Abstract: This research was motivated by values of Pancasila contained in art rarak Godang Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Kuantan Singingi. The problems in this study is whether there are values of Pancasila contained in rarak Art Godang Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Kuantan Singingi? ". This study aims to determine the values of Pancasila contained in art rarak Godang Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Kuantan Singingi ". This research was conducted in the District of Kuantan Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi ". This research was conducted in the District of Kuantan Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi in May 2016. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, the population in this study is the whole society Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Kuantan Singingi. The sample in this study were drawn based on the technique of "purposive sampling". Data collection instruments, namely by questionnaires and interviews. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the public's perception of the benefits of health insurance for the rights of BPJS card users at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, which is looking for an overview of research phenomena, namely the Berseri Health Center lacks manpower, does not have competent resources, does not have complete data, lacks transparency, and so on. The reason for using this type of descriptive research is because the variable under study is a single variable so it does not require hypothesis and statistical testing, it just gives an idea of how the perception or point of view of BPJS patients on the benefits of health insurance at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The sample used was BPJS participants at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Based on the results of research and discussion, it has been concluded that based on data recapitulation regarding public perceptions of the benefits of health insurance at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency in 2021 where from 4 indicators namely promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative and or as many as 22 statement items responded to by respondents on This study concludes that their perception of the benefits of BPJS health insurance at the Berseri Health Center is good with a percentage of 75.53% in the range of 51%-75%.Key Words: Public Perception, Health Insurance, BPJS.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by a phenomenon that arises, namely the teacher's perception of the character of student responsibility during online learning at SMPN 34 Pekanbaru City where online learning also has an impact on the character of student responsibility so that teachers have different perceptions about the character of student responsibility during learning applied online. Based on this background, there is a problem formulation, namely how is the teacher's perception of the character of student responsibility in online learning at SMPN 34 Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the teacher's perception of the character of student responsibility in online learning at SMPN 34 Pekanbaru City. The population in this study amounted to 33 people and the sample in this study was 33 people using total sampling technique. The research method used in this study is observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation in processing research data using quantitative descriptive research. Based on the calculation results, it was found that based on the overall recapitulation of 6 (six) indicators, 10.93% + 56.77% = 67.7% were in the range of 50.01% - 75% = Good. Thus it can be concluded that the teacher's perception of the character of student responsibility in online learning at SMPN 34 Pekanbaru is at the Good level.Key Words: Teacher Perception, Character Of Responsibility, Online Learning.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by a case that occurred in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. There have been446 pairs recorded from October 16, 2019 to May 2021. Where the age limit for marriage has been regulated in Law Number16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 which regulates marriage. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the level of legal awareness of the community about underage marriage in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of legal awareness of the community about underage marriage in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research method in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is quantitative descriptive, the data collection instruments used in this study are questionnaires, observations, documentation and interviews consisting of 15 statements. The population in this study is the entire community of Kelayang District, amounting to 25,246 people. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling and with a sample of 100 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that overall data regarding the analysis of the level of public legal awareness about underage marriage in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is in the "High" category. This is because the results of the calculation of respondents who answered strongly agree 22% and those who answered agreed agreed 38%, with an average value of the dominant respondent's alternative answer of 60% in the range 50.01%-75% Thus the level of public legal awareness about underage marriage in Kelayang District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is in the "High" category, but the reality isdifferent. Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the change of canang tradition in the era of modernization in Teluk Beringin Village where nowadays cotton tools are not used but have been replaced with microphone loudspeakers. It used to be that all information in the government was conveyed through the canang either in order to meetings for deliberations in making certain decisions as well as for social activities but now delivered using microphone, in surau or in the mosque. Problem rumors are: (1) What aspects are changing in canang tradition in the era of modernization? (2) What factors caused the change of the canang tradition in the era of modernization? Objectives of the study (1) To know what aspects are changing in the tradition of canang in the era of modernization. (2) To know the factors that caused the change of canang tradition in the era of modernization. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are, Observation, Documentation, Interview, Review Library, Questionnaire. The respondents of this study were the Head of Family. The sample size is 52 samples. The result of the research shows that the factors that caused the change of canang tradition in the era of modernization in Teluk Beringin Village, Gunung Toar Sub-district of Kuantan Singingi Regency are new discoveries, other cultural influences, and increase and decrease of population. And the Changing Aspects in canang Tradition in the era of modernization in Teluk Beringin Village, Gunung Toar Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency are Equipment, Working Mode, Language, Time, and Beat rhythm.Key Words: Change, Canang Tradition, Modernization.

