Abstract

This paper examines the role of human capital architecture in sustaining strategic innovation in increasingly dynamic and uncertain environments. It addresses the problem that many organizations struggle to translate human capital investments into consistent innovation outcomes due to misalignment, resistance to change, and resource constraints. The objective is to synthesize recent literature (2020–2026) to clarify how elements such as leadership, organizational culture—particularly psychological safety—and talent systems contribute to innovation capability and performance. Using a conceptual literature review approach based on Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed sources, the study integrates empirical and theoretical insights into a coherent framework. The findings indicate that human capital architecture drives innovation through leadership and culture as key mechanisms, while constraints such as limited resources and resistance moderate these relationships, and continuous evaluation systems enhance adaptability. The paper concludes that organizations that intentionally align human capital strategies with innovation priorities, supported by ongoing measurement and feedback, are better positioned to achieve sustained competitive advantage.

Abstract

The capital market is a meeting place for parties with excess funds and those requiring additional capital, both for the short and long term. Profits are calculated by considering the sales yield per share. The stock price itself is the value or price of a share traded on the stock market. This study aims to determine the effect of variables such as Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio on stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, with 11 companies. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables ROA, DER, and CR had a significant positive effect on stock prices, as indicated by the calculated F value of 12.101, which is greater than the F table of 2.839, with a significance level of 0.001, which is below the 0.05 limit. Partially, only the CR variable had a significant positive effect on stock prices, with a calculated t value of 5.389 and a significance level of 0.001. Meanwhile, the ROA and DER variables did not show a significant effect, with significance levels of 0.383 and 0.393, respectively, exceeding the 0.05 threshold. Keywords: ROA, DER, CR, Stock Price

Abstract

This research focuses on finding out how much influence promotions and prices have on house purchasing decisions at Permata Arco Residence. In this research, the model used is quantitative with Non Probability techniques using the Purposive Sampling method, namely having a specific research target, and the author conducted research by distributing questionnaires targeting 73 respondents in Likert scale units. Data processing used in this research is using SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that promotion (X1) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.239 > 0.05 and a t-count value of 1.187 < t-table 1.993, however price (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. with sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value is 3.871 > t-table 1.993. Simultaneously promotion and price influence purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 16.271 > 3.19 F table.
