Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan salah satu jenjang pendidikan paling dasar untuk tumbuh kembang anak. Guru yang melaksanakan pendidikan pada anak usia dini disyaratkan memiliki tingkat pendidikan dan kompetensi khusus dalam menyiapkan modul ajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Modul ajar sebaiknya dikembangkan sendiri oleh guru agar sesuai dengan konteks lingkungan dan kebutuhan belajar muridnya, hal ini tidak terkecuali untuk guru pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Dewasa ini setiap guru di hampir semua jenjang pendidikan diwajibkan untuk melek teknologi, terutama teknologi informasi. Selain untuk menunjang kegiatan pendidikan, melek teknologi informasi juga menunjang guru dalam menyelesaikan persoalan administrasi. Salah satu administrasi yang rutin dilakukan guru adalah membuat rapor bagi siswa-siswinya. Penggunaan perangkat Perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel memiliki banyak fitur dan fungsi yang dapat membantu dalam pembuatan rapor. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah masih kurang familiarnya fitur-fitur yang disediakan Microsoft Excel di sebagian pengguna. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membuat modul ajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan ketrampilan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat terkait penggunaan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru diketahui bahwa semua guru memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang terhadap komponen modul ajar, langkah-langkah penyusunan dan penggunaan excel dalam pembuatan rapor.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is often the umpteenth priority for some people. In fact, as we know, teeth and mouth are the gateways for germs and bacteria to enter so that they can interfere with the health of other organs of the body. (Infodatin, 2017). The problem of cavities is still a lot of complaints by children and cannot be allowed to get worse because it will affect the quality of life where they will feel pain, discomfort, disability, acute and chronic infections, eating and sleeping disorders and have a high risk of being hospitalized. causing high medical costs and reduced time spent studying at school (Elina and Sumiarti, 2016) School-age children are a strategic target for implementing health programs, because apart from their large number, they are also an easy target to reach because they are well organized. The target of this activity is prioritized for elementary schools. This activity was carried out to increase students' knowledge about the importance of maintaining oral and dental hygiene in particular and body health in general. Abstract

Stunting adalah masalah kurang gizi kronis yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak yakni tinggi badan anak lebih rendah atau pendek (kerdil) dari standar usianya Kejadian anak stunting di Riau mencapai 16.275 orang yang tersebar di berbagai kabupaten. Indragiri Hulu mencatat kejadian anak stunting sebanyak 831 orang termasuk ke dalam urutan ke 12 terbanyak se-kabupaten di Riau. Berdasarkan SK Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional No. Kep 42/M.PPN/HK/04/2020, kabupaten Indragiri Hulu termasuk Lokus Stunting tahun 2021. Untuk itu diperlukan berbagai upaya dalam pengentasan kejadian stunting pada di masyarakat. Peran serta masyarakat sangat diharapkan dalam upaya tersebut. Salah satu bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak Puskesmas adalah dengan penunjukan kader yang berasal dari masyarakat. Dengan harapan kader merupakan perpanjangan tangan pihak puskesmas dalam menyampaikan informasi kesehatan dan mendeteksi secara dini masalah kesehatan yang ada di masyarakat. Dengan demikian perlu adanya upaya pemberdayaan kader dalam mendeteksi masalah stunting yang terjadi di masyarakat.. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran kader dalam deteksi dini stunting pada balita di Desa Talang Jerinjing Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah kader posyandu balita yang berjumlah 10 orang dengan kegiatan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah kader meningkat pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dalam mendeteksi tanda-tanda stunting pada belita. Target luaran yang akan dihasilkan adalah publikasi pada jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi dan video deteksi tanda- tanda stunting pada balita.

