Abstract

Since the widespread usage of the Internet, digital marketing has developed at an exponential rate. This level of use is driven by the availability of cell phones at low costs. However, the use of digital marketing by businesspeople, such as village-owned firms, is not generally acknowledged (BUMDes). Most BUMDes in South Buton Regency believe that digital marketing is a location for transactions to take place, which is far from the truth because digital marketing is the use of all resources on the Internet to deliver information about BUMDes' goods. BUMDes' resources include not just marketing websites but also social media platforms controlled by BUMDes. Social media utilized for digital marketing relies not just on social media created specifically for BUMDes but also on social media held by BUMDes workers. As a result of the increased reach of product promotion, product sales from BUMDes in South Buton Regency grow.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to review and evaluate the implementation of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia. The study involves secondary data analysis and relevant written sources to assess the effectiveness of this model in addressing poverty. The results of the research indicate that the Model Collaborative Governance can help ensure that poverty alleviation solutions are inclusive and meet the needs of the community. However, for optimal results, there needs to be effective communication and coordination between the government, the private sector, civil society, and community organizations. This study provides an overview of the potential of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia and provides recommendations for improvement and increased implementation of this model in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze previous publications with the theme of modeling and innovation using artificial intelligence in accelerating the handling of COVID-19. The data of this study come from the Scopus database. This study uses VOSviewer to evaluate keywords from 575 publications in the Scopus database with research topics. Next, analysis of Scopus database search results visualizes features and trends of related journals, authors, and themes. This study found that articles on modeling and innovation using artificial intelligence in accelerating the handling of COVID-19 have been published in 267 journals, with the most popular journals being Chaos, Solitons, and Fractals. The results of bibliometric analysis show that there are ten popular journals, with The Lancet Infectious Diseases receiving the most citations. Likewise, in this study there are authors who have the most article documents, namely J.S. Suri with 4 (four) documents, and X. Xu is the most popular author with the most citations. The results of this study show that an AI approach can help in the dissemination of important information around the world while reducing the spread of misinformation about COVID-19. This study suggests that focused, effective, and efficient collaboration, coordination, and harmonization are needed between the central government, local governments, and commercial entities.

Abstract

Pantai Nirwana adalah salah satu kawasan pariwisata populer di Kota Baubau, kunjungan pada destinasi wisata ini selalu ramai baik hari libur ataupun tidak. Sebagaimana sebuah keramaian, maka sampah dan kebersihan adalah sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Kawasan Pantai Nirwana seringkali ditemukan adanya sampah yang menumpuk, yakni sampah yang dihasilkan oleh pengunjung maupun sampah yang terbawa oleh arus laut. Hal ini cukup mengganggu kenyamanan kawasan pantai. Pendekatan yang dilakukan melalui kampanye bersama dan aksi “pungut sampah” sebagai sarana edukasi bersama. Program kegiatan ini betujuan untuk mengkampanyekan komunikasi kebersihan kepada masyarakat dan pengunjung kawasan pantai, harapannya dengan melalui pendekatan kolaborasi kesadaran bersama, maka program “kita jaga bersama” menjadi sarana untuk tata kelola kebersihan dan sampah yang bisa diterapkan di kawasan pantai Nirwana Kota Baubau.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on the quality of public services offered by the Baubau City Regional Secretariat. This study involves quantitative descriptive research, a technique used to assess the state of natural items in which the researcher is the principal instrument. The results of the SPSS test demonstrate that the sig value is known. The t value for the influence of organizational culture on the quality of public services is 4.418, which is more than 0.676. Consequently, the study's premise is accepted, indicating that organizational culture influences the quality of public services. According to the SPSS test, the R Square value is 0.394, indicating that organizational culture has a 39.4 percent influence on the quality of public services. The research findings indicate that 60.4% of variables beyond the scope of this study influence the quality of service at the Baubau City Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out Community Based Tourism in Sustainable Tourism Development in Baubau City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that Community-Based Tourism Development is to involve the community as in the development planning deliberation process, where the government and the community are together in managing tourism objects. In addition, tourism awareness groups also receive benefits from tourism activities by increasing the economy from tourism activities in Baubau City. Ensuring Environmental Sustainability is to ensure the sustainability of the environment so that it is not damaged or polluted, it is necessary for the role of the government, NGOs, and the community not to damage the physical environment at tourist sites. In addition, providing support both in the form of materials and policies such as providing character education counseling is an effort made in maintaining local character and culture in tourism areas in Baubau City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Samsat Kota Baubau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dimensi Tangibel (Bukti Fisik) yang mempunyai indikator penampilan, kenyamanan, dan kemudahan. Untuk indikator penampilan, kenyamanan, dan kemudahan sudah diterapkan dengan cukup baik. Dimensi Reliability (Kehandalan) yang mempunyai indikator kecermatan, standar pelayanan yang jelas, dan kemampuan. Untuk indikator kecermatan sudah diterapkan, dan kemampuan pegawai dalam menggunakan alat bantu pelayanan sudah baik. Dimensi Responsiviness (Ketanggapan) yang mempunyai indikator merespon, dan melakukan pelayanan dengan cepat. Untuk indikator merespon keluhan pengguna layanan sudah diterapkan dimensi ini sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat terbukti karena tidak ada keluhan dari pengguna layanan terkait indikator ini. Dan untuk indikator kecepatan dalam pelayanan sudah optimal petugas pelayanan Kantor Samsat Kota Baubau sudah melakukan dengan cepat dimana para pegawai langsung memproses data masyarakat yang melakukan pengurusan hingga selesai. Dimensi Assurance (Jaminan) yang mempunyai indikator jaminan tepat waktu dan jaminan kepastian biaya. Untuk indoikator jaminan tepat waktu sudah obtimal dilakukan. Untuk indikator kepastian biaya Samsat Kota Baubau selalu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang biaya pengurusan. Dimensi Emphaty (Empati) yang mempunyai indikator mendahulukan kepentingan pengguna layanan sudah diterapkan dan indikator tidak diskriminatif pegawai di kantor Samsat Kota Baubau dalam melayani pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor kepada masyarakat tidak diskriminatif atau membeda-bedakan masyarakat yang satu dengan masyarakat yang lain atau yang dikenal

