Abstract

This research is to analyze the potential of local taxes and their achievement targets in Serang Regency. The research approach used is quantitative. Data collection techniques with documentation studies using secondary data from various documents from several agencies. The analysis technique used is projection analysis with reference to macroeconomic indicators, the weight prediction of obstacles and opportunities refers to the IFAS-EFAS matrix. The results of the study show that first, the determination of tax potential and targets must be carried out scientifically referring to the juridical basis and economic indicators which refer to both national and regional economic growth and the weight of the obstacles faced in tax management based on expert judgment.

Abstract

Terdapat 6 Puskesmas BLUD di Kabupaten Pandeglang, dari 6 Puskesmas tersebut hanya Puskesmas Kaduhejo yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan dan SPM dari tahun 2019 ke tahun 2022. Pendapatan Puskesmas Kaduhejo dari tahun 2019 ke tahun 2022 merupakan yang tertinggi pada tahun 2020 sebesar 93,62% dan terendah pada tahun 2022 sebesar 65,59%. Capaian SPM Puskesmas Kaduhejo terendah pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2022 adalah pelayanan kesehatan balita (26,46%) dan suspek TBC yang mendapat pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar (39,5%), sedangkan tertinggi adalah pelayanan kesehatan penderita gangguan jiwa (92,39 %), sedangkan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan no. 4 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Teknis Pemenuhan Mutu Pelayanan Dasar pada Standar Pelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan, pencapaian SPM harus 100%. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas perubahan pola pengelolaan keuangan pada Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Puskesmas Kaduhejo belum maksimal karena masih ada hal-hal yang belum terpenuhi dan masih ada beberapa kegiatan yang belum terakomodir. dalam kuantitas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the results of the community satisfaction index survey regarding provincial road public services in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP). This research was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a combination of accidental sampling techniques, the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 196 respondents using provincial roads. The research methods used are the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Statistics Index (CSI) methods. The results of the research show that the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method obtained results from 32 questions, of which 3 questions were in quadrant I (High Importance, Low Satisfaction), while 16 questions were in quadrant II (High Importance, High Satisfaction), while 9 questions were is in quadrant III (Low Importance, Low Satisfaction) and there are 4 questions in quadrant IV (Low Importance, High Satisfaction). The results of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) analysis obtained a CSI result of 83.25%. This shows that people using provincial roads in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP) are in the Good criteria. based on the criteria in the interpretation in PERMENPAN RB No. 14 of 2017.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview and determine the basic service infrastructure index in Serang Regency.  The indicators used are access to housing and settlements, ground water and raw water, access to safe and secure drinking water and sanitation, safety and health, infrastructure protection from natural disasters and security. The research implementation time was two months. The data used is secondary data originating from performance reports of ministries, regional apparatus and BPS. The analysis technique used is basic service infrastructure index calculation. The research results show that there are still 30% of Serang Regency residents who do not have access to adequate housing; there are 30.31% who have access to clean drinking water; As many as 80.34% have access to proper sanitation; There are 71.47% who have access to hand washing facilities with soap. , 97.17% have stable national road conditions, and 24.54% of all villages have disaster-resistant communities. Second, the results of the Basic Services Infrastructure Index from 2019 to 2021 have increased (2019: 55.09; 2020: 56.08; and 2021: 58.92). This shows that the condition of basic service infrastructure managed by the Serang Regency Government is getting better.

Abstract

Government Regulation (PP) No. 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatus technical constraints related to institutional synchronization of Regional Apparatus. One of them is related to the existence of the National and Political Unity institution which is part of the regional secretariat under the coordination of Regional Assistant I Serang Regency which is regulated in detail by Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2018 concerning Amendments to the Regional Regulation of Serang Regency No. 11 of 2016 concerning the Establishment and Composition of the Serang Regency Regional Apparatus. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of providing an overview of the typology of the Kesbangpol institutional structure in accordance with applicable regulations.The results showed that based on general and technical factor assessments of mapping the intensity of government affairs and determining the workload of the Kesbangpol Government of Serang Regency, a score of 800 was obtained. Thus, Kesbangpol can be used as an Agency with type A with a large workload scale. Based on regional financial considerations and the limited availability of apparatus owned by the Serang Regency Government, the type of Kesbangpol institution can be reduced to a level below it, with type B. 100 - 441 of 2019 concerning the nomenclature of regional apparatus that carries out government affairs in the field of national unity and politics with 3 types of fields, namely: a) The fields of ideology, national insight and economic, socio-cultural, religious resilience; b) Domestic politics and community organizations; c) The field of national awareness and conflict management.

