Abstract The rapid expansion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in interpersonal communication has generated complex ethical challenges that remain insufficiently explored from a Qur’anic ethical standpoint. Although existing studies discuss AI ethics broadly, research rarely integrates bibliometric evidence with Islamic moral principles to construct an operational ethical framework. Addressing this gap, this study investigates ethical concerns surrounding AI-mediated communication through a Qur’anic perspective while mapping global research trends to highlight the thematic landscape. Using bibliometric analysis of 220 Scopus-indexed articles, the study identifies major clusters such as Interpersonal Communication, AI Ethics, and Communication Technologies, with the Qur’anic Perspective emerging as an underrepresented yet crucial conceptual bridge. The analysis reveals key ethical issues privacy risks, algorithmic bias, opacity, and the erosion of human trust. As its primary novelty, the study proposes a Qur’anic-based strategic framework that operationalizes the values of justice (‘adl), truthfulness (ṣidq), trustworthiness (amānah), and human dignity (‘izzah) into practical guidelines for AI design and use. This integration offers a normative foundation that can strengthen ethical AI governance within interpersonal contexts. The findings emphasize that responsible AI deployment requires both technological safeguards and value-driven principles to preserve ethical integrity and support humane communication practices. Background: The increasing use of technology in libraries has made chatbots a solution for responding to questions and providing information more quickly and efficiently. However, the use of chatbots has the potential to reduce the personal aspect that has been inherent in conventional interactions between librarians and library users. Purpose: This study examines the application of chatbots in library services and their impact on interpersonal communication. Methods: This study employed a systematic literature review method, searching Google Scholar and Taylor and Francis Online databases. Of the 125 articles identified initially, 15 articles met the inclusion criteria through a PRISMA-based selection process and were used as the primary data sources. The researcher chose this approach because it ensured a systematic and transparent process for identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing the literature. Results: The study results showed that chatbots generally provided a positive user experience, particularly in terms of ease of use, flexibility of access, speed, accuracy of information, and responsiveness to student needs. Conclusion: In addition to improving service quality, chatbots also contributed to operational efficiency on campus. However, there are several limitations, including the chatbot’s inability to understand complex or ambiguous questions, limitations in capturing conversational context and interaction history, and a high dependence on data completeness and accuracy, which can potentially result in inaccurate information. Implication: This study implies that libraries should implement chatbots as supportive tools alongside librarians to enhance service efficiency while preserving interpersonal communication for complex user needs.

This study aims to explore the background of the implementation of local transmigration policies in Lampung. Lampung area that has been since the colonial era has become a destination for population displacement called colonization, continues to experience an increase in the number of residents until the beginning of the independence period. The existence of a self-initiated transmigration policy caused Lampung to experience a surge in the population. The result of the analysis of this study is that the impact of population transfer to Lampung until the 1950s is getting out of control. Seen from the increasing number of forests cut down by the migrants. Another problem arises with the gathering of the community from Java. Many areas in Lampung later like to become a Colony of Java, such as Gading Rejo, Pringsewu, Kalirejo and Metro. On the other hand, the northern part of Lampung is not touched once. The unrest of the natives ulun Lampung was also contained in the customary congress in Palembang who wanted to organize Lampung with a local migration program. Starting from the 1970s, Lampung Tranmigrasi began to display results in the 1990s where the northern Lampung region began to show development. In central and southern Lampung which was dominated by agriculture, in northern Lampung began to grow community plantations. Besides, other businesses such as trade and transportation were more stretched in Lampung in the 1990s.

The Creative Writing Course is one of the curriculum components with the potential to develop students' creative thinking skills, particularly in the Islamic Library and Information Science Study Program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This study aims to explore the role of the Creative Writing Course in developing students' creative thinking abilities. Using a qualitative approach, this research employed structured interviews with eight student informants who had completed the course. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the Creative Writing Course significantly contributes to the development of students' creative thinking skills, as evidenced by progress across the stages of pre-writing, drafting, discussion and feedback, and revision. The recursive nature of the writing process encourages students to develop their ideas flexibly and deeply. The main obstacles faced by students include limited ideas, time management challenges, and the minimal writing culture in the academic environment. This study affirms that structured, process-based creative writing instruction can be an effective strategy for fostering creativity among library science students.

Human Capital Management (HCM) is a strategic approach in improving the quality of human resources in various sectors, including in the context of Islamic Community Development (PMI). However, its implementation faces complex ethical challenges, especially related to the principles of justice, inclusion, and data privacy. These challenges arise along with the increasing digitalization of empowerment programs, the use of big data, and the need to integrate Islamic values in managerial decision-making. This research uses the library research method, by examining various primary and secondary literature, including books on Human Capital Management, works by experts in Islamic Community Development, and relevant indexed journal articles. The analysis was carried out with a thematic approach to identify the ethical principles and challenges of HCM implementation in the context of Islamic societies. The results show that the integration of HCM in PMI requires ethical governance that emphasizes fairness in the distribution of opportunities, inclusion for vulnerable groups, and protection of data privacy as part of the social mandate. The principle of justice demands equitable access to training and capacity building; inclusion emphasizes the empowerment of women, people with disabilities, and poor groups; Meanwhile, data privacy is the main issue due to the use of digital reporting systems that are prone to leaks. Islamic literature shows that these three principles are in harmony with maqāṣid al-sharī'ah, especially hifz al-nafs, hifz al-'ird, and hifz al-māl. The discussion emphasized the importance of formulating an ethical model of HCM based on Islamic values, where transparency, accountability, and the protection of human dignity are the main foundations. The integration of Qur'anic ethics in HCM practice can strengthen the sustainability of PMI programs and increase public trust in implementing institutions. This study concludes that human capital management in the development of Islamic society must comprehensively consider ethical aspects. Justice, inclusion, and data privacy are not only modern managerial principles, but an integral part of Islamic ethics that must be implemented in every empowerment process. This study recommends the preparation of ethical guidelines for HCM based on Islamic values as a reference for institutions and stakeholders in carrying out the PMI program.

