The developing of studying-learning culture in Indonesia nowadays is increased in pandemic era of covid-19, we must face it because this corona virus spread almost in the whole of countries in the world, including Indonesia which have 34 provinces. Having connected with coronavirus, the education that we as Teacher face to the students of course will be problem, the Indonesia Government finally decide to do online class, we call it daring class and using of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) through internet, the students and the teachers have to stay at home , but they are able to learn their lessons via on line by using mobile phone application . Unlucky the students who are from the rich one can do it, they buy the pulse and quota easily but not for the poverty students who can’t buy it , it is the obstacle for our education minister to solve the way to help every students in Indonesia doing the education activities. Of course this process doing learning studying so far can run well enough , though we face this pandemic, we really hope it can be over sooner.

This study aimed to define the problem-based learning model of problem-based learning using LKPD based on South Sumatra's local benefits for students at SDN 16 Prabumulih learning outcomes. This study used Quasi Experimental Design as the Nonequivalent Control Group Design method of design. The mean pretest score in the experimental group was 82,6 and the mean pretest control score in the experimental group was 67,3. In the experimental population, pretest and posttest data were usually distributed with a value of km -0.71 and 0.80 respectively. The hypotheses were calculated using ttest, which is polled variants, and the result of t obtained was 8,598 at 0,05 relevant level and table 1,987. Therefore, Ho was rejected and Ha was approved because the substantial level showed tobtain> table. The results of this study showed that the impact model of problem-based learning using LKPD based on the local benefits of South Sumatra had a substantial impact on the learning outcomes of studies at SDN 16 Prabumulih.

This study aims to identify and describe the management of educational resource development in improving the quality of education at the 14 Air Kumbang State Elementary School. With a qualitative descriptive research method, the use of qualitative descriptive research design in this study is intended to describe and analyze the management of educational resource development in improving the quality of education at 14 Air Kumbang State Elementary Schools. The technique of collecting data in this research is through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that the steps for implementing human resource development management were planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The obstacles faced in the implementation of human resource development in improving the quality of education at the Air Kumbang 14 Public Elementary School are: lack of teacher consistency (in absenteeism, seriousness in training). The effect of these constraints in the implementation of training is that the results obtained are not optimal, the results are not in accordance with what is expected and can reduce the RABM and in training are also limited by funds

This is to determine the effect of work motivation and principal leadership together on the performance of teachers in SD Negeri Lengkiti District. In this study, quantitative research methods were used and the research design was in the form of an influence study, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent or independent variable Teacher Motivation (X1), Principal Leadership (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) The variable of work motivation of the SD Negeri Lengkiti District teachers is in the sufficient category, 2) The leadership variable of the principal of SD Negeri Lengkiti District is in the good category, 3) The work motivation of the teacher and the leadership of the principal is factors that can improve teacher performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan; (1) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru; (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru; (3) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan Profesionalisme Guru dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang guru SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Metode yang dipakai yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru.Sebab nilai  yang berarti  diterima  ditolak; (2) Ada pengaruh signifikan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru. Sebab nilai  yang berarti  diterima  ditolak; (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Profesionalisme Guru dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru. Sebab nilai yang berarti  diterima  ditolak.

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai survey awal untuk melihat seberapa berperannya storytelling dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis, minat membaca dan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes menulis, kuisioner, observasi dan wawancara.Teknik analisis data berpedoman pada teknik analisis data kualitatif Miles dan Hubermen yang terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data/ kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa storytelling sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis, minat membaca dan kecerdasan emosional siswa.  AbstractThis research was conducted as a preliminary survey to see how the role of storytelling in improving writing ability, reading interest and emotional intelligence of students. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method with data collection technique using writing test technique, questionnaire, observation and interview. Data analysis technique is based on qualitative data analysis technique of Miles and Hubermen consisting of three paths namely data reduction, data presentation and verification data / conclusions. The results obtained in this study is that storytelling is instrumental in improving the ability to write, interest in reading and emotional intelligence of students.

AbstrakPenelitian ini mempunyai misi membuktikan apakah model pembelajaran Discovery Learning adalah model pembelajaran yang efektif dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia teks ulasan. Jenis pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes berupa kegiatan menulis teks ulasan tentang film “Dua Garis Biru†diawal dan diakhir proses penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis, dan uji -(t). Hasil nilai signifikasi uji normalitas 0,000 <0,005 dengan std.Error Mean kelas eksperimen lebih dari std.Error Mean kelas kontrol. Kemudian untuk uji homogenitas hasil menunjukkan nilai sig< 0,05 sehingga data homogen. Kemudian untuk uji -t nilai sig yakni 0,000. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat peningkatan nilai hasil belajar setelah menggunakan model Discovery Learning. maka H1 yang diterima artinya model pembelajaran Discovery Learning memberikan perbedaan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih meningkat dibandingkan kelas kontrol.  Kata Kunci : Discovery Learning, Teks Ulasan, Kemampuan Berpikir KritisÂÂ

ABSTRAK Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar para guru-guru SMA Patra Mandiri I Palembang dapat membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di SMA Patra Mandiri I Palembang dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 35 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan pelatihan singkat yang dilakukan sebanyak satu kali pertemuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktek yang dibimbing/dipandu oleh tim PkM. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa para guru SMA Patra Mandiri I Palembang dapat membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Kata Kunci: penelitian tindakan kelas. ABSTRACT The aim of the workshop was to accomplished a classroom reaction research proposal for the teachers in SMA Patra Mandiri I Palembang. These workshop was performed in SMA Patra Mandiri I Palembang with 35 participants. The short workshop was performed in one meeting. The materials were delivered by the lecture method, discussion method and practice method. The workshop result was the teachers can design a classroom reaction research proposal. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Fungsi Tari Mapak Adat Muara Kuang Pada Kecamatan Muara Kuang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan dan Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini ditemukan tiga fungsi tari Mapak Adat Muara Kuang pada Kecamatan Muara Kuang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, yaitu : (1) Fungsi tari Mapak Adat Muara Kuang sebagai upacara selamatan rumah, didalam rangkaian upacara tersebut terdapat pertunjukan tari Mapak Adat Muara Kuang sebagai pelengkap yang ditampilkan pada saat pembukaan upacara. (2) Fungsi kedua sebagai tontonan yaitu tari Mapak Adat Muara Kuang di adakan pada acara penyambutan tamu agung atau tamu kehormatan yang datang ke Kelurahan Muara Kuang Kecamatan Muara Kuang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir yang mana biasanya ucapan selamat datang disimbolkan dengan pemberian Tepak sirih oleh penari kepada tamu yang datang. (3) Fungsi ketiga sebagai hiburan yaitu tari Mapak Adat Muara Kuang yang biasa ditampilkan pada acara perkawinan, khitanan dan pesta rakyat. Kata Kunci : Fungsi Tari , Tari Mapak Adat Muara Kuang

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan spasial siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Muara Pinang, Sumatera Selatan. Meode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 2 Muara Pinang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, koesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara persentase. Berdasarkan koesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Muara Pinang dapat menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan spasial siswa cukup baik, meskipun masih ada siswa merespon belum sesuai fakta. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab soal tentang kemampuan untuk mengenali jarak, pola spasial sekolah, menganalisis fenomena alam, kemampuan mengetahui kondisi sekolah. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan lebih lanjut agar dapat diketahui sejauh mana pengaruhnya terhadap siswa.
