Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini menganalisis pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SD. Hasil dari penemuan ini menemukan bahwa mengubah manajemen berbasis pusat menjadi manajemen berbasis sekolah (transisi) merupakan proses yang panjang dan melibatkan banyak pihak. Transisi ini memerlukan penyesuaian-penyesuaian, baik sistem (struktur)nya, kulturnya, maupun figurnya, dengan tuntutan-tuntutan baru manajemen berbasis sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis permasalahan pendidikan nasional. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat 2 macam masalah pendidikan, yaitu masalah dalam lingkup makro dan masalah lingkup mikro. Permasalahan makro mencakup: (1) Semakin banyaknya peserta didik yang tidak sebanding dengan ketersediaan sarana pendidikan yang bermutu; (2) Langkanya sarana dan juga dana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan; (3) Biaya Pendidikan yang Mahal ; (4) Ketidaktepatan hasil pendidikan; (5) Ketidakefisienan sistem pendidikan; (6) Kurikulum yang Membingungkan dan Terlalu Kompleks; (7) Pendidikan yang Kurang Merata; (8) Masalah Penempatan Guru; (9) Rendahnya Kualitas Guru. Sedangkan pemasalahan pendidikan dalam lingkup mikro mencakup: (1) Metode Pembelajaran yang Monoton; (2) Sarana dan Prasarana Kurang Memadai; (3) Rendahnya Prestasi Siswa.

Abstract

Organic fertiliser is fertiliser derived from dead plants, animal manure or animal parts and organic waste that has gone through an engineering process, in the form of solid or liquid, rich in mineral and microbial materials, useful for increasing soil nutrient content and improving physical, chemical and biological properties of soil. Increase soil nutrient content and improve soil physical, chemical, biological properties. Organic fertilisers undergo a phase of decomposition by soil microorganisms so that the nutrients are absorbed by plants and the rest becomes humus. Its use provides long-term benefits, including forming ions and nutrients that are easily absorbed by plant roots, releasing soil nutrients slowly and sustainably so as to help prevent nutrient supply explosions that cause plant poisoning, helping to maintain soil moisture, reducing soil structure pressure on plant roots, increasing the stability of soil particle composition so as to facilitate the movement of water and air particles in the soil, facilitating the activity of good microorganisms, and increasing root and seed growth. This community service programme in Pandankrajan Village has demonstrated strategies to increase the selling value of agricultural production, which will benefit farmers by increasing their income.

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' reading interest, to explain students' ability to write expository texts, and to prove the correlation between reading interest and the ability to write expository texts of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Gowa. The population of this study was 432 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this research was class X.7 students, totaling 36 students. The data collection technique uses a reading interest questionnaire and an expository text writing ability test. The validity test uses the product formula, there are 36 or all statements are valid because the calculated r is greater than the r table, data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the research data description show that students' reading interest can be said to be in the high category with a percentage of 36% and students' ability to write expository texts is in the medium category with a percentage of 42%. From the results of descriptive statistical analysis using the product moment correlation formula, it can be seen that the level of relationship between interest in reading and the ability to write expository texts obtained a calculated r value of 0.782. Meanwhile, the r table with N=36 at the 5% significance level is 0.329. These results show that r count > r table, indicating that there is a positive and significant relationship between interest in reading and the ability to write expository texts in class X SMA Negeri 1 Gowa for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the function of the Barongsai art in the Chinese community in Payung Sekaki District, Riau Province. The theory used in this research is the theory of Allan P Merriam (1964:219:227) which states that art has functions, namely 1) communication function 2) entertainment function 3) symbolic function 4) function of integrating society. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis using qualitative data, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The subjects in this research were 4 people. The communication function of the lion dance art in Payung Sekaki District can be seen through the movements and appearance of the lion dance and the performers. Wushu martial arts movements and costumes from performers and lion dance. The entertainment function of the Lion Dance art in Payung Sekaki District is not only performed during Chinese New Year holidays, but also other events such as wedding parties, company inaugurations, and welcoming guests. The symbolic function of Barongsai art in Payung Sekaki District can be seen from several symbols of the Barongsai, such as the symbol of courage and strength marked by the beard on the Barongsai's chin and the symbol of prosperity and good luck marked by the ears and tail. The function of integrating the Barongsai art community in Payung Sekaki District certainly creates a sense of togetherness that exists between players and spectators, which indicates that there is community integrity in the Barongsai art.

