Abstract

Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Dharmasraya merupakan salah satu instansi yang menaungi pendidikan di Dharmasraya. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara terhadap pimpinan dan beberapa pegawai administrasi di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Dharmasraya, peneliti menemukan di dalam pengolahan data tenaga honorer masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan Word. Sehingga pengarsipan data dan efisiensi kerja menjadi tidak baik dan sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan kerja administrasi dan ketidakrapian dalam administrasi arsip data tenaga honorer. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penulis melakukan pengembangan sistem yang ada dengan cara membangun sistem informasi dengan menggunakan sebuah database MySQL yang didukung oleh bahasa pemograman Visual Basic.Net.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan analisa pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan, dimana terdapat permasalahan dalam manajemen sistem keuangan yang berjalan, terutama dalam pembayaran keuangan siswa. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menyajikan sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Aliran system informasi lama menunjukkan bahwa Sistem informasi pembayaran keuangan siswa pada SMA Negeri 1 Tiumang masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu dengan mencatat pada kartu pembayaran kemudian data pembayaran direkap secara manual pada buku. Hal ini menyebabkan proses memakan waktu lama dan banyak terjadi kesalahan, selain itu juga tingkat dalam proses penyampaikan laporan kepada kepala sekolah sering terlambat. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi ini adalah dengan menerapkan pendekatan System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC). Analisis dan desain sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Languange (UML). Pembuatan aplikasi pembayaran keuangan siswa pada SMA Negeri 1 Tiumang ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi tentang laporan nota pembayaran siswa, laporan bayar per jenis tunggakan, laporan bayar per nama, laporan periode, laporan harian.

Abstract

Based on the studies and preliminary studies that have been conducted, the research problems are as follows: The personality (needs) of lecturers and students in the learning process of computer networks shows that they have high expectations of the learning process. Where are their expectations of the learning process that is able to improve 21st century competencies (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity). The process and achievements of computer network courses have not been optimal. The purpose of developing a learning model of competency based learning is to help educators realize the learning process that is able to optimize the role of students in constructing their knowledge, through real experiences students get in the learning process. The design of the development of this competency based learning model uses the ADDIE model. Data was collected by questionnaires, observations, interviews and tests. Data is analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods (mix method) so that learning is obtained through empirical and comprehensive studies. Based on the analysis carried out all products are declared valid, practical, and effective. The results of this study can be used by lecturers, and learning designers in developing or realizing the learning process that is able to optimize the role of students to be creative and innovative in building students' knowledge and competencies in the learning process.

Abstract

There is a gap in visual programming Learning that could be more optimal and has been unable to improve 4th- century competencies. This study aims to develop a visual programming Learning model in vocational education that can improve students' Learning abilities. This type of research is Research and Development, which refers to the ADDIE model. The subjects involved in the limited trial of the PJBL-CS model were 15 lecturers and 25 students. The trial subjects were expanded to include 110 respondents in the fourth semester of the graphic design program. Data collection will be carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used the Aiken'V test, and the validity used the expert test and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The normality test of the data distribution was carried out using Kolrnogorov Srnirnov statistics. According to experts, the result of the study is models, and support systems meet the validity standards, are based on research and development models, and are acceptable for implementation. The model that is made reliable, gets an average of 86.67 points from lecturers and 86.00 points from students. Research has produced a Case Study Project-Based Learning Model that provides opportunities for students to think critically and creatively, collaborate, and communicate well, which can learn anytime, anywhere, forming students to study independently and creating connected Learning between students and lecturers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how to make a nodemcu-based palm oil seeding tool at the Sitiung Experimental Garden Agriculture Agency so that the water needs are fulfilled so that the water content can be properly fulfilled, the more water content is found in plants, the better the growth and development of seedlings , thus with regular watering, and water content being met, the resulting seeds are of high quality and superior. There are also problems that researchers found at the Sitiung Experimental Garden Agricultural Agency, where watering oil palm seedlings is still using manual tools, and farmers also have limited resources and time farmers have to carry out maintenance / watering plants that require a long and complicated process, of course, things This really requires a technological system that is able to accommodate all matters related to the automatic watering of oil palm plants using a cellphone as a controller. So the solution of the problem raised by researchers with the rapid growth of technology in agricultural technology, especially in oil palm nurseries, researchers want to make a tool that is very helpful and facilitate farmers in caring for oil palm seedlings. So that the level of water needed by palm oil is fulfilled, so this will greatly affect the growth and fertility of palm seedlings and plant growth. The results of this study are a nodemcu-based palm seedling watering tool which greatly facilitates the Sitiung Experimental Garden Agricultural Agency in watering palm oil seedlings so that the nurseries run well and produce superior seeds.

