Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passing dan control sepak bola. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen sungguhan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian the randomized pretests-postest control group the same subject design . Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Saraswati Seririt Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 berjumlah 141 orang yang terdistribusi ke dalam empat kelas yaitu kelas XI IPA, XI IPS 1 sampai dengan kelas XI IPS 3. Pengundian kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dilakukan dengan simple random sampling berdasarkan kelas . Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui tes pilihan ganda, observasi dan unjuk kerja . Analisis data menggunakan Uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar teknik dasar passsing dan control sepakbola (kaki bagian dalam) antara siswa yang diberi perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dengan siswa yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran konvensional. Pada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0.4156 dengan standar deviasi 0.19195 Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0.3265. dengan standar deviasi 0.15435. Angka signifikansi yang diperoleh melalui Uji t adalah 0.023 dan 0.024 < 0.05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar teknik dasar passsing dan control sepakbola (kaki bagian dalam) pada siswa kelas XI SMA Saraswati Seririt Pelajaran 2017/2018. Model pembelajaran ini dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan di kelas. Diharapkan peneliti lain untuk mencoba pada pokok bahasan lain untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS lebih mendalam.

Abstract

 The creative economy is becoming important because current development is faced with the ability of the state to synergize tax administration, taxpayers, through the support of political commitment, social, cultural, and economic conditions to create the success of national taxation. Taxation is the backbone of state revenue and the creative economy as a forum for the younger generation to channel their creativity in doing business and building the country. The purpose of this research is to conduct a cluster of problematic creative economy business actors; know the integrative sustainable business assistance model for creative economy business actors; know integrative sustainability actions to increase taxpayer compliance, and politicize creative economy business actors. In-depth interviews and documentation obtained data. Determination of data sources using random sampling. The data validity used source triangulation. The data analysis technique used a data analysis model according to Miles and Huberman. The results showed that there are problematic clusters of creative economy business actors divided into culinary services and culinary goods. The need for an integrated sustainable business assistance model for creative economy business actors that involves intellectuals, business people, creative economy community, government, mass media - social media, and resources. Integrative sustainability actions to improve taxpayer compliance and politicize creative economy business actors through expanding tax training with the Business Development Services (BDS) Program, enactment of PP 23 of 2018, simplifying legislation for creative economy business actors with the enactment of the Omnibus Law, to the local government Omnibus Law give authority to the chief executive to provide fiscal incentives to business actors to increase taxpayers.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) 48 merupakan suatu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Talang Cempedak, Kecamatan Jejawi, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI). Fokus utama kegiatan KKN ini adalah menguatkan silaturahmi antar dusun melalui penyelenggaraan lomba voli. Lomba voli diadakan sebagai sarana untuk mempererat hubungan sosial antar warga dusun-dusun di Desa Talang Cempedak. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat saling berinteraksi dan membangun rasa kebersamaan yang lebih kokoh. Lomba voli juga dianggap sebagai media yang efektif untuk memperkenalkan nilai-nilai sportivitas, kerjasama tim, dan semangat persaudaraan.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melibatkan partisipasi aktif warga dari setiap dusun. Panitia lomba voli dibentuk untuk mengatur segala teknis perlombaan, termasuk penyusunan jadwal, penilaian, dan pengelolaan fasilitas. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga dimeriahkan dengan berbagai kegiatan pendukung, seperti lomba-lomba kecil, bazar, dan pertunjukan seni budaya.Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam silaturahmi antar dusun di Desa Talang Cempedak. Warga dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat turut serta aktif dalam kegiatan ini, menciptakan atmosfer keakraban dan kegembiraan. Selain itu, lomba voli juga berhasil menyemarakkan kehidupan sosial dan budaya di desa, memberikan dampak positif terhadap semangat gotong-royong dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.Dengan demikian, KKN 48 di Desa Talang Cempedak telah memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam menguatkan silaturahmi antar dusun melalui lomba voli. Keberhasilan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi kegiatan serupa di daerah lain, sehingga dapat terus memperkuat jaringan sosial dan solidaritas di masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor kemampuan literasi sains calon guru Fisika dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik berbasis lab virtual? (2) Mengetahui apakah tidak terdapat perbedaan skor rata-rata n-gain calon guru Fisika dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik berbasis lab virtual antar kelas A dan B? (3) Seberapa besar efect size kemampuan literasi sains calon guru Fisika dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik berbasis lab virtual?. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pra-Eksperimen One-Shoot Study Case dengan Sampel penelitian 29  Mahasiswa kelas A dan 29 Mahasiswa kelas B Pendidikan Fisika, FMIPA UNM pada mata kuliah Fisika Kuantum tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Terdapat perbedaan rata – rata skor kemampuan literasi sains mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis lab virtual yakni dari 45,89 menjadi 71,31 pada kelas A dan dari 42,59 menjadi 68, 24 pada kelas B setelah diberi perlakuan. (2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan skor rata – rata n-gain calon guru Fisika dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis lab virtual untuk kelas A dan kelas B, dan (3) Effect size penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis virtual lab terhadap kemampuan literasi sains mahasiswa pada kelas A sebesar 1,0 dan berada di kategori tinggi, sedangkan pada kelas B sebesar 0,4 dan berada di kategori sedang.  Kata Kunci: Fisika Kuantum, Literasi Sains, Lab Virtual

