findings of this study can be used to improve HOTS for future teachers.Keywords: HOTS, prospective primary school teacher, mathematics. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pengembangan HOTS calon guru sekolah dasar (SD) dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Proses pengembangan ini diperlukan data valid mengenai gambaran HOTS calon guru SD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kemampuan HOTS calon guru SD pada pembelajaran matematika dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatitif dengan melibatkan sebanyak 125 mahasiwa akhir di jurusan pendidikan guru sekolah dasar. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan soal test HOTS matematis yang telah divalidasi. Skor yang didapatkan kemudian di tranformasi ke skor ideal dan kemudian dipetakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata yang diperoleh oleh mahasiswa calon guru SD adalah 57,01. Skor ini membuktikan bahwa kemampuan HOTS mahasiswa calon guru berada pada kategori cukup baik. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat dijadikan landasan dalam pengembangan HOTS calon guru ke depan.Kata kunci: HOTS, calon guru SD, matematika.

The purpose of this study is to produce teaching materials on learning mathematics based on the Qur'an in elementary schools are valid, practical and effective. This research is development research using the ADDIE model. The results showed that the developed teaching materials are categorized very valid with the percentage of teaching materials 91.50%. The effect of practicality test of teacher responsse is categorized very practical with percentage 91,07%, and student responsse is categorized very practical with percentage 92,04%. Assessment of learning outcomes of students is classified very high. Based on these results it can be concluded that the mathematics materials based on the Qur'an in elementary schools declared valid, practical and effective.Keywords: Al-quran, teaching material, mathematics, elementary school

This study aims to analyze the application of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) on fractions topic in elementary schools. The method used is a systematic literature review. The sample consisted of 32 primary studies on the effect of RME on Mathematics learning on fractions, which were drawn from all related studies. The study results were taken from indexed journals published in the 2016-2020 period. The key question in this research is how to describe the effect of RME on fraction material in elementary schools in terms of the study year, study level, research subject, research methodology, and research results. Through the systematic literature review method it was found that there had been an increase in research during the last 5 years. based on the level of study, research research in the higher class is more dominant, based on the duration of the majority. The research was conducted in elementary schools, and based on the number of samples, the research was conducted in classes with 20-30 subjects or more. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained data that there was an increase in still learning fraction topic using the RME approach.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has brought many obstacles for education in Indonesia. The learning process moves from school to learning at home. To increase students' interest in learning mathematics during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to design new innovations such as the use of the context of karate in mathematics learning. This study aims to develop learning materials using the context of karate based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education with the topic arithmetic operations. This research is a development research using Plomp model. Three stages are used in the development of the Plomp model: 1) Initial research stage; 2) Prototype stage; 3) Assessment stage. In the initial stages, researchers conducted the data collection and gathered information through observation. In the second stage, the researcher designed the product and evaluated their validity through the expert team. In third stage, the researchers made a revision based on evaluation from the expert team and redo the validation assessment until the expert team states the product is valid for use in learning. Lesson plan of modules, teaching materials, and learning videos are stated valid with an average value of three validators 73.

This research is motivated by the need of a media that can support student teachers in elementary teacher education in learning mathematics. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop Edmodo-based blended learning media in learning mathematics. This research is a research and development (R&D) that uses the ADDIE procedures. This study results a valid, effective and practical Edmodo-based blended learning media in learning mathematics for student teachers in elementary teacher education. It is implied that Edmodo-based blended learning media can be applied by the lecturers to support student teachers’ learning activities and process.

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru sekolah dasar dalam upaya kenaikan pangkat adalah kurangnya angka kredit dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai publikasi ilmiah. Latar belakang diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru sekolah dasar dalam menulis PTK dan artikel ilmiah. Pelatihan ini diadakan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar dalam menulis PTK dan artikel ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode seminar dan pelatihan. Pada kegiatan seminar guru-guru sekolah dasar dibekali dengan materi mengenai PTK dan artikel ilmiah. Pembekalan materi merupakan dasar yang diperlukan oleh guru untuk dapat menulis PTK dan artikel ilmiah. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan, guru-guru sekolah dasar dibimbing untuk dapat menulis PTK dan artikel ilmiah. Bimbingan dilakukan secara online melalui berbagai media seperti whatsapp dan email. Seminar dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan memberikan manfaat bagi guru dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas serta mencapai syarat-syarat dalam kenaikan pangkat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemahaman dan keterampilan guru sekolah dasar dalam menulis PTK dan artikel ilmiah meningkat

Sekolah dasar mempunyai peran penting bagi perkembangan pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa. Guru sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting bagi pertumbuhan dan perkebangan tersebut. Untuk itu penting bagi siswa untuk menyelesaikan setiap masalah yang dihadapi siswa di sekolah. Salah satu cara untuk menyelesaikan masalah yAng dihadapi siswa dalam kelas adalah dengan melaksanan PTK. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dan siswa di dalam kelas.Namun, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang rendah mengenai PTK dari guru sekolah dasar membuat guru-guru jarang melaksanakan PTK. Padahal jika semakin sering guru melaksanakan PTK semakin banyak pula masalah sisa yang dapat diatasi. Selain menyelesaikan masalah siswa dengan melaksanakan PTK dapat memberi guru kredit untuk kenaikan pangkat dan golongan serta pemenuhan tugas sertifikasi. Untuk itu pengabdi mengadakan kegiatan seminar dan pelatihan bagi guru SD untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keteramapilan dasar dalam penyusunan PTK. Harapan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru terkait PTK sehingga guru dapat menyusun dan melaksanakan PTK kedepannya