Abstract

Interest means a high tendency of the heart towards something, also interpreted as passion or desire. Interest in children will begin to appear at pre-school age (3-5 years) to school age (6-12 years). And talent is defined as intelligence, traits and traits that are brought from birth, talents possessed by a person are believed to come from genetic patterns or DNA sequences that they carry. The role of parents is very important to detect how the interests and talents of children from an early age, to determine the interests and talents of children can be with the help of experts, namely child psychologists. But at this time there is still reluctance from parents to discuss their child's matter with a psychologist, starting from economic factors with the high cost of consulting and the lack of a number of psychologists which is not proportional to the growth of Indonesia's population. The goal to be achieved in this research is that by building a test of children's interests and talents, it is hoped that it can help parents to find out how their children's interests and talents are from an early age to prepare a quality successor of the nation without the help of experts, in this case child psychologists, whose numbers are still very small. minimal and high consulting fees.

Abstract

Education has a role to improve the quality of its Human Resources (HR). The purpose of this research is to develop interactive multimedia-based learning media in the Introduction to Computer course. The method used in this development is the Research and Development (R&D) method. Research and development methods are methods used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The research and development itself is carried out based on an industry-based development model, the findings of which are used to design products and procedures, which are then systematically carried out by field tests, evaluated, refined to meet certain criteria for effectiveness, quality and standards. Interactive multimedia-based learning media in the Introduction to Computer course is proven to be able to increase conceptual understanding in Level III students. This can be seen from the results of the average student understanding of the pre-test control group 62.31 and the experimental group 69.81. From several validation experts, it means that this learning media does not need to be revised. However, this learning tool will still be improved based on suggestions and comments from each validation subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu penggunaan media video pembelajaran yang belum optimal pada muatan pembelajaran IPS dikelas V SDN 213/VIII Betung Bedarah Barat. Penggunaan media video pembelajaran ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan media video pembelajaran pada muatan pembelajaran IPS kelas V SDN 213/VIII Betung Bedarah Barat terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu pre experimental design. Desain penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 213/VIII Betung Bedarah Barat. Waktu dilaksanakannya penelitian ini pada semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 disesuaikan pada jadwal pembelajaran tematik muatan IPS kelas V SDN 213/VIII Betung Bedarah Barat. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 26 peserta didik.Dari hasil uji paired samples t test memperoleh signifikansi 0,000<0,05 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan media video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam muatan pembelajaran IPS kelas V SDN213/VIII Betung Bedarah Barat. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest padapenelitian ini, bahwa penggunaan media video pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap hasil belajar IPS peserta didik. Media video pembelajaran dapat digunakan pendidik sebagai salah satu media pendukung dalam proses belajar mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan kosentrasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program of providing conditional social assistance to very poor families (KSM) designated as beneficiary families of PKH. population welfare. However, to get this PKH assistance, the community must register first by coming directly to the wali nagari office. In this case, it takes a long time for the community to register until the data is received by the village guardian's office. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by collecting data through observations, interviews and literature studies. The data collected is in the form of PKH participant data and PKH recipient data. Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based information system for recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for the Tebing Tinggi Wali Nagari Office. With this system, the public can input personal data online, the wali nagari office employees and PKH assistants get data reports online, and the public can view information directly that their names are included in the data of PKH beneficiaries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan media video animasi terintegrasi profil pelajar pancasila pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Meningkatkan tingkat perkembangan dan kemajuan yang dicapai peserta didik setelah proses belajar dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media video animasi menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and development (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk baru dari hasil pengembangan. Metode pengembangan ini menggunakan pengembangan ADDIE yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Berdasrkan hasil validasi oleh validator di peroleh presentase rata-rata 81,70% hasil praktikalitas oleh praktisi pendidik dan peserta didik diperoleh hasil rata-rata 87,92%, dan hasil efektifitas diperoleh dari hasil tes belajar peserta didik melalui pernyataan tertulis diperoleh rata-rata 88,36% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Pengembangan media video animasi layal digunakan untuk pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.
