Abstract

Pengamanan truk dari muatan berlebih adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam dunia transportasi, karena muatan berlebih pada truk adalah masalah serius yang dapat menyebabkan bahaya. Sistem pengaman truk dari muatan berlebih menggunakan loadcell berbasis mikrokontroler adalah sebuah solusi inovatif yang dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah keamanan dan efisiensi dalam transportasi barang. Peningkatan muatan di truk dianggap sebagai masalah serius dalam industri logistik, yang dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan, kerusakan kendaraan, dan dampak negatif lainnya pada jalan raya. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dibuat untuk memastikan truk tidak melebihi kapasitas muatan yang ditentukan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan loadcell sebagai input dan diproses oleh mikrokontroler Arduino nano dan nodemcu ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler tambahan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk terhubung ke jaringan internet sebagai keuntungan. Sensor beban (loadcell) terpasang di bawah kendaraan untuk mengukur berat muatan secara real-time. Data yang diperoleh dari loadcell kemudian diproses oleh mikrokontroler, yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menghitung total berat muatan dan membandingkannya dengan batas yang telah ditetapkan. Jika berat muatan melebihi batas yang aman, maka dfplayer akan aktif sebagai peringatan kepada pengemudi truk dan data berat muatan akan ditampilkan pada LCD dan aplikasi mit app. Berdasarkan data dari uji coba yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengaman truk dari muatan berlebih ini telah dibuat sesuai dengan rancangan dan dapat melakukan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik.

Abstract

Bendungan merupakan suatu tempat yang dibuat untuk tujuan menampung air dengan volume yang besar dan di kontrol oleh manusia, karena itu bendungan saat ini memiliki fungsi yang sangat baik di daerah yang aliran air sungai nya besar dan curah hujann yang cukup tinggi, disamping itu bendungan juga bermanfaat dalam mengontrol aliran air di persawahaan yang ada di perdesaan. Saat ini sering terjadi human error pada petugas yang mengontrol kapan pintu air bendungan di buka dan juga saat pengontrolan ketinggian air. Penelitian pada skripsi ini berisikan tentang rancangan pintu air otomatis berbasis arduino dan monitoring menggunakan android. Prototype ini akan di rancang dengan bentuk yang menyerupai seperti bendungan. Fitur yang tedapat dalam prototype tersebut antara lain arduino sebagai kontroler dan blyink sebagai pengntrol ketinggian air dan membuka pintu air pada prototype dari jarak jauh melalui android. Bersdasarkan hal tersebut, dibuatlah rancangan prototype pintu air otomatis berbasis arduino dengan sensor ultrasonik yang mengukur ketinggian air dan motor Dc sebagai penggerak pembuka pintu air secara otomatis melalui android. Sehingga ketika diterapkan dapat mengurangi kelalaian dan human eror dari petugas penjaga bendungan kedepannya.

Abstract

Facial expression when a person is sleepy can be seen from eye behavior and facial behavior. To detect the driver's drowsiness, facial expression is a form of non-verbal communication that results from one or more facial muscle movements that can indicate a person's emotional state. This detector works automatically when the system runs without external control. The system is controlled only via the desktop using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. The working principle of this tool is to start by connecting the power when the system and the Desktop are turned on, then activate the Open CV software created on the desktop and continue testing to recognize the driver's face. If the detected face has a sleepy expression, the device will show the driver's drowsiness through the speaker and warn the driver to be careful when driving. The test results show that the system can detect drowsiness optimally. With the existence of this tool, it is hoped that it can reduce the death rate due to traffic accidents by preventing the driver from experiencing the sleep phase while driving.

Abstract

The increasing use of air-conditioned rooms in public entertainment venues but allowing visitors to smoke indoors makes some visitors feel uncomfortable. This final project aims to be able to design a carbon monoxide gas control device and carbon monoxide gas monitoring using IoT technology. The methodology for making this tool involves literature study methods in national journals and internet searches regarding projects that have been made before. Then identify problems in the field so that improvements can be made in tool design. In this tool, air content readings use the MQ-135 sensor to detect gas levels. Control uses the Ardiono Uno microcontroller as the data processing center, the ESP 8266 nodeMCU as the data sender to the application. From several experiments it was concluded that the tool operated as expected. It can be seen from the experimental data that the MQ-135 sensor works accurately in detecting the air quality levels in the room. It starts when the sensor detects air levels and then the reading results become input to start activating the relay for on/off the exhaust fan and also perfume, which will be active to neutralize the air in the room. The buzzer will activate when the reading value reaches the programmed gas level. The sensor reading value that is read will then appear on the LCD and also on the Blynk application.

Abstract

Qualified graduates is supported by an efficient process of education, improvement of competence on an ongoing basis, and appropriate curriculum. The curriculum becomes an important part in education. Each educational institution graduates expect superior quality, good morals, knowledge and competence of skilled labor. Quality of qualified graduates will increase the demand of stakeholders to recruit workers in the industry related. It is necessary to implement a quality program in an effort to provide the best service for educational activities. This study discusses the program carried out by educational and vocational study program in electrical engineering (EEVE) achieve the goal to do assessment by AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance) in evaluating the curriculum. AUN-QA aims to conduct quality assurance of courses that a member of AUN, as well as guiding and guide the university to improve and maintain the quality of the university. Researchers use qualitative research using the comparative method of ex-postfacto with the kind of correlational study. The study was conducted with data collection, such as observation, interviews, field observation and documentation study. This research resulted in the development of curriculum in vocational and educational courses in electrical engineering (EEVE), in terms of meeting the basic needs for qualified graduates, competent and professional in accordance with the standards of the AUN-QA. Abstract