Abstract: Abstract: Abstract: This research is motivated by the factors that cause changes in the tradition of silat in marriage customs in the muara lembucommunity of the singingi sub-district of Kuantan singingi district, where this silat is usually carried out in a traditional wedding but today the tradition is very rarely carried out by the estuary of the ox. The formulation of the problem in this study is "what are the factors that cause changes in the silat tradition in marriage customs in the Muara Lembu community, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi District". This study aimed at determine the factors that cause changes in the tradition of silat in the customs of marriage in the Muara Lembu District community. Singingi Regency of Kuantan Singingi. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents of this study were 7 people: 2 ninik mamak, 1 silat trainer, 2 silat players and 2 community members. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive qualitative methods. The results in this study are that there are 2 factors that cause changes in the tradition of silat in the custom of marriage in the estuary community of the cattle singing district of Kuantan singingi district, namely external factors and internal factors. External factors are the influence of other cultures and internal factors, namely: the discovery of new discoveries as well as the increase and decrease in population.Key Words: Factors That Cause Change, Silat Tradition

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is a problem which appear in making and forming lesson plan. The formulation of this problem is how Teachers Perception on Kemendikbud Form Letter Number 14 in 2019 About Lesson Plan Simplification in Sub-District XII Koto Kampar Senior High School and how the lesson plan implementation in performing sub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high school learning. The aim of this research is to know teachers perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplification and to know the lesson plan implementation in performing sub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high school learning. The advantages of this research are enhancing knowledge, insight and understanding as to teachers’ perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplification, sources and as consideration for all parties especially teachers in educational world for education quality. The analytical technique which is using in this research is quantitative descriptive, questionnaires for the data collection instrument which contains of 21 questions with 6 indicators and total sampling as the research sample. The population of this research is sub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high schools’ teachers. This research has been concluded by looking for the result which is teachers’ perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplification in place “SangatBaik”. Responders who answered “SangatSetuju” with total 63.58% adding up with the result of responders who answered “Setuju” with total 32.66% is 96.24%. This range placed in category “Sangat Baik” with range 75.01% - 100%. The result of teachers’ perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplificationsub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high school occurred in range “SangatBaik”.Kata Kunci: Teachers’ Perception, Form Letter Number 14 in 2019

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the Pancasila values contained in the marriage tradition of the Batak Toba tribe in Duri, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. . The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Pancasila values contained in the tradition of the Batak Toba marriage in Duri, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The aim is to find out how the Pancasila values are contained in the tradition of the Batak Toba marriage in Duri, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. In July 2020 to August 2020. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Respondents in this study were the Head of the Toba Batak Customs and communities. Using data collection techniques: observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques: data collection, classifying alternative answers to respondents. The results of this study determine the percentage of alternative answers to respondents using the formula P = f / n x 100% presenting in tabular form, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it shows that there are Pancasila values from the five precepts, namely, one supreme deity, fair and civilized humanity, Indonesian unity, democracy led by wisdom in representative deliberation and social justice for all Indonesian people. This is indicated by the recapitulation of the fourth and fifth precepts which are the highest number of respondents answered and the third principle is the lowest number of principles answered by the respondents, the values of Pancasila contained in the tradition of the Batak Toba marriage in Duri, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency.Key Words: Analysis Of The Value Of Pancasila, The Tradition Of Marriage, The Batak Toba

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the many movements carried out by student institutions that criticize the policies of the Riau provincial government in dealing with forest and land fires (illegal logging) in Riau. The formulation of the problem in this study are, What is the perception of Riau university students towards the G17S conducted by the PTN-PTS BEM in Pekanbaru, What is the most dominant factor that gave birth to G17S movement conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru. The research objectives are, This study aims to determine the perception of Riau University students towards the G17S movement conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru, To find out the dominant factor that gave birth to G17S movement conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instrument used in this research is a questionnaire and also an interview consisting of 16 indicators with 26 questions, will then be analyzed by the combination method (mix method). The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the average percentage value of the respondents' alternative answers "strongly agree" and "agree" that is equal to 77.5% with an existence in the range of 75.01%-100%. Thus, students' perceptions of G17S conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru are "Very Good". And the most dominant factor giving birth to G17S conducted by BEM PTN-PTS in Pekanbaru is social conditions with a percentage of 65% of respondents answering "strongly agree".Key Words: perception, student, G17S

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by community activities in the implementation of the traditional Mangadati tradition. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of Dalihan Natolu in the Mangadati Party of the Toba Batak community in Tualang District. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques that researchers do are observation, interviews and documentation. The Mangadati party is to make customs, implement, and preserve customs so that they always exist in the midst of society. Dalihan Natolu is the philosophy of life of the Toba Batak people in society which is taken from the function of the "three-legged furnace". This three-legged stove has long been used by the community for cooking. If one of its legs is missing or broken then the stove cannot be used, or the stove is not sturdy, and strong enough to hold a pan or pot of water. An image is made of that hula-hula, dongan tubu, and boru who do not communicate are like Dalihan Natolu who lost a leg who has no function in society and his family. Because of the function of the three-legged stove, the Dalihan Natolu philosophy was created as a guide for the Toba Batak community in socializing, greeting and binding kinship between clans. Tualang District is an overseas area for the Toba Batak people, therefore the community agrees to assimilate Dalihan Natolu for the realization of the party, without the constraints of distance, time, and economy. The agreement that Dalihan Natolu elements can be represented by clans in the area. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the existence of Dalihan Natolu in the Mangadati Party of the Toba Batak community in Tualang District is still maintained with adjustments, namely Dalihan Natolu remains in the Mangadati Party, but based on mutual agreement, if the biological family is constrained attending the party then it is represented by the clan in the District. Tualang. Although it shifts the customary rules, this is a solution for the local community in order to keep the tradition going.Key Words : Existence, Community Of Batak Toba, Mangadati Party.
