Abstract

Wabah ini bernama corona virus atau biasa disebut covid-19. Dan semoga Virus Corana ini cepat berlalu, ammin. Dimana Corona virus menyerang berbagai sektor yaitu Pendidikan, Ekonomi, Pariwisata, dan lain – lain sehingga memaksa pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk memutar otak bagaimana cara agar sistem pemerintahan di negara bisa kembali. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat, melakukan metode Observasi yaitu pengumpulan data dengan Dalam menggunakan metode observasi. Semoga bantuan sosial ini yang bersifat sementara, kami berharap apa yang kami berikan dapat bermafaat dan mengurangi beban bagi mereka yang menerima untuk melewati masa pandemi Covid-19. kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu bentuk solidaritas dan pengingat untuk selalu bersyukur atas nikmat yang telah diberikan, dan lebih peduli terhadap sesama.pentingnya hasil atau kesimpulan singkat.

Abstract

ABSS (Asian Business Software Solution) adalah program akuntansi yang dikenal sebelumnya dengan nama Myob, dan merupakan program komputer untuk bidang akuntansi yang dibuat secara terpadu untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Pemberian muatan penggunaan program dalam penyelesaian laporan keuangan kepada mahasiswa akan membantu mahasiswa memahami bidang-bidang akuntansi komprehensif. Selain itu dengan keahlian yang dimiliki setelah memperlajari ABSS V25, mahasiswa mampu bersaing di dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu secara teori dan praktik, baik ilmu akuntansi maupun komputer akuntansi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan 2 (dua) hari pada tanggal 19 – 20 November 2021. Mulai dari pukul 08.30 – 16.00 WIB. Hari pertama pelatihan dilakukan secara online yaitu membahas teori dan hari kedua pelatihan dilakukan secara offline yaitu praktik menggunakan aplikasi ABSS V25 di Universitas Ibnu Sina. Capaian hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para mahasiswa akuntansi dapat memahami dan mengerti Aplikasi komputer akuntansi ABSS V25 ini sehingga mampu menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi ini dalam dunia kerja.

Abstract

Most successful people, they already know their potential. Currently students who continue to enter public and private universities are Generation Z who are open to advanced technological developments. But apart from that, a term emerged that is currently going viral among Genarasi Z itself, namely the Remaining People. Many of them are comfortable and lazy to do self-development. The method used in this service is Small Group Discussion, which is giving a case to be discussed at the small group level. Problem Based Learning is a model that trains and develops the ability to solve problems oriented to authentic problems from actual life, to stimulate higher order thinking skills. Discovery Learning is a method of giving study or research assignments to students with the aim of being able to find the answers to the expected targets themselves. Students can take lessons from the stories and stories told, so that it is easier to recognize their potential. It is very important for students to see and hear firsthand the stories and experiences of successful people, so that they can motivate themselves, of course, in a style that keeps up with developments.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to assess the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in one of automobile dealer company. This study employs quantitative research methodologies, as well as data gathering strategies such as questionnaire distribution and library data. Non-probability sampling with saturation sampling approach was applied on 90 workers. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data using the SPSS. The findings revealed that the variable of leadership style had a substantial impact on employee performance. Employee performance is significantly influenced by work motivation. Employee performance is significantly influenced by work discipline. Employee performance is influenced by leadership style, job motivation, and work discipline all at the same time. The percentage indicates that the factors of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline can explain more than 90% of the employee performance variable. Other variables not investigated in this study account for 7% of the variance.

Abstract

Human resources and personnel management are crucial for businesses in managing, coordinating, and employing staff so that they can work efficiently to meet organizational goals. A company's human resources must be competently managed to strike a balance between employee needs and the requirements and capabilities of the organization. The key to the business's productive and equitable growth is this equilibrium. The productivity of a company's personnel has a significant impact on the growth of its operations and organizational structure. In this study, the impact of direct cash pays and the use of workplace rules on employee performance is examined. 100 individuals from each employee division's population made up the sample. The impact of direct financial support and the imposition of work discipline on employee performance levels is examined using the multiple regression method. The study's findings demonstrate that among the four independent variables salary, wages, incentives, and work discipline only incentive, with a t-value less than the t-table, has no bearing on the independent variable performance.

Abstract

Batam is a city where quite a lot of people have opened and owned digital printing and offset printing businesses for the needs of consumers in producing their products. So the influence of price, product diversity, digital promotions and place becomes a combination for consumers to determine their purchasing interest. This research was conducted to determine the influence of price, product diversity, digital promotions and location at the Shanghai Studio Store in Batam City. This research uses a causality design with a population of 1 million people. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, totaling 100 people. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the test show that price, digital promotion and place have no partial effect on consumer buying interest, while product diversity has a partial effect on consumer buying interest. Price, product diversity, digital promotions and place simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest.

The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using smartPLS. The results of this research show that green human capital has a positive effect on employee performance . Green structural is able to moderate green human capital towards employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership, work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of Polri members in the Barelang Police Intelligence Unit in Batam. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study were all members of the Police in the Intelkam Unit Polresta Barelang Batam, as many as 45 respondents with sampling using saturation sampling technique. The data obtained in this study using a google form that has been tested for validity and reliability. These results show that the variables of work motivation, human relations, work discipline and work ethic together have a significant effect on the performance of members of the police.