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan pariwisata saat ini berbagai daerah menawarkan pelayanan yang maju dan inovatif melalui penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi bagi wisatawan yang sering disebut dengan Pariwisata cerdas (Smart Tourism). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesiapan Dinas Pariwisata dalam mengelolah smart tourism pengembangan wisata di Kota Baubau dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apasaja yang mempengaruhi kesiapan Dinas Pariwisata dalam mengelolah smart tourism pengembangan wisata di Kota Baubau. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penerapan Smart Tourism ditinjau dari ketersediaan dan kualitas pelayanan infrastruktur dasar dan TIK, Transportasi, Atraksi Wisata, dan fasilitas penunjang wisata. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan pada seluruh komponen penerapan Smart Tourism pada objek wisata Kota Baubau menunjukan hanya komponen infrastruktur dasar dan TIK yang menunjukan adanya kesiapan, untuk transportasi, atraksi dan fasilitas penunjang wisata menunjukkan belum siap dalam penerapan smart tourism.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa memanfaatkan Aplikasi Parafrase diperlukan saat menulis artikel ilmiah untuk menghindari plagiarisme. Akibatnya, ini penting untuk semua mahasiswa. Namun, mahasiswa semester tujuh di Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton belum menguasai pendekatan parafrase yang tepat. Bakat ini dapat dikembangkan dengan membaca terus-menerus atau melalui penggunaan aplikasi internet gratis atau komersial. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian melalui penyebaran angket kepada mahasiswa atas kegiatan yang telah diselesaikan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berlangsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menyediakan alat parafrase untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam mengurangi plagiarisme; Namun demikian, alat-alat tersebut harus dibaca ulang oleh mahasiswa agar makna dari artikel yang dikutip tetap konsisten. Menurut hasil survei yang didistribusikan melalui Google Form, 6,6 persen mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa mereka tidak dapat menggunakan perangkat lunak parafrase yang diajarkan selama layanan, sementara 93,4 persen menyatakan bahwa mereka dapat menggunakan program parafrase yang diajarkan. Kata kunci: Aplikasi; Parafrase; Plagiarisme; Karya Tulis Ilmiah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this service is to help students take advantage of the necessary Paraphrasing Application when writing scientific articles to avoid plagiarism. Consequently, it is important for all students. However, the seventh semester students at the Muhammadiyah University of Buton have not mastered the right paraphrasing approach. This talent can be developed by constant reading or through the use of free or commercial internet applications. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and assessment through distributing questionnaires to students on the activities that have been completed. This community service activity took place at the Muhammadiyah University of Buton. This activity is carried out by providing a paraphrasing tool to assist students in reducing plagiarism; However, these tools must be re-read by students so that the meaning of the quoted articles remains consistent. According to the results of a survey distributed via Google Forms, 6.6 percent of students indicated that they were unable to use the taught paraphrasing software during the service, while 93.4 percent stated that they could use the taught paraphrasing program. Keywords: Application; Paraphrasing; plagiarism; Scientific papers.

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa memanfaatkan program Mendeley untuk secara otomatis menghasilkan kutipan dan daftar pustaka saat menulis karya ilmiah. Sebab, salah satu tanda karya tulis berkualitas tinggi adalah tidak adanya plagiarisme, yang sering muncul karena kurangnya informasi seseorang tentang strategi mengutip atau bagaimana melakukan kutipan. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa khususnya harus dipersiapkan dengan informasi mengenai sitasi yang tepat agar dapat menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas untuk dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional/internasional. Beberapa aplikasi yang dapat diakses, seperti Mendeley, Endnote, dan Zootero, dapat digunakan untuk mengelola referensi yang berasal dari buku atau jurnal. Ketersediaan alat penulisan kutipan seperti Mendeley memungkinkan penulis untuk menangani bahan referensi mereka. Berdasarkan temuan pelaksanaan kegiatan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta tentang Aplikasi Mendeley sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Namun, beberapa peserta belum bisa menangani instalasi aplikasi di laptop dan MS Word, serta memanfaatkan alat Mendeley untuk menyusun daftar pustaka, sehingga mereka harus terus didukung dan diarahkan bahkan setelah pelatihan selesai. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Sitasi; Software Mendeley; Daftar Pustak; Karya Tulis Ilmiah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this service is to help students take advantage of the Mendeley program to automatically generate citations and bibliography when writing scientific papers. Because, one sign of high-quality writing is the absence of plagiarism, which often arises due to a person's lack of information about citing strategies or how to quote. Therefore, students, in particular, must be prepared with information on appropriate citations in order to produce quality scientific works to be published in national/international journals. Several accessible applications, such as Mendeley, Endnote, and Zotero, can be used to manage references from books or journals. The availability of citation writing tools such as Mendeley allows authors to handle their reference material. Based on the findings of the activity implementation, there was an increase in participants' knowledge and abilities about the Mendeley Application before and after the training. However, some of the participants were not able to handle the installation of applications on laptops and MS Word and used Mendeley's tools to compile a bibliography, so they had to continue to be supported and directed even after the training was over.  Keywords: Citation Training; Mendeley Software; Bibliography; Scientific papers.
