Abstract

Ekosistem hutan Gunung Slamet memiliki peran penting bagi ekologi, ekonomi san sosial. Salah satu bentuk model pemanfaatan sumber daya hutan secara lestari adalah melalui penerapan agrosilvopastura. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan transfer pengetahuan kepada masyarakat sekitar hutan yang tergabung dalam Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Wana Karya Lestari tentang model agrosilvopstura dan meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka terkait model agrosilvopastura. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan pendekatan participatory rural appraisal (PRA). Masyarakat sudah dilibatkan secara aktif mulai dari pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, sampai dengan pasca kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat yang mengikuti penyuluhan tentang konsep agrosilvopastura meningkat setelah mereka memperoleh materi dan melakukan diskusi terarah. Pasca kegiatan ini masyarakat diharapkan dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan mereka dalam bentuk pengembangan demplot agrosilvopastura.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh prinsip 5C terhadap keputusan dan efektivitas penyaluran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sektor agribisnis di BRI KC Purwokerto. Prinsip peminjaman 5C adalah Karakter, Kapasitas, Permodalan, Kondisi Perekonomian, Agunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2024 di BRI KC Purwokerto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap penggagas Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang mempunyai nasabah di bidang agribisnis dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi data tertulis oleh BRI KC Purwokerto. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling atau pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang pemrakarsa kredit di BRI KC Purwokerto. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert untuk menganalisis pengaruh prinsip 5C terhadap keputusan dan efektivitas penyaluran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sektor agribisnis di BRI KC Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Karakter mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan penyaluran KUR sektor agribisnis dan terhadap efektivitas penyaluran KUR sektor agribisnis; dan variabel Kapasitas mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas penyaluran KUR sektor agribisnis. Sedangkan variabel independen lainnya tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

Consumer awareness of a healthy lifestyle is driving an increase on demand for food products that are low in sodium, gluten-free, and made from natural ingredients. Coconut aminos with the brand "Gulapa" is one of the new products to meet the demand made by PT. Berkat Petani Indonesia. For this reason, market research is needed regarding the position of the product from the consumer's perspective. This study was aimed to analyze the market potential of coconut aminos "Gulapa", evaluate consumer preferences, and identify effective marketing strategies. The research period was 5 (five) months in 2024 in Banyumas, Purbalingga, Purwokerto, and Cilacap Regencies, Central Java Province. The descriptive analysis method was used with data collection using qualitative approach through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data analysis. Data was analyzed using worksheet as a tool to represent what was to be known and researched. The results of the worksheet analysis can be concluded that most consumers were not familiar with coconut aminos products, but have high interest in trying them. Consumer preferences for choosing healthy coconut aminos include a priority order in the form of brand reputation, taste, price, and ease of purchase access. Consumers tend to choose local products over imports. The main distribution channels preferred by consumers include supermarkets, online stores, and grocery stores. The product has great potential to compete in the market. Recommended marketing strategies include consumer education, brand image strengthening, and distribution expansion. The implications of the results of this study are the product of coconut aminos “Gulapa” has a fairly broad market opportunity, a clear marketing strategy direction, and the need for continuous market education. With the proper approachment, coconut aminos “Gulapa” could be the main choice as a substitute for traditional soy sauce in Indonesia.

Abstract

Enhancing farmers' marketing capacity in rural areas has become crucial in facing the increasingly dynamic market competition. This community service activity, in the form of business communication training, is aimed at improving farmers' ability to market their agricultural products. The training sessions were designed to deliver fundamental business communication techniques, public speaking skills, and digital marketing strategies, followed by role-play activities to practice communication and public speaking. Vegetable farmers in Guci Village, Tegal District, who participated in the training, demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the event. During the role-play sessions, it was observed that the farmers' confidence and communication skills in public speaking improved. This initiative is expected to significantly contribute to enhancing farmers' capacity and the effectiveness of agricultural product marketing in Guci Village, while also optimizing the use of digital technologies to increase their competitiveness in an increasingly complex market

Abstract

Entrepreneurial skills such as risk-taking, creativity, and decision-making are critical for fostering innovation and business success. This study examined the correlation between electroencephalography (EEG)-measured attention levels and entrepreneurial skills among university students in Indonesia. Using a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design, data were collected through EEG recordings, pretests, posttests, surveys, and semi-structured interviews over five class meetings. The NeuroSky MindWave Mobile EEG headset was used to monitor students' real-time attention levels, while their learning engagement and satisfaction were assessed through validated Likert-scale questionnaires. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between EEG-measured attention and creativity, with students showing notable improvements in risk-taking and decision-making skills after EEG-monitored learning activities. Engagement was strongly linked to satisfaction, suggesting that EEG feedback enhanced students’ focus and motivation. Interview findings further confirmed that real-time EEG visual feedback helped students regulate their attention and optimize learning. These results demonstrate the potential of EEG technology in entrepreneurship education, providing objective cognitive engagement insights. Future research should explore EEG applications in diverse educational contexts with larger sample sizes to validate its impact.