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the essential 21st-century competencies that students must possess, as outlined by the Indonesian Ministry of Education's competency standards for graduation. The Minister of Education and Culture Decree No. 56 of 2022, which mandates the implementation of the independent curriculum, has prompted schools to change their existing curricula. This necessitates research to provide an overview of students' critical thinking skills as developed by schools. This study aims to describe the critical thinking skills of public high school students in Makassar City in the subject of Physics. The research is a quantitative descriptive survey, with the main variable being critical thinking skills, which are measured through three indicators: analysis, interpretation, and inference. The research instrument used was a six-item essay test. The population for this study consisted of all public high school students in Makassar City studying Newton's laws of motion, specifically students from SMAN 2 Makassar, SMAN 4 Makassar, SMAN 5 Makassar, SMAN 8 Makassar, and SMAN 16 Makassar. Using purposive sampling, the sample included all students from one class at each of the five schools in the population. The results indicate that 75.50% of the students' critical thinking skills in solving physics problems fall into the low category. The specific skills in analysis, interpretation, and inference are also categorized as low. Additionally, female students demonstrated a higher ratio of critical thinking skills compared to male students. In conclusion, the critical thinking skills of high school students in Makassar City remain at a low level.

Abstract

The Jokowi administration which held two terms of parliament between 2014-2019 and 2019-2024 introduced what many believed were controversial policies around the development of Sharia financial frameworks, resulting in significant political discussion within Indonesia. With conflicts and robust grassroots challenges between the government and Islamic groups particularly preceding the 2019 election. This article aims to better understand the Jokowi government's support for the development of Sharia finance, as well as the strategies and policies implemented by his government in dealing with tensions with Islamic groups. This research deploys a historical analysis of literature during Jokowi’s two terms of government. The research interestingly reveals that the Jokowi government had indeed introduced a series of initiatives and platformed various master plan iterations to encourage and support the growth of Sharia finance in Indonesia. However, policy implementation challenges still prevail and may place real pressure on future governments to either roll back these initiatives or discard them completely. Yet, even given this political antecedence Jokowi's government has managed to initiate and deploy a Sharia finance master plan. Only time will tell, whether Indonesia can overcome many political challenges to continue on its new strategic Islamic-inspired economic path.

Abstract

Utilizing technology in an effective and interactive learning process is driven by the development of science and technology. The teacher's contribution in learning activities as a facilitator and mediator provides facilities for ease of learning. Learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 is one of the interactive multimedia options that can be used in the learning process. This type of development research is Research and Development (R&D). The development of learning media is carried out through ten steps in Research & Development (R & D) consisting of: 1) Potential and Problems, 2) Data Collection, 3) Product Design, 4) Design Validation, 5) Design Revision, 6) Trial Initial Product, 7) Product Revision, 8) End-Use Trial, 9) Final Product Revision and 10) Mass Production. Testing learning materials and media validation has met the very feasible category. This is evidenced by the results of the material expert validation of 90 with a percentage score of 85.71% and an average score of 4.29. The validation of media experts is equal to the percentage score of 87.86% and the average score is 4.39, indicating that the category group is very feasible. Initial product testing in small classes has validly met the attractiveness and effectiveness categories in use. This is evidenced by the total eligibility score by students from user data with a percentage of 83.08%. Based on the criteria in the eligibility table according to the Likert scale with a percentage of 83.08%, it is in the very feasible category. Testing the final product of developing interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 in large classes has been valid to meet the eligibility and effectiveness categories in use.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out that an organization or company is able to influence leadership style, work motivation and kompensasi on employee development at Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS) Bumi Arta Sampang so that it can provide changes about progress and opportunities for each employee to advance to a higher and more level. well so as to achieve a success. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample used is all employees at BPRS Bumi Arta Sampang. Based on the results of this thesis research, it is necessary to remember the importance of the influence of work motivation leadership style and kompensasi on employee development in the work process at BPRS Bumi Arta Sampang. From the achievements obtained at BPRS Bumi Arta Sampang, there are ups and downs in the average achievement of marketing officers including savings, credit and deposits so that the company is unable to reach the target in 2020.

Abstract

Studies on Indonesia's political conditions during the New Order until the 1990s reveal a significant shift in political dynamics, transitioning from a stance largely closed to Islamic interests to one that increasingly accommodated Islam through specific policies. This article aims to determine the influence of the ethnopolitical dynamics of Islam formed by the New Order on the development of Islamic banking law and its impact on the financial sector in Indonesia. Through a historical and contextual literature review, supplemented by interviews, it was observed that ethnopolitical dynamics significantly influenced the evolution of Indonesian banking law during and after that period. The influence of Islamic ethnopolitics, particularly in academic circles, has increasingly emerged as a dynamic force in facilitating the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, underscoring the numerous challenges encountered in achieving market acceptance. Although its growth has not met market expectations, ethnopolitically, Islam continues to lobby for Islamic banking regulations. Furthermore, since 2019, the role of ethnopolitics has continued to realize policy and regulatory responses aimed at encouraging the growth of Islamic finance in Indonesia.
