Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure above normal values ​​due to various factors. Normal hypertension values ​​are in the range of 90/60 mmHg to 120/80 mmHg. Systolic pressure values ​​of more than 139 mmHg and diastolic pressure of more than 89 mmHg are categorized as hypertension. With increasing prevalence, hypertension is becoming a global health problem. In the world, an estimated 1.13 billion people aged 30 to 70 years suffer from hypertension, and this disease is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and stroke. In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension is estimated to reach more than 40% in the adult population in 2019 (WHO, 2019). The purpose of this activity is to prevent an increase in the prevalence of hypertension. The method used is to provide counseling and screening for hypertension risk factors. The results obtained are blood pressure data, anthropometry and hypertension exercises. It can be concluded that this activity was successful because there was an increase in the pre-test to post-test value of 25.21 points so that this activity can be sustainable to prevent hypertension patients.

Abstract

The skills of processing and analyzing data are very important in various sectors, including education. Students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) use google colab to study data processing. The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the assessment of using google colab in coding learning for students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) with the research object limited to students from the 2022 and 2023 batches. The research method used is quantitative with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The questionnaire consists of open-ended and closed-ended questions. The results of the questionnaire show that 64.8% of respondents indicated that they have been using google colab for less than three months. Therefore, the majority of respondents do not have a long usage period. The experience of easy access to google colab is demonstrated by the majority of respondents. As many as 70.4% of respondents admitted that google colab speeds up the data processing process. The use of Google Colab can enhance collaboration, as shown by the uneven distribution of responses from the respondents, with 55 respondents answering that it plays a “significant” role. The use of google colab is considered quite effective in coding education, as evidenced by 51 respondents stating so. Ease of access is a prominent advantage of google colab. It can be concluded that the assessment of Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) students regarding the effectiveness of using google colab in coding learning is positive.

Abstract

Innovative and interesting learning is an important requirement in the current educational context. One alternative way is to apply games by means of the Wordwall application as a learning digital tool. This article focuses on community service in implementing Wordwall in learning and explores its benefits in an educational context. The methods used include counseling, training, and assisting in using Wordwall in the classroom. The results of community service show that the use of Wordwall in learning can increase student participation, learning motivation, and understanding of concepts. In addition, the use of Wordwall also provides an opportunity for teachers to integrate technology into learning, increases creativity in compiling learning content, and provides an interesting learning experience for students. However, there are also some challenges encountered in using Wordwall, such as limited access to technology and teacher expertise in using the application. Therefore, suggestions for teachers in using games for education, such as Wordwall, include increasing teachers' digital competence, selecting and developing learning content according to student needs, and monitoring the impact of using games for education. This article is expected to provide insights and recommendations for teachers in utilizing Wordwall as an innovative and effective learning support tool.

Abstract

Financial performance represents a company’s capability as shown in its financial statements, which stakeholders use as a basis for decision-making. This study aims to analyze the impact of capital structure, agency costs, and liquidity on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. The study employs several variables, including capital structure, which is measured using the debt-to-equity ratio (DER), liquidity measured by the current ratio (CR), agency costs measured by the balance of power (BOP), and financial performance measured by return on assets (ROA). The population of this study consists of all consumers non-cyclicals companies listed on the IDX, totaling 129 companies. The selected sample comprises 78 companies that have complete financial reports over the five-year period from 2019-2023, selected using the purposive sampling method and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that DER has a negative effect on ROA, BOP has a negative effect on ROA, and CR has no significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Kombinasi dari deep vein thrombosis (DVT) dan pulmonary embolism merujuk pada suatu istilah yang dinamakan venous thromboembolism (VTE), adalah penyakit kardiovaskular yang umum terlihat pada pasien dewasa dan berhubungan dengan morbiditas yang tinggi. Istilah trombosis merujuk pada pembentukan massa abnormal dalam sistem vaskular. Ketika proses ini terjadi di dalam vena dalam, hal ini disebut sebagai DVT. Kami melaporkan kasus DVT pada laki-laki 54 tahun yang mengeluhkan bengkak disertai nyeri pada kaki kiri sejak 1 minggu lalu. Pemeriksaan tanda vital didapatkan hipertensi grade II. Pemeriksaan ekstremitas inferior didapatkan edema tibial kiri disertai eritema, terlihat adanya varises dari bagian tibial hingga femoral, suhu ekstremitas kiri lebih hangat dibanding kanan. Pemeriksaan laboratorium ditemukan kadar D-dimer meningkat hingga 5.548,6 ng/mL, peningkatan ureum dan kreatinin. Pemeriksaan chest x-ray didapatkan kardiomegali dan pemeriksaan venous ultrasonography (USG) didapatkan gambaran trombus vena dalam pada femoral vein, common femoral vein, poplitea vein, proximal anterior tibial vein sinistra, disertai soft tissue swelling regio femur pedis sinistra. Selain itu kami juga memberikan diskusi tentang diagnosis kondisi tersebut menggunakan algoritma diagnostik yang menggabungkan penilaian klinis, pengujian D-dimer, dan studi pencitraan. Compression ultrasonography (CUS) adalah modalitas diagnostik yang mudah diakses sehingga banyak dilakukan untuk mendukung diagnosis DVT. Kriteria yang dapat digunakan untuk menegakan diagnosis adalah Skor Wells. Tatalaksana dari DVT adalah dengan antikoagulan hingga mencapai profil koagulasi tertarget.