Economic empowerment involves mobilizing resources to develop the economic potential of the community and enhance its productivity, thereby increasing the output of both local human and natural resources. Every village possesses potential—derived from natural, human, and social resources—that can be harnessed. However, low levels of education often prevent this potential from being fully realized; consequently, community development is essential to enhance local capabilities and skills, enabling residents to become self-reliant in establishing businesses and pursuing opportunities. Empowerment strategies can be implemented through programs and activities initiated by individuals, groups, communities, or the government—parties concerned with the community's well-being. The success of local product-based economic empowerment for the development of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) is ultimately evidenced by the achievement of sustainable economic prosperity. This study aims to examine local product-based economic empowerment for MSME development at the Yosomulyo Pelangi Market in Metro City, Lampung Province. Methodologically, this is a qualitative, descriptive field study. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and document analysis. Primary data were obtained from the Yosomulyo Pelangi Market organizers and participating vendors, while secondary data were gathered from various sources such as journal articles, books, news reports, and other materials relevant to the research topic. The findings indicate that local product-based economic empowerment for MSME development in Yosomulyo was implemented through stages of awareness-building, capacity strengthening, and execution. The implementation strategy featured the "Pasar Ahad" (Sunday Market) program, held every Sunday morning from approximately 06:00 to 12:00. This sustained development effort successfully fostered local product-based economic empowerment for MSMEs through the Yosomulyo Pelangi Market, resulting in improved community economic welfare and the development of human resources.

This study analyzes the construction of Islamic ecological da'wah in extractive capitalism and highlights the limitations of the critical literature in linking ecological da'wah to global economic structures. The research method used Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of the study show that ecological da'wah is constructed through Islamic values, environmental ethics, and conservation practices that emphasize changes in human consciousness and behavior. There has been a shift in research focus from an anthropocentric approach to eco-theology and environmental conservation. Most ecological da'wah discourses still operate on a cultural and spiritual level, without explicitly challenging the logic and structure of extractive capitalism as the main cause of environmental degradation.

This study aims to strengthen interpersonal communication in improving library services for people with disabilities. This research is motivated by the neglect of people with disabilities when communicating their needs in library services. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, by conducting an in-depth case study approach. Data was obtained through online observation from websites that support data retrieval, in the form of books or journals available. The results showed that the training of librarians in interpersonal communication with users with disabilities should be implemented, librarians must be able to adapt to information and Communication Technology. Communicate interpersonally librarians must also pay attention to five important points, namely (1) Reliability, (2) Responsiveness, (3) Assurance, (4) Emphaty, (5) Tangible. Based on these results, interpersonal communication plays a role in improving library services for people with disabilities. The important role of interpersonal communication is because librarians can understand and help people with disabilities, and provide the same feelings that others get. And can minimize misunderstandings that will occur between librarians and users with disabilities.

In the context of the development of the Islamic Civilization History Study Program, several challenges need to be overcome. One is the need to optimize strategic communication of the Lampung Center for Islamic History Studies as an integral part of the study program development efforts. Although the Lampung Center for Islamic History Studies has potential and resources, governance, transparency, and communication effectiveness challenges can affect the progress and quality of the study program. This study uses a qualitative research method consisting of a series of approaches to explore the Lampung Center for Islamic History Studies communication strategy in the development of the Islamic Civilization History Study Program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung, namely Participatory Interviews and Observations. Strategic communication optimization is the key to success in developing the Islamic Civilization History Study Program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Through a planned and effective communication approach, the Lampung Center for Islamic History Studies can achieve the goal of developing a better and sustainable study program. Improving the quality of research and publications is one of the positive impacts of optimized strategic communication. By developing a good communication strategy, the resulting research becomes more quality and relevant, and the results can be widely published, improving academic reputation and attracting the interest of students and other researchers

Intercultural communication will occur if there is communication between each other who has different backgrounds. When someone has a different culture and background, it is possible that the barriers to communication will increase. Likewise, what was experienced by Pattani students who were studying at the Raden Intan State Islamic University Lampung, when there was communication with local students who had various cultures, of course, they encountered many obstacles. Communicators who are involved in the interaction certainly want effective communication between each other. Therefore, Pattani students are required to be able to adapt and acculturate the existing culture to reduce uncertainty. Qualitative descriptive is the type of research used in this scientific work. Based on the data seen in the field, a common thread can be drawn, that Pattani (Thailand) students have 2 ways of interacting, namely: verbal and nonverbal communication.
