Abstract

This study discusses the influence of altruism leadership on service innovation and the mediating role of affiliate humor at Aulia Hospital. The population of this study were nurses, totaling 70 people. The research data was taken using a questionnaire, with a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The method of data analysis in this study was descriptive quantitative using WarpPLS for testing a hypothesis and testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. The results showed that altruistic leadership is directly related to service innovation in hospitals with a significant p-value. while the mediating role of affiliation between the effects of altruistic leadership and service innovation is not significant

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan altruistik terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi kepercayaan pada pimpinan pegawai desa se-kecamatan Tanah Putih. Responden penelitian ini adalah 200 pegawai desa di Kecamatan Tanah Putih dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan convenience sampling method dan teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan altruistik berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kepemimpinan altruistik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pada pemimpin, kepercayaan pada pemimpin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kepercayaan pada pemimpin mampu memediasi sempurna hubungan kepemimpinan altruistik terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya kepala desa mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan penerapan kepemimpinan altruistik dan kepercayaan aparat desa terhadap kepala desa guna meningkatkan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior perangkat desa di Kecamatan Tanah Putih

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara umum berupaya menjelaskan bagaimana dan mengapa kepemimpinan yang etis dapat membuat petugas kepolisian terlibat dalam “voice” yang etis. Lebih khusus, penelitian ini berupaya menjelaskan bagaimana dan mengapa mekanisme internalisasi nilai-nilai etis dan identitas integritas memediasi mekanisme proses hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang etis dan “voice” yang etis. Dengan memanfaatkan sampel dari petugas kepolisian yang bekerja di sebuah institusi kepolisian di salah satu daerah di Indonesia dan menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan yang etis dapat membentuk internalisasi nilai etika dan identitas integritas yang pada akhirnya akan mendorong bawahan untuk terlibat dalam “voice” yang etis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh perilaku altruistik pemimpin terhadap kemampuan belajar organisasi, kemampuan belajar organisasi terhadap kebahagiaan ditempat kerja, perilaku altruistik pemimpin terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan belajar organisasi memediasi perilaku altruistik pemimpin dan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober s/d Desember 2022. Adapun sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi yang relative kecil. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 98 orang. Analisa data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menganalisis data dan mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan antar konstruk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku altruistik pemimpin didapat tidak signifikan terhadap kemampuan belajar organisasi dengan nilai P Values 0,390 > 0,05 dan menunjukkan t-statistik 0,860 < 1,96 yang dinyatakan perilaku altruistik pemimpin tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan belajar organisasi. Kemampuan belajar organisasi signifikan terhadap kebahagiaan ditempat kerja dengan nilai P Values 0,000 > 0,05 dan menunjukkan t-statistik 119,859 > 1,96 yang dinyatakan kemampuan belajar organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kebahagiaan ditempat kerja. Perilaku altruistik pemimpin tidak signifikan terhadap kemampuan belajar organisasi dengan nilai P Values 0,385 > 0,05 dan menunjukkan t-statistik 0,869 < 1,96 yang dinyatakan perilaku altruistik pemimpin tidak signifikan terhadap kemampuan belajar organisasi. Mekanisme hubungan antara kemampuan belajar organisasi memediasi perilaku altruistik pemimpin dan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja tidak signifikan dengan nilai P Values 0,369 > 0,05 dan menunjukkan t-statistik sebesar 0,899 < 1,96.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically and empirically the impact of altruistic leadership on employee OCB. Furthermore, this study aims to investigate the psychological mechanisms that influence the relationship. Explanatory studies are used in this study. Using quantitative methods to test hypotheses empirically. This study seeks to obtain data by sending a questionnaire to one of the Regional Apparatus Units (SKPD) in the Pekanbaru city, namely the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit by utilizing self-administered questionnaire. From the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to 203 members of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit, it can be obtained an overview of gender, age, last education, length of service, and achievements. These results are expected to provide innovation and information for leaders to improve relations with subordinates with the aim of advancing the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit as an enforcer of Regional Regulations and Regional Head Regulations.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Public Sector of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government with the aim of identifying the impact between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. It also aims to explain the mechanism underlying the relationship between organizational justice, innovation behavior and affective commitment. In this case, the total population is 53 people, so that the population form is included in the non-probability sampling category by using a self-administered questionnaire. The distribution of the questionnaires will be carried out using a convenience sampling method and hypothesis testing in this study using SEM-PLS through WarPLS 5.0 software. PLS is a structural equation analysis (SEM) the results in this study prove that organizational justice has a positive effect on affective commitment, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior and affective commitment mediates the effect of organizational justice on innovation behavior. The limitation of this research is that the small population taken is less able to generalize the research results, especially those that describe the moderating role of organizational justice between Affective Commitment and Innovation Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social support on person-environment fit and employee affective commitment. The population of this research is ASN employees who are registered in the government service of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Sampling using total sampling with a total sample of 142. The analytical technique used in this study is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS program. The results showed that social support had a positive and significant effect on Person-environment fit through the mediation of Affective Commitment. This shows that Affective Commitment mediates social support for Person-environment fit on the object of research.

Abstract

This study aims to see how affective commitment has a dominant influence on organizational citizenship behavior through perceived organizational support for members of the Kampar Police. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is the Pekanbaru District Court Office, totaling 116 members of the Kampar Police. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it is found that there is an effect of the better perceived organizational support caused by the better affective commitment, which tends to improve organizational citizenship behavior. The findings of this study are that perceived organizational support is stated to be able to mediate the effect of affective commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of members of the Kampar Police Station. The limitation of this study is the lack of population size used. So it is suggested to further researchers to develop a population so that the results can be generalized.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of Authentic Leadership on the Psychological Capital of ASN Employees with Life-work Balance as an Intervening. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is ASN employees of the Rokan Hulu District Health Office, totaling 65 people. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. Based on the data processing, it was found that there was a significant effect of Authentic Leadership on Psychological Capital, there was also a significant effect of authentic leadership on work-life balance, the variable of work-life balance on psychological capital, and work-life balance was stated to be able to mediate the influence of Authentic leadership on Psychological Capital in ASN employee of the Rokan Hulu Health Service. Based on the results of research, social support and organizational citizenship behavior have an influence on psychological capital, so that all elements of the Rokan Hulu District Health Office should improve work life balance indicators and authentic leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ethical leadership on innovative work behavior of employees with thriving at work as a mediating variable. The population is the State Civil Apparatus of Indragiri Hilir Regency with a sample of 130 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using Google Sheets. Technical analysis of the data in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0 for data processing. The findings of this study are that ethical leadership has an impact on the innovative work behaviour of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency government. Ethical leadership affects the thriving at work of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. Thriving at work has an effect on the innovative work behavior of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government. Ethical leadership affects the innovative work behavior of ASN in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government through thriving at work.