Abstract

Abstrak Sekitar 75% wanita Indonesia pernah mengalami keputihan minimal satu kali dalam hidupnya dan 45% di antaranya mengalami keputihan dua kali atau lebih. Hal ini, di karena Indonesia merupakan daerah tropis sehingga membuat keadaan tubuh menjadi lebih lembab dan berkeringat. Keputihan sering terjadi pada remaja dalam masa pubertas karena pengaruh peningkatan hormonal dan aktifitas remaja yang masih tinggi mengakibatkan area lembab pada alat genital (Utami, 2021). Hasil penelitian tentang kesehatan reproduksi wanita menunjukkan bahwa remaja di Indonesia mengalami keputihan sekitar 75% minimal satu kali dalam hidupnya dan 45% diantaranya mengalami dua kali atau lebih. Angka berbeda tajam dengan negara yang berbeda iklim dengan Indonesia (Dechacare, 2016). Masalah keputihan merupakan masalah yang umum dan terjadi di berbagai wilayah. Namun dapat diatasi dengan mudah melalui upaya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang masalah kesehatan reproduksi sehingga diharapkan remaja putri mampu mencegah munculnya masalah kesehatan reproduksi (Depkes, 2018). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari s/d Agustus 2023. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa kelas VII di SMPN 01 Rengat Barat dengan 3 kali pertemuan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan siswi tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan terbentuknya kelompok diskusi siswa tentang masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Luaran yang dithasilkan adalah publikasi di Jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan video edukasi tentang masalah kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition caused by a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, resulting in growth disorders in children, namely the child's height is lower or shorter (stunted) than the age standard. The incidence of stunted children in Riau reached 16,275 people spread across various regency. Indragiri Hulu recorded the incidence of stunted children as many as 831 people, which is the 12th highest in all districts in Riau. The birth of a stunted baby can be prevented from the moment of conception in pregnancy. For this reason, the active role of prospective mothers or newly married couples is needed to prepare for their pregnancy well, ensuring adequate nutritional intake and optimal health care during pregnancy. A young mother is required to be able to ensure success in maintaining health during pregnancy, to be able to care for the pregnancy by consuming adequate nutritional food and to be free from other health problems. For this reason, efforts are needed to increase the knowledge of expectant mothers about stunting, nutrition for pregnant women and regular pregnancy checks. The target of this activity is newly married couples, the activity is carried out in 3 meetings. The result of this community service activity is an increase in the independence of newly married couples in efforts to prevent stunting.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a difference in increasing the creative thinking abilities and learning independence of control and experimental class students in class IV of SD N 32 Tanjuang Bonai. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SD N 32 Tanjuang Bonai which consisted of two classes. The samples in this research were class IV A and class IV B. The instruments used in this research were test sheets and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a significant difference between the thinking abilities of students in the experimental class and the control class which applies differentiated learning. The average N-Gain gain score for the experimental class was 0.72 and the control class was 0.46. Meanwhile, regarding the relationship between differentiated learning and student learning independence, the t-count in the t-table is 0.758 < 2.069, so rejecting Ha and accepting H0, it can be concluded that differentiated learning has no effect on student learning independence.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO), declared the COVID-19 or corona virus outbreak to be a global pandemic. children are at risk of contracting COVID-19 due to their high activity and tendency to group together (Pradana et al, 2020). In addition, children's immune function is immature, and children are susceptible to respiratory system infections (Nurhidayah et al, 2021). Vaccination against COVID-19 is one of the government's breakthroughs to fight and deal with COVID-19 in the world, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the Determinant Factors Affecting Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine for Children Aged 6 - 12 Years in the Work Area of ​​the Mukomuko City Health Center in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study using a Cross Sectional approach. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 81 respondents who had school-age children 6-12 years in the working area of ​​the Mukomuko City Health Center. The independent variables in this study were knowledge, perceived seriousness, cues to act, perceived benefits, perceived obstacles. While the dependent variable is Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine. The statistical test in this study used the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, cues to act, perceived benefits, and perceived obstacles to Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine for Children Aged 6-12 Years with a p value of 0.000 <α = 0.05.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of marketing and accounting functions in digital-based enterprises and how such integration influences strategic financial decision-making. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected from two fast-growing startups in Indonesia through in-depth interviews, internal documentation, and limited observation. The analysis focused on cross-functional collaboration and performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), and campaign budgeting accuracy. The findings reveal that marketing-accounting integration results in reduced CAC (by up to 40%), improved ROMI (from 1.4:1 to 2.6:1), and greater alignment between budget allocation and customer value creation. Marketing teams benefit from real-time financial insights, while finance departments gain better forecasting accuracy and visibility over campaign efficiency. This integration fosters transparency, shared accountability, and data-driven agility. Beyond practical improvements, the study contributes to the theoretical discourse by reinforcing the notion that marketing accounting serves as a strategic framework not merely a technical coordination within the digital economy. The findings support and extend the literature on marketing accountability and value-based management, emphasizing that digital tools enable dynamic feedback loops between market activities and financial outcomes. This study confirms the relevance of marketing-accounting integration as a conceptual model for organizational alignment, performance clarity, and value creation in digitally driven environments.

Abstract

The creative and attractive use of language to emphasize a product's uniqueness in advertising is known as the use of language style in advertisements. The aim of this research is to describe the language styles used in supermarket advertisements on Instagram during Ramadhan 2025. This research is a qualitative research. The data analyzed consists of sentences found in supermarket advertisements published on Instagram (March 1 - March 21, 2025). Data analysis applies the language style theory, which classifies four language styles: comparative, contradictory, associative, and repetitive. The findings of this study indicate that the most frequently used language style in supermarket advertisements on Instagram during Ramadhan 2025 is the contradictory style, followed by the comparative style, the repetitive style, and the associative style. From these findings, it can be seen that the use of language style in advertising plays a significant role in increasing both the visual and verbal appeal of a promotional message. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to subsequent studies focused on the analysis of language use in digital advertisements across various platforms and contexts.

Abstract

Backgroound:Patient safety is a basic principle of health care in health institutions that continues to require quality improvement. Accurate patient identification is important, even in relation to patient safety. Patient identification is a very basic thing that must be done by a nurse. Correct patient identification can avoid medical errors or unexpected events that could affect the patient. The importance of patient identification is strongly supported by the attitude of a nurse. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nurses' attitudes and the implementation of patient identification in the inpatient room at Indrasari Regional General Hospital. Methods: This research design is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 79 people with the sampling technique used was Probability Sampling with Proportionate Stratified random sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with the Pearson chi-square test. Results: Result of this research is majority of patient identification attitudes were in the positive category, with as many as 59 respondents (74.7and mostly in the negative category, with as many as 20 respondents (25.3%). There is a relationship between nurses' attitudes and the implementation of patient identification in the inpatient ward at Indrasari General Hospital with a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: It is recommended that nurses carry out training and update their knowledge on ways to improve the implementation of patient identification, so that they can increase nurses' knowledge regarding the implementation of patient identification.
