Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in vocational high schools plays a crucial role in shaping students to become independent and innovative individuals capable of creating their own businesses. However, many students still show a low level of interest in entrepreneurship, which calls for an investigation into the influencing factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of achievement motivation and the use of information technology on students’ entrepreneurial interest, either directly or indirectly through entrepreneurial learning outcomes. The research was conducted using a quantitative correlational method involving 125 students from SMKN 2 Merangin during the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires measuring achievement motivation, technology use, and entrepreneurial interest. Students' learning outcomes were obtained from their average scores in the subject "Productive Creative Entrepreneurship." Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and path analysis with the help of RStudio. The results showed that both achievement motivation and information technology use had a significant positive effect on students’ entrepreneurial learning outcomes and their interest in entrepreneurship. Specifically, learning outcomes acted as a mediating variable, enhancing the influence of both independent variables on entrepreneurial interest. The path analysis indicated that the total effects of achievement motivation and technology use on entrepreneurial interest were 0.31 and 0.29, respectively, with a direct contribution from learning outcomes of 0.32. In conclusion, achievement motivation and the use of information technology significantly influence students’ entrepreneurial interest, with entrepreneurial learning outcomes serving as an important mediating factor. These findings suggest that strengthening motivation and integrating digital literacy into the curriculum can enhance students' readiness and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship

Abstract

Education is the core business of LPTK universities in Indonesia, including UNP. And Vocational Technology Education (PTK) is one of two educational disciplines available at UNP. Until now, there has been no defining concept accompanied by a description of the spectrum of expertise that follows from PTK knowledge. This research uses two approaches to develop relevant PTK scientific concepts implemented at UNP. The two methods are the Feynman Technique and the Active Recall method. The Active Recall method is used to strengthen the four steps needed to execute the Feynment Technique. In this research, it was found that there were nine scientific spectra which were used as a complementary puzzle to the integrity of PTK science, namely: PTK Education Philosophy, PTK Education Psychology, PTK Curriculum, PTK Education Evaluation, PTK Education Technology, PTK Education Administration and Supervision, PTK Guidance and Counseling, External Education PTK Schools, and General/Non-Formal PTK Education. With the determination of the PTK scientific spectrum, it is hoped that it will increase the depth and sharpness of scientific studies in PTK.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid development of information has made it possible for everyone to obtain the latest information, complete and accurate, in real time, anytime, anywhere, all over the world. Any information is fine catching up by updated with the latest news and even detailed information on local conditions. With the same analogy, detailed information regarding land utilization, land containing, landscape provision, earth surface contour, etc., are required to inform and elaborate any appropriate decision needed. The Geographic information systems (GIS) is a recent technology commonly used by research in earth science to facilitate many layered detail information by one way to get up-to-date, detailed information. In this research, the GIS utilizes several types of imaging data such remote sensing images and digitize images. As the name suggests, this system captures detailed geographic information about a location or region. By inputting classified images of remote sensing results into a GIS database at regular intervals (adjusted as necessary, such as every year, every two years, every three years, etc.), the number of information sources that can be obtained increases. There are several reasons for that. First, remote sensing images are images that cover the entire surface of the Earth. Next, remote sensing images are images that contain information about the state of the earth's surface. Third, a variety of information can be obtained by performing appropriate image processing. Furthermore, this research could be elaborated by implementing an artificial intelligent algorithm to create a robust outcome.