Abstract

The Banten Provincial Government, through the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR), has provided irrigation network services for the community in Banten Province. This study evaluates and assesses community satisfaction with irrigation services in Lebak Regency, organized by the PUPR Agency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a saturated sampling technique, involving all Water User Farmer Associations (P3A) or farmer groups that receive irrigation services in Lebak Regency, with 83 respondents from 10 irrigation areas. The study was conducted for 45 days, from November to December 2023. Data were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The IPA results showed an overall positive gap, with four questions in quadrant I (high importance and low satisfaction), ten questions in quadrant II (high importance and high satisfaction), nine questions in quadrant III (low importance and low satisfaction), and three questions in quadrant IV (low importance and high satisfaction). The CSI results show a level of public satisfaction of 78.00%, which is included in the "Good" category, according to Permenpan RB. This study provides strategic recommendations to improve the quality of irrigation services and maximize public satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the Serang Regency Regional Development Planning Index. In order to realize the ideals and goals of the nation as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, namely achieving a just and prosperous society, both the central and regional governments need to develop strategies to create development both regionally and in terms of human resources within it. As a concrete step to ensure that development activities are effective, efficient and targeted, a national development plan is needed that is formed in a system. Regional Development Planning Index Measurement Components which include: a) Synergy, b) Quality of Planning, c) Linkage of Development Planning with Performance Planning, which consists of 6 aspects, 22 indicators and 40 sub-indicators. In calculating the IKP for Serang Regency, the measurement method carried out by Bappenas is used by assessing the results of planning documents that have been prepared by the Regional Government within a period of one year before the measurement year. The results of the measurements carried out became a reference for improving the quality of regional government planning documents. Based on the results of a documentation study examination of Serang Regency regional planning documents, it was found that the results of the Synergy dimension had an assessment score of 25.75 from a maximum weight value of 32. The value obtained from the Planning Quality dimension was 56 from a maximum weighted score of 58. Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with the implementation of public services in the infrastructure sector provided by the Regional Government of Serang Regency, as well as the efforts of the local government to improve infrastructure services in Serang Regency. This study was conducted on the local government of Serang Regency. The research period lasted for two months, from July to September 2024. The variables to be examined are related to Physical Availability, Physical Quality, Appropriateness, Utility, and Contribution. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to the residents of Serang Regency aged over 17 years, spread across 29 districts, with a sample size of 205. The sampling technique used is multistage random sampling. The analysis technique employed is quantitative descriptive with the Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index (IKLI) model. The results of the study indicate that the Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index value for Serang Regency in 2024 is 2.62, equivalent to 65.62, which falls under the criteria of being fairly satisfied. This result shows that the residents of Serang Regency feel that the performance of the Serang Regency local government in priority infrastructure services is quite good and satisfactory. However, there is still a need for improvements in priority infrastructure services, particularly in bridge services, clean water, housing/settlements, and land transportation.

Abstract

At this time there are still many business actors who market their products manually. Based on data and information from the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, the Department of Fisheries, the Department of Tourism and Culture as well as from the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs, Industry and Trade of Pandeglang Regency, that of the 20 MSMEs considered as Leading MSMEs, only 3 (three) MSMEs or only 15% are selling online. The purpose of this research is to identify the leading MSME products in Pandeglang Regency, and to find out the strategies and steps for utilizing digital platforms in marketing MSME products in Pandeglang Regency. The research approach used is mixed methods. The analysis technique used uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Researchers conducted data validity testing through triangulation and member checking and qualitative data analysis techniques using interactive data analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, it can be identified that the economy of Pandeglang Regency excels in the Agriculture Sector, Fisheries Sector and Tourism Sector. Utilizing digital marketing for superior MSME products is by knowing the target product market, optimizing the website, being active on social media, using quality content, using e-mail marketing, using online advertising, easy access to online purchases, using data analysis, collaborating with influencers. Local, Focus on Customer Engagement, Performance Monitoring and Evaluation. In relation to the recommendations needed by Pandeglang MSMEs and those that are in accordance with Pandeglang Superior Products are the WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakaat Terhadap Hasil Pembangunan Dinas PUPR Provinsi Banten Untuk Wilayah Kerja Pembangunan I (Kabupaten Tangerang, Kota Tangerang dan Tangerang Selatan) adalah untuk menganalisis terkait kondisi rill terkait pembangunan Infrastruktur Kewenangan Dinas PUPR Provinsi Banten dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap layanan yang diberikan, Indikator atau pengukuran yaitu (1) ketersediaan fisik (availability) (2) kualitas fisik (quality) (3) kesesuaian (appropriateness) (4) efektivitas pemanfaatan (utility) (5) kontribusi terhadap perekonomian. Adapun jenis infrastruktur prioritas yang dimaksud adalah jalan, drainase, jembatan yang menjadi kewenangan Dinas PUPR Provinsi Banten. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling penentuan sampel peneliti menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, Jumlah sampel 267 responden yang merasakan layanan Infrastruktur dengan 26 ruas jalan Tangerang (Kabupaten Tangerang, Kota Tangerang dan Kota Tangerang Selatan) dibagi menjadi 3 klaster ruas jalan yaitu Panjang, sedang dan pendek. Penghitungan Indeks Kepuasan Layanan Infrastruktur (IKLI) menggunakan kriteria penafsiran IKLI dan mengacu pada PermenPANRB Nomor 14 Tahun 2017.  Hasil Nilai Indeks Kepuasan Layanan Infrastruktur (IKLI) secara keseluruhan yaitu mendapatkan nilai IKLI sebesar 3,02. Skor tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kinerja layanan infrastruktur yang dinilai masyarakat, puas terhadap layanan infrastruktur yang diberikan, oleh Pemerintah Dinas PUPR Provinsi Banten