Higher education is expected to produce excellent graduates to meet the needs of educated and skilled personnel in the era of industry 4.0. One way of higher education to adjust the development of Science and Technology in the era of industry 4.0 is by enriching the curriculum. Curriculum enrichment can be done by adding a new course, the Image Processing course. Image Processing is a course in Electrical Engineering which discusses data processing and analyze data in the form of images to be used as important information as requested. Image processing courses are widely used in daily life, implementation of image processing courses are found in smartphones, parking systems, medical, television and many others that utilize image processing subjects. The characteristics of this study compared two different groups: the Non-LPTK University (Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan/ Educaitonal Institutions of Educatinal Staff) with the LPTK University to looking for characteristics in covering different subjects with the characteristics of vocational education, but it is related to the characteristics of vocational education in considering matching subjects with digital characteristics in the field of vocational education studies. Curriculum enrichment aims to improve the quality of higher education learning which leads to improve the quality of graduates. The researcher used a qualitative research with a comparative method ex post facto. This research is expected to be a pattern for other universities in applying curriculum enrichment methods.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the readiness of K3 knowledge on self-efficacy of students of the Electric Power Installation Engineering Expertise Program of SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. K3 knowledge readiness is an overall individual condition that includes physical, mental, and experiential life and the willingness and ability to carry out work or an activity. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The variable studied was the readiness of K3 knowledge of students in the Electric Power Installation Engineering expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents with 1 variable and 7 indicators. This research questionnaire was conducted on class XI Electrical Power Installation Engineering students totaling 25 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive percentage statistics. The results of this study can be concluded that the readiness of K3 knowledge of students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman, some are ready to work and some are continuing their higher education or entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The increasing demand for electricity in the commercial sector necessitated the development of an efficient monitoring system to manage energy consumption. This study aimed to design and implement a monitoring sistem for kWh meters using an Outseal PLC integrated with an Android-based HMI. The system utilized the Outseal PLC as the primary controller, interfacing wirelessly with a Modbus HMI through a DT-06 Wi-Fi Module. A PZEM-004T sensor was used to measure voltage, current, power, and energy consumption. The PLC communicated with the sensor via Modbus protocol using a Max485 module. The data collected was displayed on the HMI, allowing real-time monitoring of power usage. Experimental methods involving the design and testing of both hardware and software components were employed. Results demonstrated that the system accurately measured electrical parameters with minimal error. The voltage and current readings showed average errors of 0,08% and 0,23% respectively for an 85 Ω load, 0,92% and 2,81% for a 14 Ω load. Power measurements had an average error of 0,15% for an 85 Ω load and 1,68% for a 14 Ω load. The Wi-Fi connection range was tested and found to be effective up to 14 meters without obstacles. This study concluded that the Outseal PLC-based monitoring system is a reliable and cost effective solution for managing energy consumption in the commercial sector.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti is one of the schools in Southern Solok Regency that’s actively spurring the development of its school by completing the infrastructure and quality of education for both students and teachers. ICT training especially for teachers to support the quality learning process. One of the uses of this facility is to create interactive LKPD on LiveWorksheets. The purpose of the service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of chemistry teachers using various learning resources on websites on the internet, increase chemistry teachers' knowledge of the three levels of representation and their interconnections, increase chemistry teachers' knowledge and skills in combining learning resources for making interactive LKPD on the LiveWorksheets web with an emphasis on the three levels of chemical representation. The methods used in this activity are lecture, demonstration and practice. Training participants were asked to present the results of their activities.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi di era modern ini memberikan kesempatan kepada guru untuk mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam penggunaan media dan bahan ajar. Mengubah paradigma yang digunakan oleh instruktur dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di sekolah sangat penting untuk menyelaraskan proses modernisasi dan kualitas pembelajaran. Saat ini, guru juga harus mahir dalam menggunakan dan mengoperasikan teknologi informasi sehingga mereka dapat menggunakannya untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran di kelas. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan ditemukan dalam mata pelajaran seperti kerajinan dan kewirausahaan, antusiasme yang besar untuk memahaminya. Oleh karena itu, media pembelajaran perlu didukung dengan media yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran kerajinan dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar, minat belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik, kemudian Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Tualang Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 95 peserta didik. Data dikatakan valid dan reliabel pada pengaruh Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar, minat belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Sedangkan hasil penelitian melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 orang diperoleh data variabel Google Classroom dengan skor sebesar 40. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan Mean yaitu 33,18, Median adalah 33, dan Modus berjumlah 29. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecenderungan penggunaan Google Classroom berbanding lurus dengan skor yang diperoleh. diketahui bahwa tanggapan responden tentang Minat belajar sebelum pembelajaran, dimana dari 33 responden yaitu 21 responden atau sebanyak 63,6% responden menyatakan sangat setuju, 12 responden atau sebanyak 36,4%.Hal ini ditunjukkan menggunakan regresi linear berganda diperoleh nilai r 0.847, Nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0.688, dan nilai thitung ttabel (2,357 2,045) dengan signifikansi 0.025 (pengujian dua sisi), Penggunaan Google Classroom berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan menggunakan regresi logistik ordinal diperoleh nilai R2 (Nagelkerke) sebesar 0.746, dan nilai estimate sebesar 0.892 yang dieksponensialkan menjadi 2.44 dengan signifikansi 0.016 0.05. Pada penggunaan Google Classroom maka akan semakin baik motivasi belajar dan minat pula hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Tualang Kabupaten Siak.
