Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen modal kerja yang dilakukan oleh para pemilik dan pelaku UMKM bisnis kuliner di Desa Saptorenggo. Adapun fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana persepsi manajemen modal kerja yang ada pada bisnis kuliner di Desa Saptorenggo. Dari fokus tersebut peneliti membagi dengan tiga subfokus yakni, makna modal kerja, komponen modal kerja yang diterapkan, dan persepsi yang dibangun dalam pengelolaan modal kerja pada UMKM bisnis kuliner tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi hermeneutik. Data yang diperoleh peneliti secara langsung melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Proses penelitian data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manajemen modal kerja menurut para pemilik dan pelaku UMKM bisnis kuliner di Desa Saptorenggo meliputi tiga poin. Pertama, makna modal kerja menurut para pemlik dan pelaku UMKM tersebut adalah uang, perilaku moral, dan keterampilan dalam usaha. Kedua, komponen yang diterapkan adalah kas, persediaan usaha, hutang lancar dengan mengesampingkan piutang usaha yang tidak relevan dalam menjalankan bisnis kuliner tersebut. Ketiga, persepsi yang dibangun oleh para pemilik dan pelaku UMKM adalah pengelolaan modal kerja yang berkelanjutan dengan tahap awal yakni, pengadaan modal dan pembelanjaan, dan selanjutnya di bagian tahap akhir ada pengorganisiran, pengoperasionalan, dan pengumpulan pendapatan atau kerugian usaha.

Abstract

Abstract To find out the level of quality of service that has been given to consumers or their customers, student and community satisfaction as users of academic administration services waws used as an indicator. The student satisfaction surveys conducted in this study aims to know the level of Madura Trunojoyo University students’ satisfaction on the quality of academic administration services throughout the year 2021. This study used quantitative approach with survey method. The survey was carried out by making a closed questionnaire using Google form to investigate students’ satisfaction. The questionnaire were then distributed online to students who previously used academic administrative services of the academic bureau and the student council of the Madura Trunojoyo University in 2021. The obtained 100 respondents represented an entire population that used the academic administration services of the academic bureau and student affairs in 2021. Results obtained in this study suggest that the quality service variable, especially in Financial Administration Bureau, has a significant impact on the satisfaction of the student Trunojoyo Madura University. Abstrak Untuk mengetahui level kualitas servis yang diberikan kepada konsumen, kepuasan mahasiswa dan masyarakat, sebagai pengguna jasa administrasi akademik, digunakan sebagai sebuah indikator. Survei kepuasan mahasiswa pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura pada kualitas jasa administrasi akademik, selama 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup melalui Google Form untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Kuesioner tersebut kemudian didistribusikan secara daring kepada mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan jasa layanan akademik dan dewan mahasiswa di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura pada 2021. Sebanyak 100 responden yang terkumpul mewakili seluruh populasi yang pernah menggunakan layanan biro akademik dan dewan mahasiswa pada 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, khususnya Biro Administrasi Keuangan, memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas trunojoyo Madura.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price and brand image on purchase decision through customer satisfaction with the subject of Azarine skincare buyers in Malang city as respondents. This type of research is quantitative using Path analysis research method using structural equation modeling method with SmartPLS 4.0. Data sample of 270 questionnaires was obtained. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that perceived price has a significant positive effect on purchase decision; brand image has no effect on purchase decision; customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on purchase decision; perceived price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; brand image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; perceived price has an indirect effect on purchase decision through customer satisfaction; brand image has an indirect effect on purchase decision through customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis, the researcher makes suggestions for the azarine skincare brand to expand marketing to various platforms other than Instagram. This will also increase customer satisfaction with the azarine brand itself

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance. This research was also conducted to determine the role of network capabilities as mediators in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and company performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach which was conducted on women entrepreneurs at the Entrepreneurs Association of Batu City. The sampling method used in this study is a saturated sample of 88 female entrepreneurs. The research data is primary data obtained through the distribution of online and offline questionnaires. The data analysis used is SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation has no significant effect on company performance. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on network capabilities and marketing capabilities. Network capabilities and marketing capabilities have a positive and significant impact on company performance. This study also found that networking skills and marketing skills act as perfect mediators in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and company performance. In future research, it is necessary to consider adding samples and independent variables outside of the study