Abstract

The rapid development of digitalization has changed people's shopping behavior, with Indonesia's e-commerce transactions reaching Rp689 trillion by 2024. With an internet penetration rate dominated by Gen Z at 87%. Shopee, as one of the most popular e-commerce platforms, needs to attract and retain the potential Gen Z market segment. However, security risks that affect trust and unsatisfactory customer experience make people hesitant in making online transactions. As competition intensifies, it becomes important for e-commerce platforms to retain customers and encourage repeat purchases. This study aims to analyze the effect of security, consumer experience, satisfaction and trust on consumer repurchase intention using the Shopee platform. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 156 respondents aged 17-27 years old in Kudus City. The research findings reveal that safety influences satisfaction and trust, while experience also influences satisfaction and trust. In addition, satisfaction and trust influence interest in repurchase intentions. These results underscore the importance of improving user safety, experience, satisfaction, and trust in maintaining consumer engagement on Shopee. Future research should explore additional variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence online shopping behavior.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies or industries are encouraged to make changes in a very fast and competitive business environment. The company's success is supported by effective and efficient quality management. Research problems that can be formulated are not having good quality management, operational performance that has not met targets, not having a good quality culture, and good employee productive behavior. This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality management on operational performance through quality culture and productive behavior of employees. The research method used is a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) analysis using the object of research at PT. Santosa Utama Lestari Unit Corn Drier Ketapang South Lampung. Quality management has a negative influence on operational performance. Quality management positively influences quality culture. Quality management has a positive effect on productive behavior. Quality culture negatively affects operational performance. Quality management variables and quality culture variables as mediating variables negatively affect operational performance variables. Quality management variables and productive behavior variables as mediating variables negatively affect operational performance variables.

Barang atau jasa yang diperoleh dari luar negeri atau daerah pabean dimaksudkan untuk didistribusikan di dalam negeri atau dalam wilayah perdagangan bebas. Ini juga mencakup jenis layanan seperti asuransi, transportasi, dan tenaga kerja asing, yang dihitung sebagai impor. Secara umum, pembelian barang impor terdiri dari berbagai jenis, termasuk barang konsumsi atau barang jadi, barang modal, bahan baku, dan bahan penolong.

Abstract

Restorative Justice merupakan inovasi dalam sistem hukum pidana Indonesia yang menekankan pemulihan keadaan dan perdamaian antar pelaku, korban, dan masyarakat, bebeda dengan pendekatan retributif yang berfokus pada pembalasan. Artikel ini membahas efektivitas penerapan Restorative Justice dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana perampasan, khususnya melalui studi kasus antara karyawan dan pemilik usaha jus buah di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deduktif-rasional dengan analisis peraturan perundang-undangann, teori keadilan, dan praktik penegakan hukum. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa restorative justice efektif diterapkan pada tindak pidana ringan yang memenuhi syarat formil dan materil, karena mampu mempercepat penyelesaian perkara, memulihkan kerugian korban, dan mengurangi beban pengadilan. Advokat berperan strategis sebagai mediator, fasilitator dialog, dan penyeimbang hak-hak korban dan pelaku dalam proses Restorative Justice. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti aparat penegak hukum. Dengan penguatan regulasi, edukasi, dan kolaborasi multi-pihak, restorative justice berpotensi menjadi solusi yang lebih manusiawi, efektif, dan berkelanjutan dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana di Indonesia.

Abstract

Environmental pollution has become a crucial problem, necessitating efforts to address it. This assistance aims to train students in the making of ecoprints as an effort to introduce local potential and strengthen environmentally conscious character. The assistance was carried out on August 20, 2024, to 53 students at SD Negeri 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen Regency. The assistance phase was carried out in four steps: planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This assistance activity resulted in the finding that 100% of students have learned ecoprint techniques and were able to build environmental awareness among students.