Abstract

This research examines the form of prokem language in speech events used by MAN 2 Serang City students. The aim of this research is to describe the use of prokem language forms in the speech events of MAN 2 Serang City students. This research uses a descriptive research approach as its method. Data collection was carried out through field observations, recording dialogue results, interviews with a list of questions, as well as listening and note-taking methods. The data analysis process in this method uses a descriptive approach. The technique used in this research is a distributional technique. The research results show four processes of morphological formation of prokem language in the speech events of MAN 2 Serang City students, namely abbreviations, acronyms, affixation and reduplication. Apart from that, there are words taken from regional/Javanese languages, taken from English, and the creation of new words with new meanings. In the formation of the phonology of prokem language vocabulary, namely reversal of syllables, replacement of vowels and consonants.

Abstract

Novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra is a story of a portrait of the reality of society's life regarding the female figure. The purpose of this study is to describe the self-image of a female character named Raihana and the representation of feminism contained in the novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques with reading and note techniques. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The data validation technique uses data triangulation. The results of the analysis show that Raihana's self-image in the physical aspect is described as a beautiful, elegant, baby face and mature woman. From the psychic aspect, Raihana is described as a figure who is strong, patient, and loves her husband, and obediently worships her God. Individually, Raihana also has the desire to be loved, wanted, and appreciated as a wife. The representation of feminism illustrates that a woman in Javanese culture interprets that women must obey their husband as a leader

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) terhadap minat belajar dan kemampuan imajinatif siswa kelas IV di SDN 26 Bantan pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes minat belajar dan kemampuan imajinatif yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi AR. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T-Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada kedua variabel tersebut setelah penerapan AR. Nilai signifikansi untuk minat belajar adalah 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan rata-rata perbedaan sebesar -22.941, sedangkan untuk kemampuan imajinatif juga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan rata-rata perbedaan sebesar -21.000. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi AR dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan imajinatif siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to 1) describe the integrated Civics learning of character education literacy; 2) reviewing the implementation of integrated Civics learning literacy in character education; 3) know the evaluation. Civics learning is integrated with character education literacy. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through a deductive method consisting of data collection and reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that 1) the integrated Civics learning plan for character education literacy in grade IV SD Negeri Taipaleleng includes: a) The teacher conducts a basic analysis and the learning materials to be taught, b) The teacher finds values ​​in basic competencies and subject matter that can be taught, c) the teacher determines the priority values ​​to be taught in one lesson or one basic competency, d) chooses the learning method and model, e) describes the learning steps; (2) Implementation of integrated Civics learning literacy character education in grade IV SD Negeri Taipaleleng carries out core activities including; (1) practice activities, (2) reading activities, (3) observing activities, (4) activity activities; and (3) Evaluation of integrated Civics learning character literacy in grade IV SD Negeri Taipaleleng includes: a) developing assessment instruments based on competency analysis, b) carrying out authentic assessments, c) processing research results objectively, d) reporting results through effective communication to parents (guardians) and teachers in the next, e) the results of the assessment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of multiple intelligences on social studies learning achievement in Class V Elementary School; the effect of learning motivation on social studies learning achievement in Class V Elementary School; and the effect of multiple intelligences and learning motivation on social studies learning achievement in Class V of Elementary School in Rappocini District. This type of research is expost-facto research, the method used is quantitative descriptive method with the aim of being able to provide an overview of the problem to be studied. The sample in this study is part of the population with the sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection method used was a multiple intelligences questionnaire, a motivational questionnaire and documentation of student achievement. The data analysis technique used is first by using a descriptive statistical approach, inferential statistical tests, and simple linear regression tests. The results of the study, 1) the effect of multiple intelligences on students with an average of 80.12 in the medium category or having an influence on student achievement in class V 2) the effect of student motivation in the medium category means that student learning motivation has an influence on student achievement; 3) based on a simple linear regression test with the results of the study that the X variable has a significant effect on the Y variable. From the test results above it is proven that there is a significant influence between multiple intelligences and learning motivation on social studies learning achievement in fifth grade students in the Rappocini sub-district, Makassar City