Abstract

UMKM merupakan entitas bisnis terbesar dan berperan penting dalam mendukung kinerja perekonomian Indonesia. Pengelolaan keuangan menjadi penting dalam rangka menghindarkan usaha kecil dari kebangkrutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman batin pengusaha kecil yang berada di Kampung Wisata UMKM Kota Batu tentang praktik manajemen keuangan perusahaan mereka. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data sebagian besar dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap para informan dan observasi lapangan untuk mendalami konteks penelitian. Triangulasi waktu dilakukan dalam rangka menjamin keabsahan data penelitian. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan kepada lima orang informan yang merupakan pemilik dan pengelola usaha kecil pada situs penelitian. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pengusaha kecil telah melakukan prinsip-prinsip manajemen keuangan meskipun bentuk pengelolaan tersebut masih sangat sederhana. Pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan bisnis disadari sebagai sesuatu yang penting meskipun tidak diterapkan secara formal. Strategi tersebut dilakukan justru dalam rangka efisiensi sumber daya yang dimiliki agar bisnis mereka bisa bertahan dan sustain.

Abstract

This research aims to know the right business strategy for Umi, Lahadeng Corner, and Nuca MSMEs. The research method uses a multi-sites case study. Also use Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of using SWOT analysis show that the position of each MSME is in quadrant I, which is the most profitable situation. The right strategy in this situation is to implement policies to support and focus on aggressive growth. The results of using QSPM analysis show that an alternative strategy that Umi MSME can prioritize is collaborating with more resellers. The alternative strategy priority for Lahadeng Corner and Nuca MSME is optimizing production capacity. The last strategy alternative for Lahadeng Corner is add production equipment with maximum function. And the last strategy alternative for Umi and Nuca MSMEs is to carry out promotions. The use of SWOT and QSPM analysis in multi-sites case study and comparative research is novelty in this study. Based on the result of the SWOT and QSPM analysis, contribution of the research is can help the owners of Umi, Lahadeng Corner, and Nuca MSMEs in adopting business strategies that suit their companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage periode 2020-2023 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Populasi diambil dari 24 perusahaan food and beverage dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang telah diambil 10 perusahaan sesuai kriteria. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS untuk mengukur dampak likuiditas (Current Ratio) terhadap profitabilitas (Return On Asset). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage periode 2020-2023.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang-East Java for the period 2009-2018. This type of research used in this study is a description and the method used to measure financial performance is one of the methods of financial statement analysis. The financial statement analysis method involves several financial ratios namely liquidity ratios, leverage, activity and profitability and is measured based quantitatively data. The results showed that: Information on financial performance is needed in maintaining the company's existence; this is evident from the results Financial performance of Perum Jasa Tirta I, as seen from profitability ratios and leverage ratios, showed excellent performance even though profitability ratios and activity ratios are known to be in poor condition.

Abstract

The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by including three additional constructs namely digital marketing, brand image, and consumer satisfaction to predict adolescent purchase intention for fast food products. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling totaling 200 respondents. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study show that 1) digital marketing has a positive and significant direct effect on brand image. 2) digital marketing has a positive and significant direct effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) brand image has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention. 4) consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention. 5) digital marketing has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention. 6) brand image has a direct effect on consumer satisfaction. 7) digital marketing has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention through brand image. 8) digital marketing has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction. 9) brand image has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction. 10) digital marketing has a positive and significant direct effect on consumer satisfaction through brand image. Abstract

The present study aims to investigate the effects of Green Marketing (GM) strategies, such as Green Advertisement (GA), Green Brand Loyalty (GBL), and Green Brand Innovativeness (GBI), on consumer purchase intention. Additionally, it investigates the moderating effects of these strategies on these relationships and looks at how GM and Green Purchase Intention (GPI) are related. These findings build on previous research on the relationship between GM and GPI. The unresearched combined effects of GM on customer purchase intentions as well as the moderating functions of GA, GBL, and GBI in these connections are among the research gaps. The current study examines the relationship between GM antecedents and GPI using a cross-sectional approach and a quantitative research methodology. Quantitative research methods are useful when analyzing relationships between variables and extending findings across populations is the goal. Based on prior research on GM and behavior, the study's research methodology used a survey questionnaire. Google Forms will be used to distribute an online survey to Indonesian consumers of green products, which served as the data collection tool for this study.
