Abstract

Tempe is a typical Indonesian food made fermented soybeans. Tempe is a good source of nutrition because it contains protein, carbodydrates, fat, vitamins and minerals needed by the body. Soybean used to make tempe must be of good quality. Pliken Village is a tempe production center, because it has the highest number of tempe craftsmen in Banyumas Regency. With the increase in soybean prices which have continued to increase lately, the tempe business has decreased due to lack of capital to continue the business. The purpose of this research are to: 1). Knowing the amount of costs, revenues and income before and after increase in soybean prices in the tempe production business in Pliken Village. 2). Knowing the factors that affect the increase in tempe production costs. The researh was carried out in Pliken Village from May 2021 to July 2021. The target of this research is the tempe craftsmen of Pliken Village who produce for one month. The sampling method uses simple random sampling technique and obtained by respondents as many as 81 craftsmen using the slovin formula. The analytical method used is the analysisno costs and revenues, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of costs, revenues and income shows the total cost incurred by the craftsmen before the increase in soybean prices and after the increase in soybean prices is Rp. 11,883,809 per month. Based on the classical assumption test there are factors that affect the increase in production costs such as soybean prices, family labor wages, wages for non-family workers, gasoline prices, and banana leaf prices. While the factors that do not affect the increase in production costs are the price of yeast, the price of plastic and the price of used paper.

Abstract

One of the most important production factors in increasing production and productivity of agricultural commodities is fertilizer. Moment this still many farmers who have not understand about the card program farmer as tool in distribution fertilizer subsidized , so required strategy for Upgrade adoption card program innovation farmer . The research aims to analyze internal and external factors as well as strategies to increase the adoption of innovations in the use of farmer cards in the district Banyumas . The research method used is a qualitative method. The analysis carried out is IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the internal and external factors of the farmer card program were in quadrant II, meaning that the alternative strategies used were building and growing strategies. This means increasing market share in the same market with more intensive marketing efforts, namely by assisting in more intensive distribution of subsidized fertilizers and product development by making economical packaging of subsidized fertilizers so that they are more attractive to the market. The results of the SWOT analysis include optimizing the role of institutions to provide clear and continuous information about innovations in the farmer card program, mentoring and counseling to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in implementing the farmer card program, developing product fertilizer subsidized for segment medium to lower that is with make packaging economical on fertilizer subsidized .

Abstract

Siraja Coffee merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam industri pengolahan kopi. Siraja Coffee belum dapat bersaing dan melaksanakan pemasaran secara efektif yang berakibat pada penjualan yang terus menurun dalam tiga tahun terakhir serta sulit memperoleh dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam pemasaran kopi robusta pada Siraja Coffee, (2) mengidentifikasi faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang dan ancaman dalam pemasaran kopi robusta pada Siraja Coffee, (3) merumuskan alternatif strategi pemasaran dan menentukan prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Siraja Coffee. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari hingga Februari 2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal pada usaha Siraja Coffee berada pada posisi sedang atau rata-rata dengan kekuatan utama yaitu faktor produk memiliki mutu dan citarasa tinggi; kelemahan utama yaitu faktor promosi yang dilakukan kurang optimal; peluang utama yaitu faktor tren masyarakat terhadap konsumsi kopi; serta ancaman utama yaitu faktor semakin banyaknya perusahaan kopi sejenis. Pemetaan posisi Siraja Coffee berada pada sel lima (Hold and Maintain) dan prioritas strategi terbaik yaitu meningkatkan daya saing produk untuk menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Primary commodity price trends frequently exhibit co-movement patterns, demonstrating similar fluctuations. The surge in substitute commodity prices, such as Arabica coffee and cocoa, in both Indonesian and global markets has positively impacted the increasing price of Indonesian Robusta coffee. This study explored the factors driving the surge in Indonesian Robusta coffee price, particularly the co-movement of substitute commodity prices and exchange rates, and how these elements influence Indonesian Robusta coffee price behavior. Utilizing time series data from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2024, the research applied the ARDL-ECM approach to estimate the cointegration relationships among the variables. The results revealed that lagged Indonesian Robusta prices, world Robusta price, Indonesian Arabica price, lagged world Arabica price, London cocoa price, and the Rupiah exchange rate significantly affected Indonesian Robusta price at the 1%, 5%, and 10% significance level, both in the long and short run. Furthermore, the study identified a bidirectional causality between Indonesian Robusta coffee price and three independent variables: New York, London, and cocoa indicator prices. In contrast, Arabica prices, rubber prices, and exchange rates showed no causality with the Indonesian Robusta coffee price. The analysis also indicated that price co-movement was only reflected among related commodities, while no such relationship was found for unrelated commodities. The upward trend in world Robusta price, Indonesian Arabica price, world Arabica price, and world cocoa prices can be interpreted as indicators of a flourishing agricultural primary commodity market, which may subsequently drive up Robusta coffee prices in the domestic market.