Abstract

This study examines the sales forecast for PT XYZ’s sterilized milk products, recognizing the critical importance of accurate forecasting in the dynamic and competitive fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Reliable forecasts are essential for distributors to optimize demand planning and inventory control. The Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model was applied to historical monthly sales data from 16 distributors in the Jakarta market covering the 2022–2024 period. The ARIMA procedure included data collection and visualization, stationarity testing (ADF, ACF, PACF), differencing, model identification, parameter estimation, and optimal model selection. The results reveal monthly sales fluctuations with a clear downward trend toward the end of the observation period, with the ARIMA (1,0,1) model emerging as the best fit. Forecasts for 2025 indicate a continued decline in sales value, underscoring the need for stronger collaboration between PT XYZ and its distributors in promotional planning and inventory management to adapt to market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Abstract

Rice is an agricultural commodity for basic food needs, an economic commodity, and a strategic commodity that is a strength in national food security. Organic rice is one of innovations in organic agriculture because organic rice does not use chemicals and toxic fertilizers. Dawuhan, Kalisube, and Watuagung villages are among the villages in Banyumas Regency that currently developing organic rice farming. This study aims to determine 1) the characteristics of organic rice farmers, 2) the level motivation of farmers in organic rice farming, 3) factors that affect the motivation of farmers in organic rice farming. The method used was a case study. Location selection was purposive. Determination of the sample by census, there are members population 33 farmers are all sampled. Data analysis methods used descriptive and path analysis. The results showed 1) the characteristics of farmers are dominated by elderly farmers with elementary school education, the number dependents of two people with an average cultivated land area of 0.08 to 0.14 ha and the majority of respondents have farming experience for 10 years, 2) the level of motivation of farmers in the high category based on the average value of aspects of sacrificing time, technical aspects, social aspects, and economic aspects, 3) internal factors provide a weak influence and external factors provide a strong influence on the motivation of farmers partially. Farmers assess the existence of market opportunities with high demand, assistance from agricultural institutions and easy access to information the reason farmers switch to organic rice farming.

Abstract

Di DAS Serayu di Jawa Tengah, Indonesia, hutan berubah menjadi lahan pertanian. Tujuan proyek Penguatan Pengelolaan Hutan dan Daerah Aliran Sungai Berbasis Masyarakat (SCBFWM) adalah untuk meningkatkan dan memperluas program pengelolaan hutan dan daerah aliran sungai berbasis masyarakat dari pemerintah Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan model RIU (Research-Integration-Utilization), studi ini mengkaji bagaimana penelitian ilmiah dapat menghasilkan saran kebijakan yang efektif dan peran pembuat keputusan dalam mengubah saran menjadi pemecahan masalah yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah kabupaten peduli terhadap lingkungan, namun tidak melarang secara tegas budidaya kentang di hulu. Ketika proyek SCBFWM didirikan, pembatasan penanaman diterapkan. Penelitian tentang pentingnya partisipasi perempuan dalam pengelolaan DAS telah dikomunikasikan kepada pemerintah kabupaten dan dimasukkan dalam proposal proyek SCBFWM, namun tindakan yang sebenarnya berbeda. Model RIU menunjukkan bahwa sains berkualitas tinggi tidak cukup tanpa integrasi yang efisien dan penggunaan yang demokratis.

Abstract

Tempe is a typical Indonesian food made fermented soybeans. Tempe is a good source of nutrition because it contains protein, carbodydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals needed by the body. Soybean used to make tempe must be of good quality. Pliken Village is a tempe production center, because it has the highest number of tempe craftsmen in Banyumas Regency. With the increase in soybean prices which have continued to increase lately, the tempe business has decreased due to lack of capital to continue the business. The purpose of this research are to: 1). Knowing the amount of costs, revenues and income before and after increase in soybean prices in the tempe production business in Pliken Village. 2). Knowing the factors that affect the increase in tempe production costs. The researh was carried out in Pliken Village from May 2021 to July 2021. The target of this research is the tempe craftsmen of Pliken Village who produce for one month. The sampling method uses simple random sampling technique and obtained by respondents as many as 81 craftsmen using the slovin formula. The analytical method used is the analysisno costs and revenues, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of costs, revenues and income shows the total cost incurred by the craftsmen before the increase in soybean prices and after the increase in soybean prices is Rp. 11,883,809 per month. Based on the classical assumption test there are factors that affect the increase in production costs such as soybean prices, family labor wages, wages for non-family workers, gasoline prices, and banana leaf prices. While the factors that do not affect the increase in production costs are the price of yeast, the price of plastic and the price of used paper.

Abstract

One of the most important production factors in increasing production and productivity of agricultural commodities is fertilizer. Moment this still many farmers who have not understand about the card program farmer as tool in distribution fertilizer subsidized , so required strategy for Upgrade adoption card program innovation farmer . The research aims to analyze internal and external factors as well as strategies to increase the adoption of innovations in the use of farmer cards in the district Banyumas . The research method used is a qualitative method. The analysis carried out is IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the internal and external factors of the farmer card program were in quadrant II, meaning that the alternative strategies used were building and growing strategies. This means increasing market share in the same market with more intensive marketing efforts, namely by assisting in more intensive distribution of subsidized fertilizers and product development by making economical packaging of subsidized fertilizers so that they are more attractive to the market. The results of the SWOT analysis include optimizing the role of institutions to provide clear and continuous information about innovations in the farmer card program, mentoring and counseling to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in implementing the farmer card program, developing product fertilizer subsidized for segment medium to lower that is with make packaging economical on fertilizer subsidized .