Abstract

Modernity has brought about profound transformations in the understanding and practice of education. The dominance of instrumental rationality, technological advancement, and an increasing emphasis on efficiency and performance have driven education toward technocratic and pragmatic approaches, potentially diminishing its meaning as a process of holistic human formation. Within this context, the role of educators extends beyond fulfilling professional and administrative demands to confronting increasingly complex ethical tasks related to moral responsibility within pedagogical relationships. This article aims to critically examine the concept of educational ethics and to analyze the moral responsibility of educators in the modern era through the perspective of critical philosophy of education. The study employs a philosophical literature review using normative, hermeneutic, and reflective–critical approaches to both classical and contemporary educational thought. The findings indicate that educational ethics constitutes an ontological and axiological foundation that significantly shapes the direction and quality of pedagogical practice. Educators should not be viewed merely as technical implementers of curricula, but rather as reflective moral subjects responsible for safeguarding the dignity of learners as human beings. This article argues that strengthening educational ethics is an urgent necessity as a critical response to the crises of values, dehumanization, and alienation within modern educational practices, and it contributes to the development of a more humane and meaningful philosophical framework for education.

Abstract

Kecamatan Pekuncen, Banyumas, merupakan sentra produksi gula kelapa yang masih didominasi proses tradisional dan menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, seperti tingginya konsumsi kayu bakar, paparan asap dapur yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan, penggunaan laru kimia, serta minimnya diversifikasi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan menghadirkan inovasi teknologi berupa tungku hemat energi dan pengembangan produk gula semut biofarmaka untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan pangan dan daya saing produk lokal. Metode pelaksanaan dirancang secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan kelompok mitra sejak tahap perencanaan. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi tentang efisiensi energi dan keamanan pangan, dilanjutkan pelatihan pembuatan dan penggunaan tungku hemat energi, serta pendampingan praktik langsung di lapangan. Selain itu, mitra diberikan pelatihan formulasi gula semut biofarmaka berbasis rempah lokal, seperti jahe dan kunyit, serta edukasi pemasaran digital dan strategi pengemasan produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dua kelompok mitra, Manggis Berkarya dan Nagasari berhasil membuat dan mengoperasikan tungku hemat energi yang mampu mengurangi konsumsi kayu bakar hingga hampir 50% dan menciptakan lingkungan dapur yang lebih bersih dan sehat. Kelompok juga berhasil memproduksi gula semut biofarmaka sebagai diversifikasi produk yang memperluas pasar ke segmen pangan fungsional. Inovasi ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan teknologi berbasis riset mampu meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan kritis dan sistematis terhadap teori serta temuan empiris mengenai pengaruh berbagai gaya kepemimpinan meliputi kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional, otokratis (autocratic), demokratis (participative), dan laissez-faire terhadap produktivitas kerja pada tingkat individu, tim, dan organisasi. Dengan mengintegrasikan hasil studi klasik dan kajian meta analitik mutakhir, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional secara konsisten memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan produktivitas kerja, kinerja tugas, serta perilaku kerja kontekstual. Kepemimpinan transaksional, khususnya melalui mekanisme contingent reward, terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pada konteks kerja yang terstruktur dan berbasis target. Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire dan kepemimpinan pasif berasosiasi negatif dengan produktivitas, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi.
